location, food, Ac direct to the bed, looks like a camping at five star hotel price.

From the outside, it looked barren. But, the rooms were comfy. Courteous staff. But, we did not get the buggy a couple of times - all drivers were at lunch or something. Other than that pretty courteous staff. Checking in and out was not complicated. Rooms had all the amenities I had anticipated for. Was not a big fan of the food there. (But, the Bfast options were good.) So, we ate out in Pondicherry. But, the room service was good. They made a mistake in our 1st lunch order But, were honest enough to accept the mistake and quickly rectified it for us. bonus points for that. Not all the attractions were operational there - Under renovation. But, we had a good time there and the drive back and forth to Pondi. Once all amenities are operational, will surely want to go back and experience them.

It was a huge property and have good water bodies

Breakfast was OK, not that great - had reasonable spread The location was way-off Pondicherry - almost 17 to 20 km and the nearest beach is about 10km. So if you plan to visit only for staying should be fine but not for any other purpose

None of the amenities are actually in working condition - for games and sports which the hotel had mentioned. Badminton court / the rackets are broken and they would give used plastic shuttles. The table-tennis location is far off and in muddy open area with dirts all around - so couldn't play that with the kids; the golfs practice locations had water clogged so couldn't do that and they did-not have any other sports. Did-not have proper parking spots so when another customer parked their cars just in front - so, had difficulty in moving out since that guest refused to come-out and move his vehicle and the manager didnot know what to do next. The charge was quite high compared to what this resort have to offer....there are many other resorts located in better and closer to Pondy and offering better rates

The room and pool was nice. There were a lot of activities

The food was very bad. There was a delay in checkin and the outside facilities was not maintained well.

Value for money ???? Can be more
