This house is a short distance to endless shopping, delicious food and fun adventures. Your vacation home is on a quiet cul-de-sac but close to all the city s action--great restaurants & shopping, hiking trails & parks and endless desert activities. This home is not in a gated community so self check in is a breeze! Relax and make yourself at home. Absolutely loved the place perfect for us nice and private pretty quiet in a nice neighborhood. The back yard is like a oasis excellent. Everything we needed was there.would definitely stay there again. Thanks

When we lay down on the beds there was enough dust as you can see your body imprint on the bed we also have to supply our own propane that wasn’t delivered

We had multiple issues throughout the stay and while I appreciate they have a property management company monitoring messages and doing what they can to help, overall it was not a relaxing, pleasant experience which is the goal of any vacation but especially one in Palm Springs. If you're looking for a place for bachelor and bachelorette parties then you will likely not have any complaints, but anyone else I would encourage you to look for other properties in this price range. The house is just really run down with many things broken or inadequate (e.g. dirty towels, broken fixtures, holes in furniture, milky pool). It’s clear the owners do not invest to keep the house nice and in good working order. Also note, they do not allow garage access (important for electric vehicles) and will turn the A/C up in the middle of the night. When this type of $$$ is spent on a vacation a higher standard and cleanliness is just the right thing to provide. Finally, they use cameras to monitor your stay and if you do not leave exactly at 11am checkout they crank the heater up to heat the house and get you out...that was a first!

Fun stay!

The property was very clean and well maintained. We truly enjoyed the pool and easy to use spa. The master bedroom was very comfortable. Keven and Sarah are great hosts and I would definitely recommend this place.

The pool was the best part of the house. The house itself needs some TLC. The furniture is worn out and the beds and pillows were not comfortable. The sheets are very thin.

Great Stay
My family had a wonderful experience staying at this home. Perfect for relaxing at the pool and exploring the surrounding area. Very private backyard and pool. We will be back!

Super clean home with an amazing resort style back yard!
Perhaps the cleanest home we’ve ever rented! The backyard is everything we wanted. Gorgeous pool and spa, gas BBQ, plenty of large beach towels and lounge chairs, giant resort umbrellas, a cute little shaded cabana, and a large outdoor table with a built-in fire feature on top (see photos, it’s really neat). Kitchen has everything we needed and laundry units are always a plus for a long stay. Everything as promised! Just keep in mind it’s only two bathrooms for 8-10 guests (not an issue for us).

Highly recommend this property. Plenty of space for all of us to relax. The pool and spa were amazing. Clean and comfortable inside and out. Fully stocked kitchen. Private backyard.

Great pool
We had a great time staying at this house. My only issue is something the owners could not possibly control —- that is the neighborhood was very busy during the time we were there. There was so much activity all around us all day that it made it hard to truly feel like we were on vacation. And of course we realize that people have lives they live all year round but it had a sort of negative effect on our overall enjoyment of a wonderful property with a beautiful pool.

I couldn’t recommend this property more! We had the most amazing time here.
To start the backyard with pool/spa is truly your own completely private oasis. Secluded and private with landscaping for our all day enjoyment.
If traveling with young children, you want to stay here! They have everything you could need; including a pack n play, high chair, countless toys/books and even a life vest for pool.
Amongst awesome neighbors, the neighborhood has its own playground a short walk away.
Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook. We did a lot of eating in because of COVID restrictions.
Netflix and Disney+ subscriptions on television was an added bonus (we live in the country without internet providers)
Quite frankly, never felt too much need to leave the house.
Please take my word for it and stay here.
