Our lovely, private, and newly renovated 970 square foot condo in the highly sought-after Warm Springs Prospector condo complex. It is one block to the Warm Springs base lodge and world-class skiing. Storage Closet: Please be considerate of skis, fishing gear etc. in the unit. Please either use the cubby in the entryway or the outside deck. Skis can also be stored at the Warm Springs base lodge which makes walking over and back very easy. *** Peak season and spring break require a 3-night minimum. Holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, and Independence Day require a 4-night minimum. 2-night stays may be available during weekdays and off-peak times. *** We offer contactless check-in. However, we will be available by phone during your stay. Additionally, we offer in-person support/maintenance when needed. Contact information will be provided after booking Enjoy all the benefits of staying at the Iconic Warm Springs Base Area. A great area for skiing (almost ski in/ski out) in the winter and mountain biking and hiking in the summer. Apre Ski at the Warm Springs Lodge or walk over to Apples and get some local flavor. The Prospector condo complex offers three hot tubs in the winter, and in the summer (late June to mid September), a large, heated, saltwater swimming pool, two tennis courts, a paddle ball court, a pickle ball court, a basketball hoop, a children’s play area, and a communal pavilion with barbecue and picnic tables. Two bedrooms upstairs with vaulted ceilings, queen-sized beds, bamboo flooring, a 43" Smart TV in the master, and two upstairs bathrooms. There is a well-equipped kitchen with solid granite counters and marble backsplash, a wine refrigerator, and stainless-steel appliances. The living room is very comfortable, with a 40" flat screen smart TV, wireless internet, and a cozy gas fireplace. For those nights you want to stay in, there is a new outdoor deck with furniture. Furnishings are high quality and there is a washer dryer in the unit Free local bus stop is in front of the Prospector Condo entrance. They go into town, and to Sun Valley. Well appointed location in Warm Springs which has modern cosmetic updates but had plumbing issues (shower/bath drain leaked) that disrupted our stay briefly. Overall nice spot, and good amenities for 4th of July stay.

On our first trip to Sun Valley we had a wonderful week of skiing. The condo was set up nicely and had supplies (spices, napkins, foil etc) in the kitchen to use. The kitchen was recently renovated and very nice. The fireplace was cozy. There were storage baskets where you came in for helmets, mittens etc, Unfortunately the hot water in the shower only lasts for a few minutes for each shower. Bathrooms are small, no place to put your stuff.
The walk to the lift was longer then we thought it would be and ski storage at the Warm Springs Lodge is no longer available.
Also, both hot tubs in the condo complex we’re not working for the week we were there.

The owner was super easy to communicate with, addressed all questions we had without any delays. The condo is literally 3 min walking from the chair lift, very clean with fully stocked kitchen.

We enjoyed our stay but the condo is very hot, even if outside temps are not bad. Be prepared - very little ventilation, and fans didn't help very much.

We had an amazing experience, by far one of our best VRBO stays. The host was informative and very responsive and the condo was well stocked with everything you could need plus many extras. The bottle of wine left by the host for us was very welcoming and such a great greeting after a long day of travel.

Enjoyed the visit overall! Great location---only a 5-minute walk to the Challenger and Greyhawk ski lifts at the Warm Springs base. Also, the hosts were responsive to my questions when we arrived. The bottle of wine was a nice touch, also.

We loved walking right to the lift line from the condo. The place was clean and comfortable. Holly was very welcoming and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. We always enjoy our visits to Sun Valley.

The homeowner clearly cares about guests and keeps basic and not so basic amenities well stocked. The property managers went above and beyond in responsiveness and care. We stayed during a heat wave and it was rather warm but they had 3 fans provided which was helpful.

Great Weekend Stay!
Close proximity to Warm Springs Lodge, made our skiing day a quick in and out, thus making the most of our day. Accommodations were great, ample parking and property owners were very accessible throughout our stay!!! We hope to return!!

Perfect condo for ski week
This condo fit our needs perfectly for a week if skiing. Warm Springs lodge is just a minute walk away. Parking in the development was always easy to find just steps from the door. The unit was fresh and sparkling clean, comfortable, and beautifully furnished and decorated. The kitchen was a joy - it can be so depressing to arrive at a rental after long drive, and find not so much as a packet of sugar or salt. This kitchen has all the staples covered, and more. To me, that’s the sign of a caring host who wants to make sure your vacation is great. Finally, kudos to the amazing property manager. The internet modem stopped working on the first night of our stay. The property manager spent over 2 hours that Saturday night troubleshooting with the service provider with no luck. He came by the condo the next morning and spent another 2.5 hours on the phone with the service provider until we finally got things working again. (This was his holiday weekend too, btw). Between this unit’s owner and property manager, you will be in good hands. Highly recommend!!

Warm Springs ski condo
This 2-bedroom condo is a stone's throw from the Warm Springs Lodge. It's a quiet and lovely Sun Valley retreat. The unit is nicely- appointed, and the pantry is abundantly stocked with spices, and other "only-need-a-little-of" items that make gourmet cooking easy without having to spend a fortune on quantities that one occupant could never use. The owner makes a real effort to provide a nice experience.

Great location, clean and updated condo.
We had a wonderful stay at this warm springs condo. Just a short walk to lift, easy parking, nice community hot tub. The condo was clean and updated with newer furnishing, linens etc. Plenty of supplies like paper towels, coffee, laundry soap etc. was a bonus. Beds were new and comfortable and unit was quiet for a good night rest.

Walk to the lifts!
We really enjoyed out stay at the Prospector Condo. The convenience factor of being so close to the Warm Springs Lodge and ski lifts was terrific and allowed us to put on our ski boots at the condo and walk. I would stay there again on a future trip. Thanks.

Perfect location
Walk 5 minutes to the ski lift. Condo was nice and comfortable. Lots of unexpected goodies. Appears larger in the pictures. Needs some TLC, but was perfect for our weekend.

Lovely spot!
Nicely appointed, cozy, comfortable and clean! All the amenities you could need were available and the kitchen was fully stocked with coffee and basics for cooking, even a welcome note :) Quick walk to the chairlift and easy access in general. We did not want to leave! I will agree with another reviewer that the hot water was limited and it is a pretty small tank. This was not a major issue for us however as we were in and out for a quick trip. Otherwise this is a five star spot, and I would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location! Super easy walk to Warm Springs Lodge
The place is well equipped, super stocked up. Coffee, Hot Cocoa, popcorn 🍿. That was a nice touch.
Great location, easy walk to lodge and jacuzzi. Plenty of parking.
We struggled with hot water. Only one shower at a time and the hot water ran out after one shower. That was our only bummer.
It’s a great place, comfortable and plenty of space.
Wifi worked great, TV was easy to use in all rooms.
