Communication was fantastic! Location was wonderful! Construction made it a little difficult to sleep, but it was otherwise very convenient and accessible!

Everything as described, and we were able to walk right to the strip, MGM, New York, New York, etc. Pool and roof deck is nice, and unit was comfortable. Great amenities/services, and location. Check out the Oceans restaurant in the mall by Planet Hollywood, during the day five dollar entrées, and it was quite good. Donna was very helpful and available. Thanks for a great stay!

Location on the middle of strip is very convenient! Room was clean and comfortable. However, the construction next door was very noisy, especially early in the mornings. We understand construction is out of their control, but it negatively impacted our stay. Definitely recommend this location when construction is done.

Lots of construction. When I checked in I was assigned a room on floor 10. Due to anticipated noise I immediately asked if there was something available on higher floor. Agent checked with her manager and I was told nothing was available and in addition my room on 10 was not yet inspected so they had to move me to the 4th floor, What??? Mind you this is after 4pm checking time. I complained and was told that I could come down in the morning and request a room change. When I did that in the morning I was told hotel was overbooked and no 'special requests" would be honored. Why was I not surprised. Day 2 we were treated to a knock on the door at 9am requesting access to swap out the mattresses. Crazy. On my last day I requested an additional 30 mins for checkout and was told that too was not possible. Front Desk staff are a disgrace for a so called "Hilton Resort". Would never stay here again! Best part of my stay were the Parking Valet and Housekeeping staff who went out of their way to assist. Front Desk and Management should take a lesson or two from them.

Polo Towers is nice because it is just off of the strip and walking distance to most of the sites. Beds were comfortable

We loved the location….walking distance to restaurants, casinos and entertainment.

The room was better than described! It was perfect for us, and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The fitness center is amazing, and all the personnel were friendly and helpful. The property manager communicated everything so there were no surprises. The check in and check out processes went smoothly.

It was freaking awesome, the view the area. The rooms was enough space. I was able to cook because of the kitchen. I will be staying again. Thank you
