The staff was very friendly amd basically cater to our every needs e.g kept the bike, prepared and delivered our breakfast to wherever we wanted (big pool, restaurant, room). They also communicated with us mainly through whatsapp and fast response, so there was almost no noisy phone ring. The first time they showed us our room they mentioned which can be taken home and which could not - and we basically could take their slippers, toilettries (incl. Bug mist!), and mini bars (refilled every day). I liked that the breakfast tasted good, although it was not a buffet breakfast but the portion was sufficiently sizeable for me. The big / main pool has (I think) olympic length so swimming was enjoyable.

The facilities are only room and pool. With that much price, I wished there was at least a gym or yoga class. Private pool in the room was more suitable for families with small kids as for adults you just go two strikes and that's it - it's more of a plunge pool. There was also no bath tub in the room, only shower.

Very attentive staff with little perks like the afternoon jamu drink. More of extra perks like that will be great to improve value for money scores. Love the free mini bar, pretty slippers, and aromatic toiletries. No damp smell even though it has wooden walls.

The bedsheet smells clean but there's still some stains here and there. Same with the private pool, cleanliness could be improved. Maybe add bean bags so we can lounge at the pool deck.

location is perfect, food is amazing and good price, rooms are exceptional, staff are wonderful and helpful

Only thing is the AC in our room was set at a certain temp, which was very warm. the ability to change the temp ourselves would be optimal
