About this chalet rental
Located in Saanen, this lovely chalet for R 1,952 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Romantic Swiss Chalet on 1050 m. on privileged, sunny position. Large garden. Splendid view on the village and the sorrounding mountains. Large patio and barbeque. Sunny living room with a bedsofa of 160 cm. TV, Hi-Fi, CD and Radio, on request Internet wireless LAN. The bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. Childrens bed available on request. All floors are made with Laminate. Modern kitchen with large frigo and deep freezer. all is fully furnished. All bed sheets are included also as well as the kitchen and bath towels. Also in wintertime the approuch roads to Zweisimmen and the Chalet are without any problems. Covered car port. A small footpath leeds down to the Center within few minutes. There are all shops needed available. Also pharmacy. durgstore, hospital.

Een betaalbare woning op een toplocatie!
Op loopafstand van het centrum, het treinstation en de Rinderbergbahn en met een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen.
De woning is vrij eenvoudig maar van alle gemakken voorzien en het heeft een mooi ruim terras.
Wij hebben een hele fijne week gehad.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet, wir waren 4 Personen und hatten einen supper Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Das Ausziehsofa ist ein wenig hart, sonst war alles supper.

Wundervoll
Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Bei der Ankunft haben wir vom Sohn der Vermieterin tolle Ausflugstipps erhalten, die uns sehr geholfen haben.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich perfekt für diverse Ausflüge in der Region und der Ausblick auf den Rinderberg ist einfach nur traumhaft. Wenn es uns wieder mal in die Region verschlägt, werden wir gerne wieder kommen.

Leuke woning en goede locatie.
Een woning met een mooi uitzicht en het ligt centraal voor veel uitstapjes in de bergen. Veel wandelroutes en bergbanen in de omgeving. De natuur is daar echt schitterend! Supermarkten zijn op loopafstand, evenals treinstation. De woning is netjes, veel kastruimte. We hebben een super tijd gehad!

Unkomplizierte, erholsame Ferien
Die Ferien im Chalet Brigitte waren für uns sehr erholsam, da die Kommunikation mit der Hausbesitzerin ganz unkompliziert war. Die Anreise, Schlüsselübergabe und die Abreise liefen ohne grossen Aufwand ab. Auch war bei Fragen immer jemand ansprechbar, wodurch wir uns sehr aufgehoben fühlten. Herzlichen Dank!

Owner insisted on us paying more money after we were at the property.
The property is lovely however, the owner insisted we pay more money after we were there (we had already paid in full online). Since we were in her house, in her country, we negotiated with her and paid her half of the money she requested. She also let it be known she was annoyed with us because we didn't cancel the reservation and contact her directly and pay her in cash so that HomeAway would not get their fee. I would not stay there again since what she did was just plain wrong and made us feel very uncomfortable.

Herrliche Herbstsonne auf der Terasse
Für eine Woche habe wir die herrliche Oktobersonne mit Blick auf den bunten Herbstwaldauf der großen Terasse des Chalet genossen
Das Chalet liegt gut von Zweisimmer erreichbar (auch mit der Bahn), hat aber auch einen großzügigen Parkplatz.
Es ist sowohl praktisch, als auch heimelig eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht. Wir haben sogar draußen auf der Terasse gegrillt.
Von den Vermietern fühlten wir uns gut und freundlich betreut.
Zweisimmen ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt in ein großes und wunderbares Wandergebiet.

It has a fully equipped kitchen with all (mostly new) conveniences including dishwasher and access to washing machine in utility area. Its location is ideal for all Gstaad area ski locations very convenient for the Zweisimmen access and a short drive to the Lenk slopes. The apartment is an easy walk from Zweisimmen town centre and all its amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would go again and highly recommend Chalet Brigitte for you next holiday.

Traumhafte Wohnung
Leider sind unsere Ferien im "Chalet Brigitte" wieder zu ende. Wir waren bereits zum 7 mal da und sind richtig verliebt in diese Wohnung. Gemütlichkeit, ruhe und sehr Herzlich eingerichtet, rundet alles ab. wir freuen uns wieder auf nächstes Jahr.

Wie im Exposé und in den Vorbewertungen beschrieben.
Sehr gepflegte und saubere Anlage und Wohnung,
problemlose und unkomplizierte Buchung sowie auch Schlüsselübergabe.
Mehrere Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Lokale problemlos, bequem und schnell (auch zu Fuss) erreichbar.
Wander- und Fahrradwege, sowie auch Bergbahn zum Rinderberg oder Bahnhof sind auch bequem zu Fuss erreichbar.
Zweisimmen und Umgebung bieten mehr Möglichkeiten als man in einer Woche unternehmen kann.
Bern,Thun,Gstaad und andere lohnende Ausflugsziele sind binnen max. einer Stunde problemlos per PKW oder per Bahn erreichbar.
Wir haben einen wunderbaren und unvergesslichen 1. August in Zweisimmen verbracht, an den wir uns gerne zurückerinnern und den wir sicher gerne wiederholen werden.
Die Wohnung kann man (und wir werden es auch) vorbehaltlos an Freunde und Kollegen weiterempfehlen.

Wunderschöne Winterferien
Wir haben im Chalet Brigitte eine wunderschöne Winterferienwoche verbracht. Wir wurden von den Besitzern des Hauses sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist schön und zweckmässig eingerichtet und bot uns (2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) genügend Platz. Die Aussicht auf den Rinderberg und das Dorf Zweisimmen ist wunderschön und die Lage des Chalets ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem nahe beim Zentrum. Man ist auch zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten im Dorf, z.B. um Einkäufe zu tätigen.
Uns hat es im Chalet Brigitte so gut gefallen, dass wir gleich wieder für's nächste Jahr gebucht haben.

Wir waren zum wiederholten Mal im wunderschönen Chalet Brigitte.
Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gepflegt, sauber und ordentlich, wie im Internet beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, wie zu Hause.
Die Vermieter haben uns herzlich empfangen.
Wir können das Chalet Brigitte in Zweisimmen sehr weiterempfehlen, da dies ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Ausflugsziele ist!

I haven't got a negative word to say about Chalet Brigitte. We were truly delighted with the quality of the accomodation and the warm reception from the owners. For a family of 4 it worked well but 5 would be fine as well. Exceptionally clean, well equiped kitchen, our children (ages 6 & 4) loved being able to play in the garden and let off steam. Good location for access to town and mountains(having a car is a definite advantage). Would definitely recommend to family and friends and hope that we will have the opportunity to go back. Thank you Brigitte for a wonderful holiday!

Ein Heimkommen
Nach viele Jahren wieder drei Wochen in Zweisimmen zu sein war eine grosse Freude. Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderbar gelegen mit Blick auf Rinderberg und Dorf. Dabei war die Gastfreundschaft vom Besitzer deutlich zu spüren.
Die Wohnung hat vieles zu bieten: Grosses Wohnzimmer mit bequeme Sitzplatzen und grosse Terrasse, grosses Schlafzimmer mit guten langen Betten, neues Badezimmer und eine Küche mit alles drum und dran. Es fehlte an nichts, alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir sind wieder nach Zweisimmen gekommem weil das Dorf viel zu bieten hat: Bahnhof, Supermarkt, gute Restaurants, Buchladen, Schwimbad usw.
Jaunpass, Gruyere, Genfersee, Gstaad, Thun und Interlaken sind allen mit Zug oder Auto in einem Tag hin und zurück zu erreichen, mann kann also ohne Problemen ohne Auto im Simmental reisen.

It's already many years we spent 1 week of ski holidays in Chalet Brigitte in Zweisimmen. The chalet is very cosy and warm. The kitchen is well equiped with dishwasher and excellent coffee machine.The beds are very comfortable and the area is quiet, so no problem to get a good night sleep. Every year we come back we notice that the chalet is well taken care of. In the corridor to the appartment there is a storage room where you can leave your skies and boots. Outside there is a parking place for 1 car under a carport. The position of the chalet is absolutely breathtaking. You have a wonderful view on the Rinderberg and the village of Zweisimmen. The village has some nice shops and restaurants and ski school (walking distance from the chalet).
By car or train you are within 10 minutes at the beautiful skipistes of Lenk and Adelboden.

Den Rinderberg im Blick
Das Ferienhaus "Brigitte" in Zweisimmen war für uns erst eine Entdeckung im Internet, dann ein Reisetraum und letztendlich für eine ganze Woche ein wunderbarer Ort im Berner Oberland. Uns war es angenehm, dass wir auch mit Hund willkommen waren und freundlich in Empfang genommen wurden. Das Ferienhaus ist gemütlich. Die Küche ist modern und praktisch ausgestattet. Die Sensation ist jedoch die Terrasse mit dem faszinierenden Blick auf den Rinderberg. Der Kontrast zwischen dem Schnee auf der Spitze und den grünen Almen fesselt den Betrachter auch gerade im Frühjahr. Von "Brigitte" aus führen zahlreiche Wanderwege in alle Richtungen, die von den uralten Bäumen hinter dem Tennisplatz bis zu den Holzskulpturen eines Künstlers viele Sehenswürdigkeiten eröffnen. Blickt man von den Bergen aus auf Zweisimmen ins Tal, dann wird dem Besucher noch mehr bewußt, dass er in dem Ferienhaus in der Löhstraße ein herrliches Zuhause hat, hinter dem ein Schweizer Ehepaar mit Lebensfreude und Geschmack steht. Da es in einer Woche nicht möglich ist, das Simmental in der Vielfalt seiner Klänge und im Zauber seiner Natur zu entdecken, würden wir gern wieder einmal an diesen besonderen Ort zurückkehren. Jetzt erzählen wir aber erst einmal Freunden und Bekannten von unseren unvergeßlichen Eindrücken von Zweisimmen, ein Ort, an den wir uns gern erinnern.
