It is less than a 1-minute walk to the beach, foreshore playground, BBQ and picnic area. Cafes, restaurants, shops and jetty. Kids will enjoy the Erehwon Point playground on the foreshore opposite the front of the apartment complex. Apartment Layout The fully equipped modern kitchen appliances include Smeg dishwasher, oven & cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, all pots and pans, crockery, etc. TV with video/DVD player. Apartment features include ensuite with spa bath, second bathroom, split system air conditioning and heating. All bedding, blankets, electric blanket, bed linen and towels provided. Reserved car park provided plus extra parking available. Paved patio area includes BBQ. Other Features: Non-Smoking Iron and Ironing board Private off-street car parking provided. Nice size apartment and bedrooms. Apartment far from lift and presented diffulties when carrying heavy items ie luggage to accomodation. Accommodation may have main street address but view and location is on the side street.

This second floor apartment (not what I'd call a penthouse) was very comfortable and clean, with all the appliances you'd need for a week away. Nice view from the living room and great to have onsite parking. Electric blanket on one bed only, but the beds were very comfortable with plenty of extra blankets if needed. Courteous and helpful host called before our stay to advise us of an issue he felt we should know about. Close to shops and cafe's, we could have spent much longer there.

AlohaThe Waves was a really comfortable apartment - everything we needed was there and the apartment had a homely atmosphere, with sea views from the balcony, and within easy walk to hotels, shops and cafes plus the foreshore and pier just across the road. The beds were really comfortable too!

Excellent location in Cowes, near enough to walk to Main Street for shops and restaurants, but far enough away to be quiet. Also only a 10 minute drive/ride to the Circuit, so excellent option for bike/car racing fans. Spacious, well appointed apartment and overall a great value for money place to base yourself for a Phillip Island getaway.

This is our second time staying in this apartment. We have been coming to the Waves for 8 years and this is the most comfortable apartment. The couches are so comfortable and the apartment is very well equipped and spacious for our family of four. We hope to book again next year!!

We had a great weekend staying here. It's close to everything, both shops and the beach. We parked the car in the allocated car space and didn't need it again until we left.
Communication was great with the host and the instructions for check in couldn't be easier. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed. It was the perfect place to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

What a wonderful few days!! Accomodation was absolutely perfect and the process to book was streamlined and very easy. Thank you Brian and Pauline - your accomodation was A+. We felt like we were in our own home as everything we needed was provided. Cleanliness, functional and very comfortable- we will definitely be back!!
