location superb hosts fantastic

We were guided into the property from the roadway. Parking was secure, which is a very big plus! The French windows gave access to a "balcony" (ground floor level), overlooking a beautiful garden with wonderful wildlife (birds mainly) on many bird-feeders. Also, to mention that there were very few "double yellow lines" around Lowestoft was great. You could walk or drive. A plus if you have mobility problems. The silence was golden......away from any un-natural noise. Many thanks!

Being asked "what didn't you like" is difficult, because if I said our holiday was too short there, then it was! Home commitments to a 93yr old only gave us a little time.

The area

The second week when I was there the host was not nice and I had very poor quality bedding and towels also the bathroom sink was constantly blocking up and I told the owners who didn't want to know, so I informed them that I had cleaned out all the old hair and stuff that was stopping the water from draining away,

Superb accomodation hosts on site but not intrusive.plenty of information on what's local places to eat bus times Maps provided and hosts were full of useful information .just a short walk from seafront .would recommend the pakefield plaice fish and chip shop which was a short walk away.overall we loved this property

Extra toilet roll we forgot to bring some ,but not a gripe Perhaps a small welcome pack would make this property a 10

Brilliant location. Walking distance to beaches, parks, shops, restaurants. On the ‘Banksy’ trail.

Nothing not to like, apart from the weather.

Lovely hosts, Paula and Tony made you feel very welcome and was very helpful. Nice touch was a sign that was a reserved space, with our names on, so we knew where to park the car. Would certainly recommend people to book a holiday here.

We loved everything, just didn’t like the holiday was over so quick

we were self catering and it was fine that, the only issue is I thought balcony area was not as private as stated in the property description. It was a great location and excellent accomadation.

Weather was not great but that is out of control , town centre are was very scruffy and the top end of the pier was shabby.
