big property lots of space nice location very central to everything

didn’t feel overly secure few broken screens and bent door frames, main bedroom bed extremely low… and uncomfortable… no sharp knives to cut with… could be a little cleaner but overally nice holiday rental

I liked the proximity to the main street in Nelson Bay and I loved the big rooms and space at the property.

I come to Port Stephens regularly to see family and it disappoints me that you need to shop for everything no matter how short your stay is, just things like salt, pepper, sugar - the basics. When you are only staying a few days it is annoying to have to buy so many things to make your stay comfortable. I operate an Airbnb property and I have all the basis available to guests.

Clean, comfortable, near the town center

Not enough lights , some lights are not working...

The location is very good, 5 mins walk to city center.

The BBQ area and surrounding are not clean, they haven't down the lawn,

Good location. Fridge was a good size. Family and dining areas were lovely.

The gardens were overgrown with weeds and the photo showed a grass area that was concrete. You couldnt get to the clothes line for weeds. The aircon was inadequate upstairs, as it was only in the main bedroom. Toilets leaked badly and kitchen tap was broken. Bins were full when we arrived. The BBQ and outdoor setting needed cleaning when we arrived. No spare blankets.
