Located near the Sunriver Lodge and Sunriver Village Mall, you and your family will be able to easily enjoy all that Sunriver has to offer. Modern furnishings, an expansive living area, vaulted ceilings, and large, picturesque windows are just some of the stunning features of this home. The stunning view allows you to enjoy the comforts of the woodstove, cuddled up on the couch reading a great book, and watching the local wildlife. The well-appointed kitchen is the perfect area to make those family dinners. Equipped with a gas range and gorgeous countertops, you will not be disappointed. This 2400 sq. ft 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bath easily sleeps 10. The home has two master bedrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The downstairs master is furnished with a king-size bed, with a tub/shower combination in the master bathroom. Upstairs are the remaining 3 bedrooms. The second master is a queen suite with a step-in shower. The other two bedrooms are equipped with 2 twin beds and a twin bunk bed and queen, respectively. The remaining two bedrooms share the adjacent bathroom equipped with a tub/shower combination. After a long day, warm yourself while sitting next to the wood stove and watching a good movie on the big screen TV. After a long day at Mt. Bachelor simply relax in the private hot tub and star gaze. There is plenty of room to spread out in this home from the large living area to the large back deck with a gas BBQ. This home is dog friendly. Gladly accepting 2 dogs during your stay. This home provides 10 Unlimited SHARC passes, free tennis, free pickleball, 9-hole disc golf, and free access to the Sunriver Marina! The house is large with good bedroom options. There was a good supply of firewood, although it was not completely dry. It was a good thing we brought lots of newspaper and kindling. The kitchen was stocked well and even had spices and cooking oil. The dishes were not all clean especially the pans and silverware. Behind the back deck there was dog poop scattered around. There was a significant layer of dust and probably woodstove ash on the shelf of the home entertainment center. The tops of the side tables and night stands were not clean. The hot tub was very well maintained and clean. The washer and dryer worked well. The property management staff was very helpful and professional. The driveway provided quite a bit of parking space. The house is in a quiet area.

We played plenty of games and the hot tub was a big hit :) having 4 bathrooms is great with 7 teen/adults (1 in diapers) plenty of room. Kids saw all sorts of deer, a raccoon, squirrels đżď¸ and đ¸ frogs. Great place to make memories.

Great home for our family vacation with 6 adults & 3 children. Nice quiet location with close proximity to the Great Hall & Village. Loved the large Dining table that seats the whole family. Well stocked kitchen although some plastic plates & cups for the kids would be nice to have. Plenty of space for everyone

Nice location and house. Garage door kept coming off it's rollers and not opening / closing. needs more kitchen towels, paper towels. No dish washing soap little things you expect for the price

Very nice home. Quiet location with an easy walk to Village. SHARC passes were a great addition. Smaller back deck but had good grill and hot tub. Large dining table worked great for group meals. Large bedrooms. Would stay here again.

Had such a wonderful time! Perfect location to the village and easy beautiful bike ride to the river and lodge. Clean and had everything we needed! Would highly recommend!

Honesty the pictures donât do it justice. It was a great stay and close to the village (easy walk). If youâre on the fence, I recommend to just jump in and book this place. You wonât regret it.
Only weird this was that one of the upstairs bedrooms had a light switch that didnât turn on the table lamps (master switch) but the table lamps in the room worked manually. Small thing.

The house was incredible. Nice and open with plenty of space for a bunch of adults and a decent number of kids. I've stayed at a number of other properties on our yearly trips to Sunriver, but this was far and away the best.A minor gripe, but the balusters on the stairs and upper floor overlook were wide enough that small children could very easily fall through. This meant that we had to isolate our highly-mobile toddler on the main floor.

This was our second time staying at this house for our annual family trip to Sunriver. This is by far our favorite house that weâve stayed in. Our only âcomplaintâ is that we wish check in was earlier. Canât wait for next year!

Wonderful clean home in the heart of Sunriver. Easy access with walking distance to the village. Went on daily bike rides along the river. Beautiful sunsets. The kids enjoyed the sharc pool passes and the marina pass was great for a float on the river. One bedroom downstairs made it easy on the grandparents. Nicely appointed and very clean. Would stay again!

Great house
This house was great. Super clean and exactly as listed. We had a great stay and would rent this unit again. Only downside was that SHARQ had limited availability to swim so our kids were bummed. This is not the owners problem but wish we would have know before hand

This place was perfect for 2 families. There are 2 master bedrooms and plenty of beds for kids in the other 2 bedrooms. The kitchen and living space are also great for spending time with large groups. And, the location is perfect.

House is much bigger than it looks from the picture with a large open living/dining area. House is in a great location - walking distance to everything. We all had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Family Trip in November
The property was very nice, clean, was well stocked with everything we needed, had plenty of comfortable beds, and also very dog friendly. It is a short walk to village and is in a nice neighborhood, The only negative would be that there is quite a bit of space between rails on the stair railing where a small child could fit through. We had a wonderful stay and would consider this house again.

Amazing House!
Our family takes a trip to Sunriver every year and this is by far our favorite house that we've stayed at. This is the first house that we've rented that was actually nicer than it appeared in pictures. The homeowners were extremely helpful on the day of check in and also very quick to respond to e-mails. As soon as we walked in the door we could tell that the house was VERY clean, was a huge concern for us due to COVID. Long story short, we couldn't be happier and will for sure be booking this house again for future trips :)

We had a nice experience, the house was perfect for the family. We did have a scare one night when the fire alarms went off in the middle of the night. It was a battery failure in a bedroom. It was very frightening, it woke the baby and scared all the folks with the screaming loud sound and a calm lady announcing "fire leave the home". We called the rental agency and were told they would fix it in the am. This was accomplished, but I am surprised we never got a call of apology from Sunset Lodging.
