Newly renovated ground floor apartment with incredible views over the beach and private garden. Large garden in front of the pedestrian promenade and the beach of Bahia de Alcudia. Ideal for cyclists, couples and families. Enjoy all year round your terrace facing the sea on a beach protected from the wind. The space has a living-dining room with a built-in kitchen, with fast Internet and Wi-Fi connection and all the comforts of a home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, kettle, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The property has a terrace and a private garden overlooking the sea where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner outdoors. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms (a full bathroom with a sink, toilet and shower and a bathroom with a sink and toilet). Bed linen, bath towels and bathroom essentials (toilet paper and soap) are provided. If you are staying with us for more than a week, the weekly cleaning service is also free. On request and free of charge, the apartment has a cot and baby chair, a desk and a computer screen. During your stay, we will be happy to welcome you. Parties are not possible. Maximum occupancy 4 adults. The apartment is located within a gated community. From the private garden you can access the sandy beach through a well-kept community garden. In this garden, near the entrance to the beach, you will find a comfortable shower. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE AREA The apartment is ideal for those who want a good tourist infrastructure but at the same time a relaxing holiday. It is located in a quiet neighborhood of Alcudia beach, just 5 minutes walk from supermarkets, water sports, bicycle rental, public transport, doctor and pharmacy, 15 minutes walk from Puerto de Alcudia and all its services and 15 minutes drive to the exceptional Alcanada golf course and Pollença Bay HOUSE'S RULES - Respect the break from 23:00 to 8:00. - It is forbidden to hold parties. - Maximum number of occupants: 4 + 1 baby. - For the convenience of the guests, if possible the entry can be advanced and the exit delayed. - We carry out a lease contract that will be signed on the day of arrival with the Passport data. - Responsible use of air conditioning is requested. - Cleaning is included in the price. The cleaning of the dishes and the removal of garbage is not included. - Some stays can be less than 7 days. - For guest comfort, if it is possible, we can advance the check in time and delay the check out time. - We make a lease agreement that will be signed on the day of arrival, with your Passport data. - Forbidden parties. Maximum number of occupants: 8 + 1 baby. - A responsible use of the air conditioning is requested. - Cleaning is included in the price. HOW TO GET AROUND THE AREA The apartment is 200 meters from a public bus stop with line to the airport and lines TIB 351, 352 and A32 to Palma, Pollensa, Can Picafort, Inca and other destinations. Consult the Consorci de Transports de Mallorca TIB website. You will find bicycles and cars for rent just 5 minutes' walk from the apartment.

Lovely little apartment close to the beach. Walking distance to shops and lots of wonderful restaurants. Nespresso coffee machine was a bonus in the morning. Very quiet area! Loved it

Great location. Near restaurants, groceries and shops. Property is on the beach. Perfect for swimmers, walkers and cyclists. Just down the beach from the noisier bars, etc, so nice and quiet. The ONLY problem we had was mosquitos.

We got the choice 100% right. Garden apartment is beautiful. Very well equipped. Perfect location, in front of the beach, very familiar, super quiet and silent. Erste Reihe am kinderfreundlichen Strand. Top! Die Wohnung im landestypischer Stil war gut ausgestattet und es waren sogar Strandutensilien (Liegen und Sonnenschirm) vorhanden. Das Gelände ist komplett umzäunt und nur mit Zugangscode zugänglich. Man kann die Kids im schönen Garten springen lassen.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und dennoch nur einen Steinwurf vom Strand und der Promenade entfernt. Die saubere und modern eingerichtete Wohnung ist ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Die Vermieterin Ada ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuverlässig. Einziges Manko: bei Starkregen (wird wohl nicht sehr häufig vorkommen) drang etwas Wasser durch die Außenwand ins Wohnzimmer. Und: die Kaffeemaschine war defekt. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert.

This is a great apartment with all you need for a perfect family holiday. It has an unbeatable location...beach is just in front of the garden door, all necessary facilities including a big Eroski supermarket are just around the corner. The nice garden is perfect for the kids who have spent most of the time playing outside. We have spent already our second holiday in this apartment and this time it was even better thanks to the recent nice reconstruction of the interior. The only little problem was when we ran out of gas for the cooking but it was fixed very quickly by the owner. We will definitely come back again.

Fantastic apartment, right on the beach, with private beautiful garden where kids could run and play safely. Exceptionally clean with fully equipped kitchen, dushaqasher, washing rom, airco, sun chairs etc. additional great point is private parking place which is belonging to apartment in complex area (next to it). Big supermarket, restorants, port, shops are right there however it is super quite in the evenings! We stayed with 2 small kids and cannot think of the better place to spend our holidays in Alcudua! Host is super helpful and was reacting wishing 10 min on each question. Highly highly recommend!
