The appartment is spacious, comfortable, well equipped. Parking included in a garage. Good place for discovering the area. My evaluation of the owner is not bad because they were not nice, it's only because we met them twice for appx. 2 minutes: to check in and check out... So we did not have opportunity to get know more.
Terrace is located very close to the owner's terrace which does not offer much privacy... This is not quite clear from the photos available.
