Hyvä sijainti ja siisti asunto, hinta-laatusuhde loistava

Sijainti loistava - jos haluaa olla lähellä rantaa ja turistiravintoloita

Tiskikone rikki (out of order -lappu koneen päällä) ja astiasto osittain huonokuntoinen. Omistaja voisi korjauttaa tiskikoneen ja hankkia osittain uusia aterimia ja laseja

Ottimo soggiorno ad Estepona

Pur essendo arrivato in tarda serata causa ritardo dell'aereo ho trovato una persona che ci ha accolto molto bene ed ha fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie. Durante il trasferimento dall'aeroporto sono state perfettamente fornite le indicazioni per arrivare sul posto. Zona tranquilla, abbastanza vicino al centro e ad una bella spiaggia; di fronte c'era il Carrefour ed a 100 metri c'è un supermercato che è aperto 18 ore al giorno chiude alle 2 di notte, quindi ottimo per chi deve cucinare a casa. Bellissima zona soggiorno con sala da pranzo che giarda verso il porticciolo. Cucina molto ben organizzata con stoviglie di ottimo livello

Agradable estancia con vista al puerto

La ubicacion esta bien, justo enfrente del puerto, con muchos bares y restaurantes. Hay un carrefour market muy cerca. La cocina esta bien equipada. Limpio y comodo.

Algunas cosas no funcionaron o estaban en mal estado. Por ejemplo el lavavajillas, la puerta del balcon. No me gusto que no hubiese un balcon o terraza para sentarse afuera. Lo tiene ocupado el aire acondicionado. Para aparcar el coche es un autentico problema, no hay suficientes plazas y en fin de semana tuve que meter el coche en un parking de pago que me costo 15Euros. Con viento las persianas hacen mucho ruido. En total, no vuelvo.

Fantastic 3 week stay

This is my third time staying in the.apartment and I was not disappointed. It's very spacious, clean, comfortable and bright with amazing views. All the equipment you need for cooking, washing etc. The location is great for the facilities of the port and carrefour shopping, but also not too far from old town, 15-20 minute walk. The host is friendly and amenable and fixed a small issue with air con the same day I contacted him. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a holiday in Estepona. Thankyou :-)

Exceptional

Fantastic location, comfy beds, powerful shower. Clean apartment with great views of the Marina from the balcony. It had everything we needed for our stay. Cleaner was friendly and helpful.

We were very happy to be back and we hope to stay again for a third time

Love the brightness of the apartment. Overlooks the Marina - Windows let in lots of fresh breezes, when open during the day. Location is excellent. 3 minutes walk to the Port/Marina/Supermarkets/Restaurants

As we have stayed before, we would not have returned if we did not like the apartment

BUG INFESTATION. REFUSING TO REFUND. DO NOT STAY HERE!

NOTHING. NADA!

Complained after few days as various issues including a lot of repairs & Silverfish infestation in every room! Even found one in the cot right next to my 3month baby!! Was told to vacate the property so they could investigate & treat it and I would be refunded for future 11days. Had to find somewhere else last minute which cost more & he is now refusing to refund as promised. I have evidence of agreeing to refund. 1. it has an infestation of silverfish in every room! 2. Barely any on site Parking. need to park next to a wall but then no one can get out that side so if you have 2 kids or 4 people it’s difficult 3. No kids pool 4. Toilets by pool not maintained, no toilet paper, light switch falls off wall 5. Lifts always breaking. apartment is on 5th floor & we had a pram 6. Air con leaks in living room leaving a puddle on floor 7. Kitchen door handle falls off 8. Dishwasher broken can’t use 9. towel rail bathroom broken 10. Bath Mat all ripped & dirty 11. Ripped duvet cover 12. Broken laundry basket 13. Light switch by front door comes off so dangerous loose wires 14. Some light switches control the plug sockets - wasn’t told about this 15. Sofa ripped & stained, foam coming out. Owner covered with throw to hide 16. Terrace door broken, hard to open 17. 1 out of 6 bulbs in kitchen works 18. Advertised Netflix then logged us out 19. Noise from other apartments above

Pleasant

Nice location, beautiful town. Flowers everywhere. Apartment is large, has two pools available and parking, and is near a supermarket. We had a view out over the marina. The neighbour who let us in was lovely.

Building is old and in need of attention. Some days the doors to the building were hard to open. The gate opener broke, so it was hard to leave the site. In the apartment, kitchen door handle is broken, dishwasher broken, patio door really hard to open, bedroom window really hard to open. The whole place just needs some love. Communication with the owner via Wattsapp was difficult as it took ages for him to get back to me.

Room only but location and the view were great. So was the lady who handed over the keys and showed us what to do etc.

I would definitely stay again, overall it was beautiful Apt and a great experience.

Beautiful view from Apt. Close to market and shopping with nice house of restaurants . ALSO near beachs.

Parking was not good...had to hope to get a spot Very hard to. find a place to park and contact owner to figure about how to get into Apt. The Apt was well stocked and very nice and comfortable with beautiful views.

lovely apartment in a great location.

great location, great view, has everything we needed. spacious with good storage. good to have a washing machine. the apartment was nice and clean.

not much space to sit on the balcony. the on-site parking isn’t always available but the supermarket across the road has ample parking and is close by.

Don't hesitate to book this beautiful apartment in perfect location!.

Everything! Location was perfect at the port, but only 15-20 minute walk to old town. Taxi rank and bus stops 2 minutes walk away. Supermarkets also 2 minutes away. Views from apartment were amazing, both over harbour and over town towards mountains. Some photos attached. Property was spacious. Facilities were good, everything you need is there. Photographs on booking.com were accurate in fact were better in real life 😀

Good Location

Good location, good size condo in a great area. Nice view.

The living room furnishings are very tired and the balcony small, standing room only. Communication with manager checking in had some difficulties however he did rectify the situation. Parking was a real challenge. Not much space for maneuvering at all.
