About this house rental
Located in Huntington Beach, this charming house for R 9,155 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Fantastic corner lot location, just 7 houses from the surf and sand. Central air conditioning for the summer stays and cozy fireplaces indoor and outdoor for fall/winter with numerous areas to relax. A short 5 minute walk puts you on Main Street, filled with coffee houses, restaurants, pubs and sport bars with live entertainment, and plenty of shopping. As Main Street ends at Pacific Coast Highway, you are now on the famous Huntington Beach Pier and home to the US Open of Surfing held annually during the summer. Just down the beach you will find HB s newest shopping, dining, and lifestyle destination Pacific City. \ 3 bedroom, plus loft/den and 3.5 bath house. Upon entering our home you will be greeted with gorgeous limestone floors, living room, cozy fireplace, dining room and powder room. French doors open to the private front deck with a sectional couch and seating for 9 guests to take in views of Catalina Island and warm sun. next is the open concept Kitchen and Family Room. The Kitchen has a center island with sink, gas range,electric oven, microwave/convection oven, Subzero refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker, dishwasher, trash compactor. Across the stove top, which is part of a large peninsula, is a breakfast bar with seating for 3. The family room has a wet bar with beverage fridge, 55" flat screen and reclining couch and recliner. Outside the sliding door in the Family Room you enter into a 50ft private courtyard. Enjoy the morning sun as you sit at the outside bar. Across from the deep seating couch is a gas fireplace to keep you warm when its chilly. There is another seating area with a love seat and chair next to the BBQ. Back inside the house and next to the Kitchen is a Morning Room, and a perfect spot to enjoy a meal, card game or just hanging out. Adjacent to the table ( seating for 5 ) is the washer and dryer for your use. Finally we finish the Main floor by exiting into the attached 2 car garage. Here you will find boogie boards, beach chairs, beach wagon, beach umbrella and electric car charger. Moving to the second floor, at the front of the house is the Master Suite. Here you will relax on a Cal King bed, with a 40" flat screen TV above the raised gas fireplace, and a seating area with giant windows to grab a ocean view. The Master bathroom has dual vanities, a water closet, walk-in shower and a jacuzzi style bathtub. In the rear area of the floor is the second Master Bedroom, with a high vaulted ceiling. This room is made up of a queen bed and attached bathroom and shower. In the center of the second floor you will find the third Bedroom. this room is furnished with a queen bed, an XL twin bunk above it and an XL twin trundle bed. Outside the bedroom is the third bathroom with walk-in shower. Moving up the stairs, you will enter the 3rd floor den/office including a 70" flat screen, twin bed sized couch, comfy club chairs and enough room for the provided queen air-o-bed. Attached is an office area with a PC and Printer for your use. As you go through the FrenchDoor, you enter on to the 3rd floor deck. The heated jacuzzi can hold at least 6 adults with stunning views of the surrounding area and coastline. Additional Features include: 2950 sf of living space Dual central AC units Electric Car Charger Direct TV 100 Mbps of wireless internet connectivity BeachTowels This is a no-smoking house. We offer our bikes w/locks for our guest to use at no charge during their stay, with the understanding and agreement that if the bikes are stolen, the guest will be charged $200 per bike. This fee will be deducted from the guest refundable deposit.

Everything was great! Location: It's near Main Street, and across the street from beach. Lodging: House was so quiet and comfortable. Excellent HB Beach Retreat!
My family stayed at this beautiful property for two weeks over summer and had an excellent holiday. The amenities are great and we especially appreciated the bikes, bodyboards and beach kit to aid with our summer fun. The property is spacious and perfectly placed off the beach. Tom & Linda were excellent hosts. We'll definitely be back!!

The house was beautiful, clean and large enough for our family of 8 to spread out in. The hosts left us tons of snacks and waters and they had everything there that we would need for the beach.
We enjoyed using the bikes, beach chairs, beach wagon, boogie boards, and ice chest. The hot tub was a big hit and all of us enjoyed using it.
The hosts, Tom and Linda were very friendly and helpful and were always available for any questions. This was the perfect vacation spot for us!

Luxury Vacation Stay
We were 3 adult couples in HB for a family wedding. This was the perfect venue for us to attend our events and enjoy the area. So close to the beach and the center of town, it was easy for everyone to enjoy the week. The house exceeded everyones expectations and was truly luxurious. We enjoyed all of the extra touches the hosts provided. The kitchen was truly well stocked with high grade supplies. We used the bikes and the beach chairs -- all in great condition. Everything was spotless. It didn't feel like a rental property - it felt like a well kept home. Thank you Tom and Linda for great communication before and during our stay and maintaining such a high standard.

Tom & Linda were very gracious hosts!! The house was clean and very well stocked with everything we needed, including beach chairs, bikes, cooler, & beach wagon! The hot tub on the roof was great to have as well as all of the other outdoor areas to hang out! We definitely recommend staying here with your family and friends! Thank you Tom & Linda!

This is the perfect vacation home
Property managers Linda and Tom are amazing! They helped whenever we texted them which wasn’t much but would ask us if we need anything. The home is spacious and pictures don’t do it justice. It’s a short walk to Main Street and pier. They have many bikes you can use a air compressor to air tires if needed and bike locks. All the beach items you need wagon,chairs, small ice chest and umbrellas. Hot tub was nice and clean and made for relaxing evenings. I could go on and on about this home on how amazing it is. The yellow house on the corner is a prefect! My kids did their distant learning classes and husband worked internet kept up for them.

Great Place - Great Property Manager
This place was perfect for my family of 5. With 3 young kids lack of space can sometimes be an issue, this home accommodated us really well, with a great proximity to the beach and food offerings. Home was well stocked (more so than other vrbo's we've done in the past) and well maintained. The home manager is very accessible, and very helpful if we needed anything.

THIS PROPERTY DELIVERS EVERYTHING YOU SEE IN THE PHOTOS AND THEN SOME. THE HOUSE IS VERY HIGH END AND LUXURIOUS AND THE LOCATION IS SO CLOSE TO THE BEACH YOU CAN THROW A ROCK AND HIT IT. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO HAPPY WITH A RENTAL LIKE THIS. ALL DETAILS WERE THOUGHT OUT. EVERYTHING YOU WOULD POSSIBLY NEED FOR A VACATION IS ALREADY THERE. JUST BRING YOUR CLOTHES. I LOVE QUALITY FURNITURE, APPLIANCES AND POTS, PANS, UTENSILS AND EVERYTHING. THIS PLACE IS SECOND TO NONE. THE OWNERS ARE THE BEST COMMUNICATORS EVER. NEVER LEFT ME HANGING AND THE NICEST PEOPLE IN THE WORLD. LOOK NO FURTHER.

This was by far the most well-stocked and pristine house we have rented on Homeaway. Tom and Linda were attentive, responsive and so kind.
