Other things to note: - Free parking on premises for a small-medium sized car - WiFi available - Essentials provided - A/C and heating for year-round comfort The Neighborhood: The apartment is located on Selwyn Street in Elwood, a charming neighbourhood known for its beachside vibes and trendy cafes. You're within walking distance to the pristine Elwood Beach, or explore nearby parks, shops, eateries and the Ripponlea estate and mansion. Getting Around: This apartment comes with its own undercover car space for a small-medium sized car. If you prefer public transport, nearby buses service the area. Other Things to Note: OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: * Have you got a baby or an infant traveling with you? We're happy to arrange the hire and delivery of baby items, subject to availability, with excellent package rates for two or more items. Please note that we require a minimum of two days notice, with full payment completed before the items are delivered. *An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 4 pm and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site. * A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately. *Please note that this property has been specifically catered for short-term rentals and is not a hotel. *If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies. *After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking. * Please note that this property has NO lift and requires 2 flights of stairs to access the apartment. * Due to strict no noise no party policies in Strata buildings or local council by laws we will be enforcing the NO PARTY NO NOISE POLICY - This will mean that we will be able to force an eviction if these terms are breached. If this is he case we hold the right to hold on security deposit and booking amount for compensation for the purpose of any damage, missing keys and potential penalties from the body corporate or local government authority.

The apartment is it a terrific location. Across the road from beach and very close to all amenities. It is very well equipped. The bed is incredibly comfortable. It is very bright and sunny. Soft furnishings and carpet a bit shabby so hence 4 stars instead of 5! But I would definitely stay there again
