Situated in Fussen, this lovely condo for R 2,792 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Our newly developed apartment is located in the pedestrian zone in the attic of a multi-family house. From the large windows you have a beautiful view of the castle of Fuessen and the mountains behind. Although you can get directly from the entrance to the shops, cafes and restaurants of the pedestrian zone it is wonderfully quiet at night. The apartment is of high quality: all rooms, except the bathroom, have an oak floor, and the entire kitchen is made of real wood specially for our apartment. The spacious sleeping sofa invites you to lazy. Of course, the apartment includes all the facilities and equipment you would expect at home: from TV, washing machine, dishwasher to the blender, kitchen scale and box opener. If the music taste of the visitors differs - no problem. The high-quality stereo system can be programmed via a tablet so that different loudspeakers (in the living room, bedroom and bathroom) simultaneously play music.

We had 3 nice weeks in the apartment with our two kids (5 & 2 years). The apartment is centrally located within the historical city center of Füssen. The whole flat is perfectly equipped and has a very nice style and furniture. We would love to get back there immediately.

Unser Aufenthalt in dem Appartment war super! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, modern und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist zentral und alles, was man zum täglichen Leben braucht, ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch der Bahnhof ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung relativ ruhig gelegen, wobei es im kleineren Schlafzimmer mit offenem Fenster morgens lauter werden kann. Auch die Kommunikation mit Volker Sadowsky war gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Osterurlaub in Füssen
Die Dachgeschosswohnung mitten in der Altstadt in Füssen ist sehr gut ausgestattet und heimelig, man ist mittendrin und dennoch ist es ruhig hier. Die kleine Dachterrasse und auch der Ausblick aus dem Wohnzimmer auf das "Hohe Schloss" und die Berge sind sehr schön. Supermärkte, Bäcker, Bahnhof - alles ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Herrliche Umgebung! Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder : )

Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage
Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben sehr hochwertig eingerichtet und vereint Ökologisches Wohnen mit der Liebe zur Technik. Durchs Küchenfenster lässt sich eine Dachterasse erobern.
Die zentrale Lage bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Bäcker, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und kleinere Erkundungen wie z.B. der Lech-Fall sind fussläufig möglich.
Zum Be- und Entladen kann das Objekt angefahren werden. Ansonsten sind wir immer an der Kemptener Straße fündig geworfen.

Entspannter Aufenthalt in einer schönen Wohnung
Schon der Kontakt vor Beginn unseres Aufenthaltes war sehr freundlich und informativ. Dieser Eindruck hat sich beim Check in vertieft. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend, haben uns alles in der Wohnung erklärt und uns den wirklich besten Bäcker mit den leckersten Brötchen, die wir seit langem gegessen hatten, empfohlen! Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr schön eingerichtet, an die moderne TV- und Radio-Bedienung muss sich der ein oder andere sicherlich gewöhnen. Wenn man es aber ein/zweimal gemacht hat, ist es eigentlich selbsterklärend.
Die Dachterrasse hat uns bei schönem Wetter zusätzlich ein wenig Urlaubsfeeling geschenkt. Vielen Dank für die tolle Wohnung!

Tolle Fewo mitten in der Stadt. Trotzdem sehr ruhig. Toll auch der Dachbalkon. Einrichtung ist neuwertig. Die Matratzen in den Betten sind optimal. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und können die Fewo nur weiterempfehlen.

Gerne wieder
Sehr schöne, komfortable Wohnung mit hochwertiger Ausstattung und modernster Technik, in zentraler aber dennoch ruhiger Lage. Die Beschreibung für die Bedienung von TV und Musik über ein iPad sollte deutlich erweitert werden, damit man die vielfältigen Möglichkeiten auch nutzen kann. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in Füssen verbracht die Wohnung war sehr aufwendig und Hochwertig ausgestattet wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat uns freundlich willkommen geheißen. Sehr gepflegtes Wohnung danke.

Sehr gemütliche, komfortabel eingerichtete Wohnung. Trotz Dachgeschoss hat sie sich überraschenderweise nicht aufgeheizt (bei Außentemperaturen von ca.35°). Sehr angenehm! Die Lage ist top! Den Vermieter konnten wir leider nicht kennenlernen.

Super moderne Ferienwohnung in Top-Lage. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig.
In einigen Kommentaren ist von schlechten Parkmöglichkeiten die Rede, was wir nicht ganz nachvollziehen konnten. Bei der Übergabe wurden uns kostenfreie Parkplätze (5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt) empfohlen, welche wir dann auch genutzt haben.
Es wird gebeten auf die Einrichtung acht zu geben. Dies macht man allerdings bei den hochwertigen Möbeln auch gerne.
Bei einem nächsten Besuch in Füssen wissen wir, wo wir unterkommen werden!

Great location and modern apartment
We had a brilliant week in this apartment in the heart of Fussen. Very clean and modern home with all the things you need to make your stay comfortable. The apartment is tucked down a side street in the heart of Fussens old town and close to all of the charms Fussen has to offer.
The apartment owner met us on arrival and explained all of the key points clearly.
The only let down on this trip for us was the cost to park our hire car day to day, this has no reflection on the apartment as it's just expensive to park in Fussen full stop.
All in all we had a great time and I would not hesitate recommending this house to stay in.

Kontra: im Treppenhaus kommt Putz runter.

Super Ferienwohnung in TOP-Lage
Wir waren sehr begeistert von der hochwertigen und nahezu neuen Ferienwohnung mitten in der Füssener Altstadt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und schick. Echtholz-Fußböden sowie Möbel, moderne elektrische Ausstattung wie z.B. ein W-LAN Musiksystem. In der Küche ist alles notwendige (Geschirrspülmaschine, Backofen etc.) vorhanden, dass Bad lässt mit Dusche (Rainschauer) und Badewanne keine Wünsche offen. Es ist sogar eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten. Wir waren zu viert (2 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder) und waren mit dem Platzangebot mehr als zufrieden.
Die Lage der Wohnung kann man nur als TOP bezeichnen. Innerhalb von 2 Minuten ist man mitten im Geschehen. Bäcker und Metzger sind fußläufig ebenfalls in 2-3 Minuten erreichbar. In der direkten Umgebung findet man zahlreiche Restaurants und weiter Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert. Er hat uns alles ausreichend erklärt und ist auch problemlos auf unseren Anreisewunsch eingegangen.
Rundum kann man die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Sollte es uns mal wieder „ohne Wohnwagen“ nach Füssen verschlagen wird diese Ferienwohnung unsere erste Adresse sein.

Charming apartment in old town Füssen with stunning views!
Volker’s apartment in Füssen was lovely! It was even more beautiful than the photos and the views were amazing. The location was perfect, very close to everything and right in the middle of old town füssen. I would highly recommend staying at Volker’s place and hope to be able to visit again.

Simply fantastic apartment! Beautiful town!
This was a fantastic stay! The apartment has been beautifully designed and crafted. The picture journal available for viewing shows the extensive work that went into the gorgeous finished product. We loved the location. Just a short walk down the street to a nice breakfast spot. Even shorter the other direction to the best and least expensive Chinese restaurant in town. Our family of four was very comfortable in this high tech lodging. Family of the owners met us and showed us around the apartment - always a nice touch. The kitchen is fully furnished and had everything we needed. The space is very well thought out. The tub is huge and relaxing while laying under the giant skylight gazing at the stars or morning light. Couldn't have asked for a better place.

Un très bel appartement propre, rénové avec les dernières technologies et des matériaux de qualité. Très belle vue sur le château. Proximité des commerces : supermarché Netto, boulangerie, traiteur,... Point de départ pour visiter les châteaux de Hohenschwangau, Neuschwanstein et Lindenhof. Notre hôte nous a réservé un excellent accueil et a pris le temps de nous expliquer tous les équipements et les alentours. Il s'agit d'un centre piétonnier : vous ne pourrez pas accéder au logement avec votre voiture : prévoir une valise à roulettes. Les parkings proches sont très chers. Privilégiez le parking 2 Eissport zentrum BLZ Arena à 12 minutes à pied mais gratuit.
Eine sehr schöne Wohnung : sauber, renoviert mit der neuesten Technologie und den besten Materialen. Sehr schöne Aussicht auf der Schloss. In der Nähe von Geschäften à la Netto, Bäckerei... Ausgangpunkt für der Schlosser Hohenschwangau, Neuschwanstein, Lindenhof. Sei vorsichtig, das sind autofreie Fußgängerzonen. Die Parkplätze sind sehr teuer. Lieber Parken 2 Eissport Zentrum BLZ Arena. Es ist kostenlos und 12 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir danken unserem Gastgeber herzlich für seine Gastfreundschaft und seine Erklärungen.

Sehr nette Ferienwohnung in guter Lage. Ausstattung ist Top. Fast alles da was man benötigt.
Die Ferienwohnung ist relativ neu und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Wohn- und Essbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Tageslichtbad ist hell und bietet neben der großzügigen Duschkabine (Glas) auch eine Badewanne. Die Küche ist sehr hochwertig aus Vollholz gestaltet und hat eine Spülmaschine sowie einen intelligenten Backofen. Ein Wasserkocher für Tee fehlt noch.
Die Wohnung ist technisch auf einem sehr modernen Stand. Dimmbare LED-Spots, Hochwertige neue Möbel in Wohn- und Essbereich sowie eine klasse Musikanlage, welche sich über das zur Wohnung gehörende Tablett steuern lässt. Aus dem Wohnzimmer blickt man auf die Berge sowie das Füssener Schloss.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist ebenfalls sehr nett eingerichtet.
Das zweite Schlafzimmer (Kinderzimmer) ist leider etwas lieblos eingerichtet. Neben den zwei Einzelbetten (von welchen eines knarzt) steht eine ältere Couch, welche durch eine Decke abgedeckt wurde sowie ein älterer Schreibtisch auf dessen Ausziehboden ein verstaubter alter Laptop inkl. Kabel liegt. (für Kinder nicht ideal)
Punktabzüge gibt es zusätzlich für den Fußboden, da dieser bei unserer Ankunft nicht besonders sauber war, sodass wir zunächst einmal durchsaugen mussten.
Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es in 3 Minuten zur Wohnung in einem Parkhaus für 16 €/24 Std..
Zusammengefasst ist ein Aufenthalt hier dennoch zu empfehlen, da die Wohnung trotzdem sehr schön ist. Vielleicht werden die kleineren Kritikpunkte ja zukünftig in Angriff genommen.
Zur Lage kann man nichts negatives sagen. Man ist mitten in der Altstadt von Füssen und hat somit Restaurants, Cafés, Bäckereien, Metzger etc. direkt vor den Füßen.
