Situated in York Beach, this lovely condo for R 3,905 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. One bedroom unit within beautiful Victorian home, located on the most pristine part of Long Sands Beach in York, Maine - Only a few steps from the water (no ocean view, but rather that of a quiet, lovely, grassy area). Recently renovated. Fully furninshed. Modern kitchen, full bath, living room, dining area, patio and nice yard. Linens not included (available upon request). Maximum occupancy 2 adults. Summer rentals: 7 night minimum from Saturday to Saturday. No pets No smoking Security deposit required Unit is located on the first level of home - Entrance to unit is accessed from the back of house. **Please be advised that our family lives upstairs during the summer. As this is an older home, some sound from upstairs can be heard below. During the week it is extremely quiet upstairs, but on weekends there’s a bit more activity. We do our best to minimize the disruptions.

The property was the perfect location for a long weekend in York Beach. The hosts were communicative and friendly and the apartment is exactly as pictured. I’d happily come back for a return trip to York!

The rental was perfect for me as it was conveniently located next to the beach and near a good restaurant and also a grocery. The bed was comfortable, the rooms seem recently remodeled, it had every amenity that I had need of. It’s a great choice for a couples getaway, or in my case, a personal retreat.

Plenty of space for two adults. Directly across from the beach in a great location. Mattress was average and not uncomfortable. Great water pressure. Beautiful back yard with a covered area to sit/grill.

Julie has a fabulous little apartment in our favorite place, York Beach, Maine. The space was perfect for my husband and me, with plenty of room to stretch out, comfortable bedroom, spacious modern kitchen, plenty of necessary paper products for our one week stay. The beach has easy access by walking up the path on the side of the house onto the front sidewalk with the beach right across the street. Julie was quickly responsive to any inquiries we made. Weather was perfect and we had a great week! We hope to be back.

We had an amazing week staying at this house!! It was not even a 5 minute walk to the beach ( where we spent all day everyday!), literally right across the street. It was the perfect size for my husband and myself….everything in the house was immaculate and beautifully kept, there wasn’t anything that we didn’t have there!!The only thing that we would possibly change would be to have a more comfortable bed!! We were sorry that we couldn’t meet Julie in person to thank her for the amazing week that we had, and we definitely hope to be able to stay there again!! Thank you Julie!!!!!!!

Our host was friendly but respected our privacy. The cottage was immaculate and cozy. The location was close enough to the beach as well as local restaurants. We enjoyed our stay immensely and hated to leave!

Julie and Jeff are perfect hosts! The rental was immaculate and had everything we needed for the perfect getaway!!! We kept the bedroom window open a bit at night and we could hear the ocean waves. It made for easy, peaceful sleeping. Check in & out was seamless.

I wish I could leave more stars. This place is pure perfection! You are right at the beach with a short walk across the street. The property was spotless and the minute you walk in you feel at home. It's very inviting. I am looking forward to staying here again. Julie is a superstar host.

We really enjoyed our week here! Just steps to the beach and also an easy drive to Portland and Massachusetts. I had some questions before we went and Julie was super prompt and friendly in responding through the VRBO messaging system. Looking forward to coming back one day!

The apartment is beautiful. Well equipped with everything you might need for a weeks getaway. I would recommend spices, another fan for during very hot weather, larger mugs for coffee. Otherwise those are just superfluous items to think about. Other than the view the apartment was wonderful. Hosts were very nice. It was very quiet and relaxing. The beach was on the other side if the road. Very short walk, couldn't complain about that. Really enjoyed the apartment, cozy and sweet!

Really enjoyed our stay at Juli’s place. Just a short walk to the beach (and close enough to open the bedroom window and hear the ocean waves). Juli was available when we needed her and the unit was as advertised. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I just spent 4 days in this beautiful home. It had everything we needed. I can’t stress enough how CLEAN it was!! The decor is very tasteful. The layout is very roomy-feeling. The bed was comfortable. We could hear the ocean right across the street with the windows open. We love the area and will definitely be back. Thank you.

Impeccably clean and very comfortable. Perfect location and exactly what we were looking for. Only wish our last night there hadn’t been so noisy as there was lots of activity on the floor above us. All in all a great little weekend getaway.

Just one day since my wife and I came here and we already love this place. Extremely warm and gracious hosts. Location is just stunning. Right on the beach. The house is very nicely kept and has absolutely everything. It's also very close to eating places and there is a bar and an ice cream place at 2 min walk. It's also perfectly located to walk 20 mins to the Nubbles lighthouse. Also its about 5 mins drive to Goldenrod, an amazing breakfast place, a must visit. We would definitely suggest this place for couples.

My husband and I spent a few days of our honeymoon here, and aside from the weather, it was perfect! The apartment was very clean and well-decorated, and it was located right across from the beach as well as walking distance from several bars and restaurants. The owners of this property were extremely welcoming and responded promptly to any questions. We hope to make it back to York Beach soon, and we would definitely stay at this rental again.
