Cant beat the beach location. The onsite pool was a convenient amenity. The only downsides were the flickering kitchen lighting and the dingy linens.

The carpeting is absolutely disgusting in the master bedroom. The mattresses were worn out ten years ago. Minor repairs were reported and we were told maintenance was scheduled. We stayed a week, we saw no maintenance, nothing was repaired during our stay. The master shower is like a campsite shower stall, no joke!
Be ready to live with 1 bath towel/hand towel and wash cloth per person for the week.
The locks on the pool deck are no joke a hassle one didn’t work at all. You need the key to turn on 2 gates to get to the beach.
Save yourself the frustration…stay elsewhere, we will next time.

Both bathrooms are very very old and need updating. The shower screen in the main bathroom is dreadful!All the blinds in the lounge area are broken and need replacing. Renters should be aware that there is a safe in the apartment but you are denied a key to use it. We had an issue with the ice maker which was not resolved by the rental company during our stay. Unlike our previous stays here, bedding and towels are no longer changed and we had to wash our own during our extended stay.

EXCELLENT stay at this condo. Our 3 bedroom condo was very clean and had all the required items we needed for a great stay. The pool was clean, and well maintained. Our only recommendation would be to have keyless entry to the pool/beach area as it was frustrating to always need your keys to go to those areas.

Would have mentioned this privately if the option was given, but we felt the bed in the master needs replacing and would suggest a King would be a better choice. However, this did not detract from an excellent vacation! Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay over Christmas at Emerald Isle. All the people we met around the pool were nice and helpful in suggesting restaurants. The furnishings were exactly like the pictures, very nice. The only complaint is - there is no where to put things in the master shower except on the floor. Would be nice to have a shower rack or shelf, that way things dry out.

I've traveled to the whole Gulf Coast (West) from Clearwater to Sarasota since the '80's. Redington and N Redington are very nice areas and not as crowded as St Pete, etc. This property is in a good location which doesn;t have a lot of traffic and crowded beach. We stayed on the 6th floor so it had a wonderful view. The property is quite dated but in very clean shape. The condo is also quite dated but if you are just wanting a week away where you can hear the ocean and relax, this is just fine.

I would have rated everything five stars except for a few things, the condo was great. The TV. In the living room was so old, that we had to go somewhere else to watch our hockey team in the playoffs. The tv is dying or burning out. Very noticeable on a white or light transmission. The guest bathroom needed some TLC. Faucet handle comes off in your hand and the toilet needs to be tightened down. The sliding glass door was almost impossible to close, but I think the rain might have been the cause of that. Otherwise, we highly recommend the place and will return. We have dealt with the rental agents for years and have always had a great experience. They are on the ball with anything you may need!

The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. It was very spacious and comfortable. Though the elevator is not for the faint of heart! We had a late arrival and the rental company was very accommodating even though the retrieval and return of the keys is a bit burdensome considering the rental office is several miles from the condo. The beach was beautiful and the location was perfect.

There was a note on our pickup package that the disposal & dishwasher needed repairs and the repair persons were there promptly Monday and fixed them. We took a few day trips-swam with the manatees, visited the Kennedy Space Center. Had great steamed crabs at RiversideCrab House (Homossasa) and Crabby Bills (Indian Rocks). This was a family get together and everyone had a wonderful time. Beautiful Beach as well! Thank you

We liked the 602 condo much better than previous ones we stayed at. We also enjoy the Emerald Isle because it it small and usually not busy. Will be back again next year. A bit disappointed that the pool was closed 3 and 1/2 days, but other wise we had no problems.

This was a great location for our family vacation, we loved the pool, beach access and the view from the patio. Had some trouble with the key entry and a few minor maintenance issues but they were resolved quickly.

What a location! Better than we even imagined from the photos. The sunsets were amazing and only a short walk down the beach was Mangoes Tiki bar (at the Doubletree) for an evening cocktail in the sunshine.
We rented bikes from Rad Bikes (great prices and service) and went for the beach cruisers that could go on the wet sand - great fun.
We knew from the photos the bathrooms were going to be tired but in all honesty they were an even bigger disappointment than we imagined. Rusty plug holes, peeling wall paper, a little smelly….
Also in the family bathroom we couldn’t use the bath the first 3 days as the faucet needed a repair (due to it’s age). It was Easter weekend and the rental company did get it repaired on the Monday afternoon for us but it just indicates the need for new bathrooms.
We loved the rest of the Condo including the huge balcony vs many other Condos you see.
Enough supermarkets and food choices near by (Coastal Pizza great, Sweet Sage lovely) but we also ate in often as we couldn’t drag ourselves away from the late afternoon sun and sunsets on the beach!
So it’s 2 stars for the bathrooms and 5 stars for the location and rest of the Condo. The owner should reno the bathrooms and charge a little more….it will payback.

Location! But…..
