Beautiful first floor apartment with sea views located in the center of Puerto Pollensa. 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and a separate WC. Just steps from the wide sandy beach and with 2 large fully furnished terraces to enjoy Mallorca's sun or dine al fresco. Air conditioned. This apartment is a duplex with large terraces on each floor with sea views. Located opposite Puerto Pollensa's beautiful marina and wide sandy beach the apartment is close to shops and restaurants. The balconies are fully furnished with a table and chairs, umbrellas and upstairs sun loungers may be found. The apartment terraces are ideal for sunbathing, dining or just watching the world go by. With lovely sea views and the beach steps from the entrance. Inside the apartment itself is set on two levels. The first floor consists of a newly refurbished (2019) lounge / dining room with satellite television and DVD player. From here the first of the terraces is accessed. A newly fitted kitchen comes very well equipped with electric hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge / freezer and washing machine. On this floor there are two newly refurbished (2019) cozy air conditioned bedrooms; (one with double bed and one with twin beds), a newly fitted shower room and an additional separate toilet. A further modern master air conditioned bedroom with double bed and newly fitted en suite shower room is found on the floor above. A large secluded balcony is accessed from this bedroom with sun loungers and sea views. We have a gym a minute walking from the apartment. Check Puerto Pollensa Gym on google maps. Access is free for guests. Just remind us who you are when you eat :) A wonderful location and comfortable accommodation.

For three adults, the apartment was pleasantly spacious and clean. We enjoyed the two terraces which offer beautiful views of the harbor. Our hosts were incredibly forthcoming and helpful when we had a little bit of bad luck with our return flight, which we greatly appreciated. Overall a very pleasant experience.

The house has everything you need and is in a great location with many shops and restaurants near.by. The beach is right outside and there are beach chairs and lilos etc. and a great snorkelling mask to use. Thanks for the coffee! Joan is great and answered any questions and fixed any problems quickly.. We had a wonderful time here, even during the hottest day ever recorded on Mallorca!

July holiday
Veryhotcouldhave done with more air con and more cupboards and worktop I kitchen. Wardrobes in one of the downstairbedrkoms which had only hooks.

Excellent stay
The property was lovely, perfect location and fantastic balconies. Communication with Joan’s son Ramon was fantastic. We had a couple of issues with the plumbing and aircon but he sorted them out quickly.

Fabulous Place.
This is a great apartment in a fantastic location. Welcome pack on arrival and great communication between the owner before and during our stay. I can highly recommend this apartment.

Property as described, great location. We had a few minor issues with air con and washing machine, but both quickly sorted. Would definitely use this apartment again.

Family holiday
Just returned home after thoroughly enjoying our stay in this apartment.
In a perfect position for enjoying the views over the marina, beach just over the road & many bars & eating places well within walking distance. The outside seating areas are perfect for watching the world go by in the evenings especially as the road is closed to traffic from 6 in the evening till 5am so very quiet. Bedrooms are large and air conditioned , a godsend during this weeks heatwave & good showers in both bathrooms.
Joan was very helpful from the start & good communication with instructions for our stay. WiFi was an added bonus !

Great apartment.
Joan the owner been so helpful from day one.
The fruit, water, milk and tea on arrival was a lovely gesture.
The apartment it’s self although sleeps 6, is fantastic for just 2.
The upstairs suit is modern with a fantastic balcony with sun loungers.
The downstairs balcony was lovely to have lunch on and also evening drinks before the short walk to the town centre.
Second visit for us and I’m sure there will be more.

Great apartment
Great apartment.

Linen and towels need replacing. Only 2 bath towels for 3 people. Stairs up to 3rd bedroom and en-suite treacherous, would not be legal in UK. In my opinion would be no good for a family, you would not want to sleep upstairs with your family downstairs. Didn’t feel secure as there are two locked back doors in the apartment, one downstairs at end of hallway and one upstairs. Not the cleanest and drains were smelly. Lots of plug ins to disguise smell. Location is good, but for the price would have expected better. Downstairs shower room needs updating. No duvet cover on single bed.. would not use again.

Lovely spacious Home from Home in Puerto Pollensa
The property was lovely, traditional in parts and also modern in parts. From the moment we stepped inside, we really liked the property, very spacious, clean and tidy, all amenities inside the apartment available and the balconies were both very large with plenty of room, quiet too. We used the upstairs en suite bedroom and it was very spacious and the power shower was heavenly. Sun most of the day on both terraces. Location was perfect, right in the centre of the Pine Walk and grocery /newsagent shops right on the doorstep. The views were beautiful overlooking the Marina and the sea with the beach literally straight across the road. The welcome pack was a nice surprise along with the lucozade for my husband, (thanks Joan). No complaints at all, we had a really relaxing holiday which is exactly what we wanted. Only one suggestion and that would be to add a small carton of milk to the welcome pack as we like a cuppa. Would we stay there again.. definitely. A great find right in the centre of Puerto Pollensa. A mention about Sea Adventures Boat Hire straight across the road, we hired a boat for 4-5 hours for 120 euros, that was an amazing day cruising around in the sunshine and stopping at the different sights on the way to Cap Formentor. We ate at The Centric Restaurant a few nights, excellent food and service. Thank you Joan

Ideal Location
Lovely apartment in an amazing location, great views from both terraces of marina/beach. Ideally positioned for not only Port de Pollença attractions but for touring whole island. We stayed in Joans’s apartment for a week using it as a base for seeing all of Majorca and with some good roads throughout every part of Majorca is no more than an hour away.

Lovely terrace off the lounge which was a sun trap for most of the day and a good sized umbrella!
Really enjoyed our stay. Great location with views of the sea and port. Quiet too. The main bedroom and ensuite and terrace fab although the other two bedrooms could do with some updating and brightening up.
Joan very helpful as a host. Would love to return one day.

Great apartment with brilliant views.
Apartment is great. The two balconies give tremendous views over the marina and to the hills in the East. Particularly impressive at sunrise. Although right in the centre of town it was really quite. Apartment was spotless and has all you need. Beds are very comfortable, upper bedroom is really impressive with its own shower room and brilliant balcony. Two bedrooms on the lower floor are very comfortable but don't get much natural light, suits teenagers very well. Would very happily return.

Fantastically located apartment !!
A brilliant apartment overlooking the harbour and ideally placed to shops, bars and restaurants. Two gorgeous terraces with tables/chairs and even sun loungers.

Great location, good balcony with views, nice main suite
Above a shop on the front line near the centre of lovely Puerto Pollenca, but no issues with noise or people below (Closed later anyway). Easy walking to a huge offering of restaurants and sandy beaches. The main suite with own 2nd floor balcony has been refurbished and is very nice. The remaining rooms and bathroom are rather poorly lit and dated.

Pleasant flat in a great location
Enjoyed evenings on the balcony overlooking the harbour. Flat is equipped with everything we needed and felt homely.
First time in Port de Pollenca and would definitely come back.

central plus
The apartment is blessed with two good balconies, both with frontline sea views. One is private to the master bedroom, the other, larger balcony with dining table is for use by all at the apartment and was used daily. The second and third bedrooms and bathroom were rather dark and disappointing, rather a contrast from the upper floor with re-furbished bathroom and balcony. Central location for walking, shops and restaurants.

A nice first and second floor apartment, opposite the sea with excellent restaurants close by
The apartment is in an excellent position in Puerto Pollensa, opposite the car park (free overnight, Sundays and lunchtimes) the beach and marina. Lots of small shops, cafes and restaurants are situated just below, including a small supermarket. A "welcome pack" including milk, water etc would be a nice gesture in future maybe?
On arrival, everywhere was clean and tidy - some new 100% cotton sheets would be a good investment! The apartment is a little tired and dated and would benefit from some modernisation on the first floor and patios. Nonetheless we enjoyed a comfortable stay and would definitely return to Puerto Pollensa.

Comfortable apartment in the perfect location
We spent a lovely week in early March in this apartment, located on the seafront with beautiful views over the marina and the beach.
The couple of minor problems we had on arrival were resolved very quickly by the owners. The apartment has just about everything you could need; 2 good showers, comfortable beds, washing machine and microwave. It was quite a chilly evening when we arrived but the portable heater in the living room and the heating/air conditioning units in the bedrooms soon warmed things up. The bedrooms and bathroom on the lower level are quite dark, as mentioned in a previous review, but we felt this was more than made up for by the bright living room and the two sunny balconies to the front with their wonderful views.
We would be happy to return to this apartment.

Apartment not up to standard we would expect
We arrived on a very cold January day to find the heating in the apartment consisted of a small radiator in the lounge and hot/cold aircon in the upstairs bedroom. We were cold most days and sat on the very saggy sofa with a duvet. The upstairs bedroom and en suite had recently been done up to a good standard, very comfy bed and fab shower, but nowhere to hang wet towels and no wardrobe, just a rail. The downstairs had a problem, with a very strong drain smell which was there for our whole week. The downstairs felt quite unloved and uncared for compared to upstairs. We had to wash our dishes and cutlery before using it and the coffee machine was very dirty.
We had hoped to bring our family to this apartment in July but could not envisage putting them in the gloomy corridor rooms, especially with the terrible smell which got worse if we used the dishwasher.
Overall a very disappointing experience and, although we will be returning to Puerto Pollensa very soon, it will not be to this apartment.
