Our cozy beach property is a relaxing hideaway it is only three 1/2 blocks from surf, sand, restaurants and bars. Our home is cozy and unique cape cod style home with two floors, 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. The upstairs has the master bedroom with a queen size bed a TV that has Netflix only, the second bedroom has a bunk bed with full size on bottom and twin bed on top, the TV has a VHS and DVD player. Yes, you read it right, a VHS. I have a saying, “ You should go to old school before going to new school." Their are movies in the dresser. The third bedroom has two twin beds. Upstairs there is a Jack and Jill bathroom. As a family, we are not big on TV, life is to short. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of plates and utensils for a crowd. The downstairs living room has a pull out sofa that’s a custom blow up mattress, amazingly comfortable . Extra bedding in the cabinets, plenty of children’s books and toys to keep the kids entertained while you enjoy some relaxing time on the outdoor porch. Our porch has a dining table for 12 The term condo can mean several things but in this case , our property looks like a house connected to another house , although the homes are not connected with an entrance . . The hideaway has its own yard and entrance and 2 car driveway . .
