About this house rental
Surrounded by peppermint trees and located one street back from peaceful Geographe bay and easy access to town, Dunsborough lakes golf course, and tourism spots this property is fitted out with relaxation in mind. This is an older style home in a fantastic location perfect for families and friends looking for a peaceful getaway. Property has been recently refreshed with full internal painting throughout, new vinyl plank flooring to bottom bedrooms, new couches, new vanities to both bathrooms. The home can accommodate up to 6 guests, with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and two toilets. Please note LINEN (sheets pillowcases and towels) IS NOT PROVIDED and you will need to bring your own with you. Downstairs comprises of 3 bedrooms a combined laundry and 2nd bathroom with separate toilet, outside is a covered patio area with BBQ large grassed fenced backyard and fruit trees. Upstairs comprises open plan living/dining/kitchen, master bedroom, bathroom and balcony with BBQ. TV DVD iPod dock etc located in living area. Pets allowed on application, pets are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms and are preferred to stay outside where possible. We trust you will enjoy your stay.

The property was great for adults and kids. Close to the beach. Backyard had lawn and fully enclosed for the dog.

This house is in a great location but is quite run down, and needs a lot of repairs (blinds broken, holes in flyscreens). There are a LOT of ants in the kitchen and bathrooms. Cooking facilities are poor - almost impossible to cook anything on the electric stove (oven was OK). The house was not very clean - the inside of the cupboards and shelves were filthy and the BBQ was so bad we didn't use it. There are better places to stay for the price.

Bath tap continues to run , I got locked in the downstairs toilet , cupbord doors falling off ,
Ant infestation, snake living in roof void

Exterior of building dirty run down . Provided feedback to manager on dirty windows, kitchen cuboard hinges loose and one cupboard off hinges. 3 light bulbs blown, weeds growing out of gutter. Interior of building is dated but clean. Manager thanked me for feeback and said items would be addressed.

Overall, a really nice location, just one street back from the beach and within easy walking distance from Dunsborough town centre. House as described with all amenities needed. A very enjoyable stay.

We loved the location and the house was perfect for our family and dog.
It was clean, comfortable and relaxed and an easy walk to town or down to the beach for a dip. Dave was really responsive with his communications, thanks again, we will be back.

Surrounded by peppermint trees, its a great classic old school Dunsbouragh holiday house. Relaxing backyard that is nice and quite, great to bbq on the veranda, short stroll to the water, everything you need at a reasonable price for the area.

Way over priced for this back packer style accomodation
The part about no towels and linen was in the second section of the blurb which I didn't read as the rest sounded ok. The place is old and run down and no wifi.
Position is great. But for the money go elsewhere
Stayz needs to have inspectors on the ground .I won't use Stayz again my property in Noosa will be removed from their portal

Was not told to bring towels or bed sheets there photos show towels on the bed , was not happy because we had a wedding to go to and couldn't have a shower , what a joke you have to bring sheets and towels.

Enjoyable stay, kids had the downstairs which was a bonus. Great location, close to the beach. Cleaning fee is a bit steep especially as we are taking our own linen.

Older property with lots of light. Windows catch sea breeze that cools rooms down in evening. Well equipped kitchen and laundry.

Fantastic location, good clean accommodation which has had a facelift since our last stay. This is definitely not a flash beach house- rather somewhere you can kick your shoes off at the front door and relax. Beach is a 2 minute walk and is great for kids to fish and swim

Shame not better fencing for having a pet with you.
Shame outside wasn't cleaner .good space for everyone to chill great lawn area at back to play .

Getting key was easy, clean and easy walk to the beach and short drive to shops and a bit further to wineries and other local attractions
