Such a perfect place for 10 people! Plenty of room. Cooking was easy. The laundry room with the beer fridge was so helpful. So many beach towels! We opted to rent one of their boats - great, but we had experienced boaters. Don’t do it if you aren’t a little familiar with boating. Hire Captain Herb to help you out. This house was wonderful!

We had an amazing time! Our kids loved the pool and hot tub. Very clean! Had everything we needed for cooking and entertaining. Great communication with owners/management!! Would recommend to family and friends!!

Beautiful property. Everything about the home was great. I didn't understand the fee structure though. Just put it in the daily fee instead of adding all the additional fees. It's deceiving when booking. Owner fee, extra guest fee when there weren't extra guests. House says sleeps ten and we had ten guests. Also quite a few palmetto bugs (Florida's version of the cockroach as listed on google when we looked it up.) in the home. Holes in the closet (looked like where maybe an outlet had been intended to be) walls where they were coming from. Keep your eyes peeled. They were found in our shoes when we left our clothing in the closet. We were careful not to leave food out to attract them. We found one in the dishwasher and made sure to wash all our dishes when we got there. We contacted the property manager to alert them of the situation. She indicated that the home does have regular pest control and was very helpful, and reactive to know where the cut-out holes were on the wall. Lovely vacation don't hesitate to stay there.

We opened the door and were met with an open floor plan and plenty of knick knacks from almost every large lamp and door there were large tassels and beautiful art work. Although the main shutter was closed on arrival they did open it. It is a split floor which is great. Plenty of towels and well stocked kitchen. The pool is salt water and I loved not worrying about the chlorine. There was a high chair, 2 pack n plays and plenty of games available. There is no gate or door alarm for the pool if you don't have kiddos opening up the sliders would have given you a nice outdoor/indoor feeling. And the fans outside helped kill the heat and the lounge chairs were plenty. We loved being able to regulate the temperature as we were pay for electricity we didn't worry about how hot we made it. Every room had its own thermostat which was wonderful. I loved features of the property. There are three issues we found with the property: 1. Master bathroom doesn't have hot water. It gets warm and as soon as you turn on a second shower head it goes cold and the water pressure is reduced. We also had only warm water in a 2nd bathroom. No hot water in the master. 2. Bugs...they did advise us pest control had been out and we totally understand you can't control who was there before there was a total of 5 roaches and 3 dead. The location is not dirty it clearly just needs constant pest control. I would say this was not a detracting factor for us because we just killed them and we understand their predicament. 3. Property management, as soon as we complained formally for the shower it went from cordial communication to rude and unhelpful. We send out on our rental agreement the list of individuals with ages PLUS a follow up text to confirm who was staying. We booked on VBRO listing only the guests saying the entire duration not just one night. Had she let us know that we needed to pay additional we would have happily. But additional payment didn't come up till we complained about the shower. That left a bad feeling for us. We couldn't just leave with small children and it was my sister's husband first vacation since deployment as a family. So we paid whatever they asked and still had a cold shower. :-/ For us, we had planned on making this a regular thing every few months but Property Management needs to be changed. I don't think property managers should have the take it or leave it attitude. Overall, beautiful house, good view, but horrible Property Management.

We loved being at the house so much we only left to play golf and go boating. Of course the ladies left more than the men because they found a lot of nearby shops to go “thrifting”
