Situated in Waikato, this charming house for R 3,784 per night is a great option for your next trip. Located less than 90 minutes drive from downtown Auckland, this property offers genuine seclusion with its own private white sandy beach. Take in the magnificent mountain and ocean views as you drive through some of the most spectacular scenery to this unspoilt area. The modern two-storey “Wairau Stone” home is situated on over 3 acres of lush pasture land. The home faces East over the protected private Beach and the pristine Manukau Harbour. Suitable for Families, Couples or for Corporate training, this home accommodates up to 16 people comfortably. We do have a 'No Party Policy" but we never wish to stop our guests kicking back and enjoying themselves, we just want our home and our neighbours respected. Just to be quite clear, if you rent the property then have a party that gets out of control, we will cancel your booking and ask you to depart the property immediately. Sorry about having to spell out the "No Party Policy" Enjoy a luxurious stay with huge living, dining and deck areas all with views of the beach, Harbour and the City of Auckland. Entertain in style with a fully equipped granite kitchen and a 10 seater dining table. Take time out to laze on your own private beach with crystal clear water. My extended family of 17 had the most amazing stay. Great communication from the outset. the property is perfect for large groups and is super well catered for. The kids loved the short walk down the track to the safe, private beach. Awesome area as well and lots to explore! Would definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic time, great house, all that you need and more. Fully stocked kitchen, linen, bedding. Fantastic views, even with the rain and a few minutes walk to beach. A must do is Awhitu winery about 6 minutes walk. Thanks & We look forward to staying again

There was 11 of us stayed and there was absolutely nothing we ever wanted not available, the house is just well supplied with everything and good quality items. The water supply was adequate for us and taste was okay. Only thing I recommend to the owner would be to update the BBQ. Apart from that very happy to recommend the property to anyone wanting a modern large dwelling to lay back and enjoy a quite relaxing time.

The property well exceeded my expectations. Was a fantastic weekend with every amenity covered and we even made it two doors down to the local winery for tasting. The beach is absolutely beautiful and we felt like we were overseas, will definitely be booking again.

We have just returned home from the most incredible weekend in Awhitu! The accomodation exceeded all of our expectations and we all adored exploring the area with our kids. The lounge was perfect to relax with a large group and the bedrooms all perfect in size and comfort. The lovely winery next door was a wonderful treat - a truly luxurious afternoon escape. The beach was fun to explore and all of the cheeky crabs kept our kids well entertained. Best of all - wake up, pour yourself a yummy cuppa and enjoy the most stunning view from the deck. We will be back. Thank you so much!

Great, large accomodation for a weekend away with extended family. Beautiful ocean views and hop skip and a jump to the beach. Other family members had stayed here before so recommended this to us and we would definately stay here again.

This place was so spacious and well equiped for 16 of us. The setting and views were wonderful and the property managers made excellent contact for check in. We would definitely come back here again for a large group.

We loved our long weekend here, the house was perfect for our group of 3 families with young kids. Lots of space for all of us. The covered verrandah perfect for toddlers to run off steam in the rain, the beach was a great playground for them too. Thanks for having us.

Where do I start? The house was absolutely beautiful! The photo's online did it no justice. I loved the area, it was stunning, quiet and secluded which was just awesome for myself and my family. The views were gorgeous and the house had a lovely feeling, so welcoming. My family loved their stay as well, some didn't want to leave! It accommodated to us all from our 6 month old baby, our 60 year old Koro and everyone in between. We've even talked about booking again in the summer time. Thank you so much!

Our family of 7 adults and 9 children rangeing from 2yr old to 14 had an awesome family time together. The house accomodated us all comfortably with huge living spaces. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you would need. Would love to have a family summer holiday here as all kids loved beach. We travelled most days to Auckland for adventures and although driving wasnt a problem the amount of traffic and motorway delays made for lenghty travel times.

As a spot for a family get-together, this suited us very well. Lots of sleeping space, large relaxing area, spacious and well-equipped kitchen, and the bonus of the outside deck to spill out onto even if the weather is a bit wintry. The views and the access down on to the beach are a real treat for children or adults. Communication was great. We found this great value for money.

We took a group of teenage exchange students for their final camp here before they flew back to their home countries. The beach location was perfect - there were tears as they paddled for the last time in NZ! - and the house itself had plenty of room for our orientation activities. The house was clean and comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the excellent communication from Liz made checkin and departure totally seamless. Thanks so much!

We had 13 people staying here and it didnt feel like we were on top of each other. Plenty of space and a beautiful view. Loved watching the sunrise every morning. The house was clean, plenty of towels and kitchen has heaps of utensils etc. They also have great communication. Thank you for having us.

Our holiday, from start to finish was amazing... everything about it was great and the scenery waking up every morning was absolute beauty 😍 there was all different ages over the weekend and the kids just loved it, our mother especially loved the kitchen and enjoyed overlooking the beach, while she potted around in the kitchen what a beautiful way to spend mothers day weekend, thank yous so very much. Well definitely be back again 😊

Just a short stay for a few nights. What’s great is not having to pack anything except clothes and food! The house has everything you need. So handy having your own access to beach - we spent hours down there.

We were attending a wedding at Connemara Country Lodge in Pollock and this was approx 15mins from the venue and wow what a spot!!! Under the stars you, watching the planes take off and you can admire the lights of Auckland is really magical! We loved our time here! Thank you so much for having us!!

Communication with Manager was great. Check in and out was awesome. Our big group absolutely loved the house. Having a big group it still felt like you had your own space. Everything was just right. So close to Auckland, yet feels so far away. Cool spot with plenty of room for our three families. Private access to a vol beach, great views. Plenty to do on the peninsula… make sure you check out the dunes at Hamilton’s Gap and the Manukau Heads light house
