The 10 km long sandy beach (Schaabe) is within walking distance in about 1000 m. The premises are divided as follows: The main entrance on the ground floor leads to a cozy and modern living-dining-kitchen with underfloor heating. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob and fridge with integrated ice compartment. Dishes, pots, pans and glasses are plentiful. The south-west corner terrace in the rock garden with garden furniture and sun lounger invites you to relax. A bathroom with a large shower, toilet and urinal is also on the level. Both bedrooms are upstairs. One bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed 180 x 200. In the further bedroom there are two beds 90 x 200. Another bathroom complete with bathtub and underfloor heating complete the upper floor. The neighborhood and surroundings: The house is located in an emerging development area in Glowe, an up-and-coming former fishing village, with a harbor, spa and spa park in the north of the island. Binz is about 25 km away. The house is located in a mixed area of holiday homes and houses on the site of the former coastal radio station Rügenradio. The long Schaabe connects Glowe with Juliusruh with its 10 km long sandy beach. The bathing beach lined with dunes and pine forests is wonderful with excellent air and water quality. The beach promenade at the harbor ends with the lookout tower and invites you to stroll and linger. A supermarket, bakery, fish smokehouse and several restaurants are available for daily needs. OTHERS: A deposit of € 200 must be paid in cash or with an EC card on site.
