Located in Baveno, this lovely condo for R 2,277 per night is a great option for your next trip. The apartment "Vista Castello" is located in a very sought after and quiet location of BAVENO, ideal starting point for excursions to Lake Maggiore! Numerous hiking trails that lead to the well-known hiking area below the "Mattarone", start directly above the apartment. A trip to the picturesque "Orta San Giulio" on Lake Orta or to the LAGO DI MERGOZZO (absolute insider tip) is highly recommended! The bright and very tastefully decorated apartment has a private outdoor terrace with patio, umbrella, sun loungers and stunning panoramic views of the lake, the Borromean Islands and the historic "Villa Branca" and the "Castello del Acqua". The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is easily accessible by lift or via a large staircase. To the park and sea side, the apartment is at ground level. You enter the apartment in a small hallway with antique bench and a storage rack. The bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and a large sink is located next to the entrance of the apartment. The cozy double bedroom with large mirror cabinet is especially great, because you wake up in the morning with the unique view of the park down to the lake! The kitchen, which can be cleverly hidden behind a sliding door during the day, is practical and at the same time equipped in the smallest of spaces. The open living area is spacious and decorated with taste. There is a comfortable sofa bed, armchair, TV, stereo, a desk and the covered veranda with dining area and an exclusive panoramic view. Even if it rains, you can enjoy a meal, a glass of wine or just the view "just like in the open air". The guests have FREE INTERNET via WLan! The apartment also has a private garage! "Vista Castello" is just 300 meters from the beautiful lakeside promenade and the ship berth. Many destinations can be easily reached by boat. The Baveno train station is just 800 meters away ... and by train you are in the heart of Milan in about an hour. BAVENO (about 5000 inhabitants) is a very popular resort and lies opposite the Borromean Islands. In the village are beautiful villas from the 19th century, such. B the historic "Villa Branca", which is visible only a few meters from the apartment. The landing stage for the boat connections can be reached wonderfully on the waterfront promenade. There are many nice cafés, bars, shops and restaurants. Baveno is located between the famous resort of STRESA (4km away) and the picturesque bay of FERIOLO (3km away). The beautiful village of Feriolo was once a fishing village and Steinhauerdorf and has a beautiful sandy beach for swimming.

Verblijf Baveno
Het was een bijzondere woning om in te verblijven met een geweldig uitzicht.
We hebben alleen wel een airco gemist, zeker aangezien het de hele week meer dan 32 graden was.

Wir haben die 10 Tage in Baveno sehr genossen. Das Appartement mit dem wundervollen Blick und der geschmackvollen Ausstattung hat unbedingt dazu beigetragen. Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise war alles unkompliziert und perfekt organisiert. Viele der tollen Tipps unserer Vermieterin haben wir umgesetzt. Und wir wären gerne länger geblieben…denn Baveno hat wirklich viel zu bieten. Unser absolutes Highlight waren unsere Wandertouren von denen einige gleich hinter dem Haus starten.

Wir wurden am abgesprochem Ort und zur passenden Zeit sehr nett in Empfang genommen und gut zur Ferienwohnung dirigiert, um sie besser zu finden. Die Schlüsselübergabe klappte problemlos.
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. . Von der Terrasse und dem gut gepflegten Garten hat man nicht nur eine sehr schöne Aussicht sondern kann auch Ruhe und Entspannung finden.

Hübsche Wohnung mit traumhaften Ausblick über Garten auf See und Berge
Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit kleiner Terrasse im ruhigen, grünen Garten mit Blick zum Lago. Gut ausgestattete, sehr kompakte Küche. Vom Haus aus schöne Wanderungen möglich, vor allem nach Stresa und zum Parco Pallavicino. Radtouren vom Haus aus nur auf vielbefahrenen Straßen möglich.

Unterkunft liegt in einem 'normalen' Mietshaus und ca. 15 Minuten Fussweg vom Zentrum entfernt

Ruhig gelegen, jedoch sehr gute Lage, 5 Minuten zum See und Promenade. Auto findet Platz in der Parkgarage. Mit Bus, Zug und Schiff ist man sehr flexibel.

Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Vermittlerin, sehr schöne große Wohnung, gute, ruhige Lage, aber etwas abseits von Ort und Strand ( 20 Gehminuten zum Strand!).
Die Einrichtung von Wohnung und Küche bot alles, was man braucht.
Allerdings gab es nur einen (rostigen) Liegestuhl auf der Terrasse!

Lovely apartment with garden and fabulous lake views
Clean and compact apartment with everything we needed. Lovely view of some of the lake from the garden and dining room. We went in mid September and the patio was in shade from 2pm onwards which was good as it was still very hot. Five minutes walk down a fairly steep hill to the lake-side and town where the small local shop was situated. It did take a bit longer walking back up the hill! We did not hire a car so used the trains lots. The station is a 10 minute walk away. Make sure you check the timetables though as most trains only run every two hours.

L'appartement est très propre, bien équipé et parfait pour un couple.
Une vue imprenable sur le lac et les îles Borromees, parfait pour un petit déjeuner en amoureux!
Bonne situation géographique, proximité des moyens de transports et des commerces.
Accueil très chaleureux de la part de Monica, elle nous a épaté par sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité, encore une fois un grand merci!

Die ruhige Lage der Ferienwohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore machte unseren Urlaub zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis. Die Vermieterin war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und bietet alles, um sich im Urlaub wohl
zu fühlen. Für Wanderer, die die wunderbare Umgebung erkunden möchten, ist ein Auto empfehlenswert, für das sogar eine Garage zur Verfügung steht.

Our stay exceeded our expectations! One of my best experience renting a house !Wonderfully appointed cosy apartment. Host was very generous with what was supplied, and the house was very clean and well appointed. Our experience was all positive. Coordinating with the host, Monica, was straight forward and the instructions supplied for the property were extensive. The property was accurately portrayed. It was beautifully presented and appointed right down to the luxurious linen and the artwork. Such a great indoor/outdoor setup and it worked really well for 2 couples. We really enjoyed our breakfast in the garden with such a spectacular view, it is absolutely breathtaking. We loved the place and had a great time :)
Would highly recommend to anybody who is thinking about staying here.

Soggiorno indimenticabile
Vista panoramica strepitosa dalla stupenda veranda. Cucina super accessoriata e attrezzata. Abbiamo cucinato un ottima fonduta di formaggio.La padrona di casa sempre disponibile e molto ospitale. Abbiamo parcheggiato la macchina in garage e abbiamo raggiunto a piedi tutti i luoghi da visitare.

Toller wunderbarer Ausblick - alles prima
Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist einfach perfekt, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss in die wunderschöne Ortschaft Baveno und zum Lago und gleichzeitig ruhig im Grünen gelegen.
Da waren wir gleich vom ersten Moment in Urlaubsstimmung.
Der Ausblick auf den See einfach wunderbar und wird uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben.
Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet.
Eine hilfreiche Mappe liegt in der Wohnung aus mit vielen Tipps zu Ausflügen, Märkten, Restaurants, und vielem mehr.

Schöne Aussichten
Als erstes vorweg-die Aussicht sowohl bei Tag als auch bei Nacht ist überwältigend schön. Kostenloses W-LAN war vorhanden und das Bad war trotz spärlicher Ablagemöglichkeiten(besonders beim Duschen) in Ordnung. Es gibt allerdings aus unserer persönlichen Sicht recht viele Dinge die nicht so positiv zu bewerten sind. Da wäre als erstes der große Kleiderschrank der nur zu max. 20% nutzbar war weil der Rest mit persönlichen Dingen der Vermieter oder Besitzer belegt war. Damit war für eine von 3 Personen ein "Leben aus dem Koffer" unvermeidbar. Die große Kommode möchte man wegen des Geruchs von Mottenkugeln in Verbindung mit Wachs/Ölgemisch nicht benutzen. In der kleinen Küche müsste dringend das Pfannenbesteck (Wender, Rührbesen usw.) erneuert werden. Ein Toaster fehlte (haben wir selbst gekauft) und der brummige Kühlschrank nervte schon sehr. Nichtsdestrotrotz ist die Küche für ihre Größe zu gebrauchen. In dem Wohnzimmer waren ebenfalls die beiden Schränke mit persönlichem Kleinkram belegt-auch hier keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeiten. Für deutschsprachige Gäste sollte man auch deutschsprachiges TV mit deutschen Sendern anbieten. Das eigentliche Highlight ,der Wintergarten/Freisitz mit Esstisch und Stühlen, entpuppte sich als große Enttäuschung. Die Stühle klapprig und abgenutzt (wir haben die Gartenstühle von draußen benutzt), der Tisch im Verhältnis zu den Stühlen viel zu hoch und Frühstück/Abendessen zwischen einem schmutzigen , großen Laufband und einem nicht minder schmutzigen, ehemals blauem Gartenschrank ist nicht sehr angenehm. Die etwas matten Scheiben der Glasvitrine mit Apothekerutensilien (??) und die beiden, vermutlich noch vom Einbau, sehr verschmutzten halbrunden Oberlichter tragen auch nicht zu einer Wohlfühlatmospähre bei. Die beiden Vorhanggardinen sind auch Geschmackssache. Privatsphähre ist auch nur eingeschränkt vorhanden, da es einen Gemeinschaftsgarten gab und andere Personen hin und wieder direkt vor dem Frühstücksraum auftauchten. Für einen Kurzurlaub für max. 2 Personen ist die Ferienwohnung in Ordnung. Für einen etwa 2-wöchigen Urlaub mit 3 Personen würde ich eine andere Ferienwohnung bevorzugen. Trotzdem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub da die ganze Umgebung am Lago Maggiore atemberaubend schön ist und für viele Unannehmlichkeiten entschädigt.

Nur die Terrassenmöbel könnten vielleicht mal ersetzt oder mit Sitzkissen versehen werden, denn die Stühle waren nicht so bequem.
Toll war auch die Garage, unser Auto hatte 2 Wochen Urlaub, denn wir sind immer gelaufen oder mit Bus und Schiff zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten gefahren. In 10 min ist man im Ort beim Bäcker und Lebensmittelgeschäft (gegenüber der Kirche). Im ruhigen Ort Baveno gibt es viele Restaurants direkt am See, wo man gut essen kann. Der Ort ist klein und nicht überlaufen.
Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, den man weiter empfehlen kann.

Eine wunderbare Woche in den Osterferien...
Der Blick von der Terrasse ist überwältigend schön.
Wir haben ihn auch zu allen Mahlzeiten vom Wintergarten aus genießen dürfen. ...Der Fußweg zum See und nach Baveno war ca. 10 min.
Genau richtig um Ruhe zu finden und gleichzeitig die
Vorzüge einer Ortschaft zu haben.
Wir würden wieder kommen.

Herrliche Aussicht, gute Ausstattung
Der Blick auf den See ist einfach unschlagbar.
Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, eine Mappe mit hilfreichen Tipps lag bereit. Die Küche ist gut ausgerüstet, Gewürze, Filter, Nudeln und Tomatensauce, alles da, auch reicjlich Töpfe und Pfannen sowie Fondue, Raclette, Backofen, Grill und Mikrowelle.
Viel Abstellmöglichkeit im Bad.. Die Betten knatschen etwas, sind aber sehr bequem. Auch Liegestühle standen zur Verfügung. Für unseren Geschmack gab es etwas reichlich Dekoration, könnte gern etwas weniger sein.
Die Garage ist etwas eng, genau wie die Strassen zur Wohnung. Man sollte schon gut zu Fuss sein. Am besten hat uns die Isola Bella und die vielen Märkte gefallen. Es war ein schöner Urlaub

wunderbarer Seeblick im Grünen
Die Ferienwohnung liegt am Rande von Baveno, über einen kleinen Weg ist man in 10 Minuten am See um Baden oder 10 Minuten in die andere Richtung in Baveno.
Sie ist still gelegen und der Ausblick vom Garten/ Essplatz aus auf den See ist zu jeder Zeit- und Wetterlage wunderbar.
Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, Küche und Bad prima, Essraum und Garten ebenfalls gut und für 2 Personen geräumig. Lediglich die Betten waren uns zu hart (Brett statt Lattenrost), aber das ist Geschmackssache.
Extraplus ist die Garage für das Auto, sicher und kühl. In Baveno konnten wir alles zu Fuß erreichen (Strand, Ort, Geschäfte, Restaurants, Schiffanlegestelle).
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung
Gepflegte Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage mit tollen Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore.
Die Ausstattung ist wie im Inserat beschrieben und es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Der Empfang war freundlich außerdem war eine umfangreiche Mappe mit Ausflugs und Restauranttipps vorhanden.
Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Promenade und das Zentrum von Baveno sind sowohl zu Fuß, als auch mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Alles in allem kann ich die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.
