Now featuring our professional linen service. A large, heated Gulf-front pool and spa are a lovely place to relax after a day at the beach. Flat screen televisions, a full size washer and dryer and a fireplace for the rare cool evenings are just a few of the amenities that will keep you coming back year after year. If you want to take a rest from the sun, there are several shops and restaurants within walking distance or you can explore AMI by hopping on board the free AMI trolley that runs daily along the island and has a stop just a few steps from your door. So come enjoy the island life and catch a sunset at the beach. Once here, you'll be hooked! *Pets are NOT allowed in this home. There is a $50 non-refundable condo application fee required for first time guest only. This condo includes one overnight parking space and one guest day pass only. The day pass does not allow the guest to park overnight. You will receive a booking confirmation and rental agreement via email within 24 hours after booking. If you do not receive this email please contact our office. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Great spot. Great view.Everything U needed.Restaurants and stores easily reached. A few small problems that were addressed immediately. Other than mid 60's temps..ideal vacay. Will return.

The condo was great! The kitchen had everything we needed. The view and location was exactly as it was listed close to restaurants and grocery stores. The management was easy to work with throughout the entire process. Look forward to coming again!

I want to add to my previous review. The service that Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals provides is 5-star. We arrived after hours and there were some minor issues that we could not resolve and they promptly sent a technician to take care of the minor issues. I was a little cranky from traveling on a red-eye flight. They were completely gracious. I want to apologize for that!

This property has a great view. You can sit on the couch and see the ocean. The kitchen is newly updated and in great shape. Loved everything about this place except that there were a few minor repairs that’s need to be taken care of. I notified the owner and they were quick to respond and offer solutions. Does need some plumbing updates in the bathrooms but would stay here again.

The only problem was the parking space. Only one when the apartment have two room's. Everyday we have to parking our second car outside of the property in the night.

Our family of 4 made a relatively last minute trip down to Anna Maria for the week of July 4th.
The condo was a great set up for our family with great access to the Gulf, Anna Maria Is and everything else.
Each unit had it own covered parkingbspace which was great.
Only drawback os that there are NO GRILLS on the property. So we had to resort to using an old Foreman Grill found in our unit to "grill" steaks or burgers. That was a little disappointing, but otherwise a great condo.
We would love to visit again in the future.

Great condo! Perfect view of the ocean and sunset. The pool was big and clean and the hot tub cured my aching back. Trolly stop right out front. Condo was clean and well stocked. Can't wait to come back.

This property lived up to its advertising. Everything was as described. Neat, clean, well appointed (beachy, somewhat dated). Only a few minor complaints: a prior renter had left poorly cleaned kitchen pans in the drawer under the stove, bathroom sinks ran very slowly.

A beautiful place in a gorgeous location. We enjoyed the ocean view, days on the beach, and watching the sunset from the balcony. The space is lovely and very comfortable. It was nice having beach chairs provided too. We had perfect weather as well. The only problem was leaving, but there is always next year to look forward to.

We very much loved the accommodations, because of the fabulous ocean front location. I am giving it 4 stars because there needs a little better up keep. The screens were off the tracks and a bit shabby. The vacuum could be better and the filter clean. It is hard for a tenant to keep floors cleaned with a vacuum that is not up to par. Probably a very important thing was the fact that there was only one key/FAB. We were two couples and it made it difficult to go separately. At one point we were stuck and could not get in because the couple that went with us had left. You would not want to leave the condo just open. Other than that the place was fabulous.

The house was clean and nice and the view of the beach was wonderful. Had issues with a toilet but that was fixed quickly. Would suggest bar stools so that the dining table could be used to work a puzzle or play games. Also, there is not a large pasta pot or strainer - very unusual for a rental - can't cook spaghetti, which would be perhaps common. We would stay here again!

Very nice. Thoroughly enjoyed and honestly, I have no real complaints. We were happy the entire week and the condo was lovely. I do, however, have a couple suggestions.
1. Have at least 2 extra blankets in each room. Or, renters need to bring their own.
2. Have more than two sleeping pillows on each bed. Or, renters need to bring their own.
3. Each condo in this complex needs to provide two key fobs for the pool area. It may not ever get used depending on the number of people staying in the unit; however, it's not unreasonable to have 2 pool keys/fobs. We have now stayed in multiple units and it's the same across the board.
4. Please figure out a way to narrow down the TV to 1 remote, 2 at the most. 4-5 is just ridiculous and unnecessary.
Will definitely rent again when we don't have two teenagers who don't want to share a bed - but that's our problem, not a complaint of the unit. Rental property people were kind and easy to deal with. We love AMIC and will always stay here.

Great condo!
Our family had a great time at this condo. This is our third trip to the AMI Club and this condo is by far the best we have stayed in. The communication with the property manager was great. The condo was very clean when we arrived. The accommodations are modern and beachy! I would highly recommend this property. The only negative thing I can say about the resort itself is that a few owners/permanent residents are a bit grouchy with the tourists and make a point to disturb the tourists (almost to say we don't want you coming here). Other than that, this is honestly the best place to stay on the island in my opinion!!

Peaceful perfection
The beautiful ocean views filled my soul. The unit was just the right size for my husband and I and a friend to enjoy the week. Very tastefully decorated, comfortable furniture, great location. We didn’t have a “fob” and without it could t get into the pool area. We called the property manager and they brought us one within an hour. The views and beautiful sunsets were exactly what we needed. Great place.

We found it to be most useful for transportation if you do not have a car on the island. We really liked the oyster bar on Bridge Street pier, the Beach House, the Ugly Grouper, and Rod and Reel . We enjoyed the music at Manatee Beach Park. They have a walk up window to order your food which is delivered to your table. You can also order drinks. All said Anna Maria Island is not to be missed and enjoyed. We absolutely loved it there

Fabulous Stay
We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was clean, right on the ocean, had a nice pool, and the two bedrooms each had a king bed. It was right in the middle of the island so it wasn't a far drive to go to either side of the island. The only negatives were, there were no tissue boxes (had to use tp), no salt or pepper in the kitchen, and no key fob on the extra set of keys to get access into the building and pool. Other than that, it was a perfect vacation getaway. We would come back again!

Everything was smooth sailing. Great sunset views.
The balcony was a bit smaller than I thought, but has the best views on the island to watch the sunset, In the mornig we seen dolphins' The beds need a upgrade. Need to leave more garbage bags or bring your own. Anna Marie life vacation was great to deal with who we actually dealt with after booking. Next time will go straight to them and skip the middleman so I dont pay 2 booking fees.

Perfect location
This property was excellent. The only negative thing that I could say was aggravation with no working ice maker. Everything else was top notch. Very cozy condo, excellent bedding, location, amenities, etc. Top shelf maintenance service.

I have been staying here for ove 30 years and I wsill continue as the view is still fantastic and the condo's and property are always kept beautiful and clean.

We loved staying at Endless Summer and walking right out to the beach. Everything we needed was in the condo. Stocked up at the grocery store for everything else. Condo was clean and nicely decorated.
