Located in a historic building in the heart of the village, the condo has been renovate with taste. It is very appreciated for its central location. There is a great animation in the city center with the increase of tourism. Everything can be done by foot, restaurants, shops, groceries, brewery. In the winter, there's a free ski shuttle to Mt Sutton just around the corner. -1 parking included. -bedroom #1 with queen bed -bedroom #2 with a double and single bed (bunkbed) -an open kitchen-dining room-salon -a brand new bathroom Enjoy all the activities like alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, hiking trails at the PENS, road-cycling and mountain biking, kayaking on the Missisquoi River, golf, horseback riding just outside the village or just enjoy the lovely village! Our accommodation is perfect for couples, with or without children, business travelers and accommodates up to 5 peoples. This is the perfect place to enjoy nature at its best while staying in a central condo.

The condo, on the second floor of the local 1940's Canada Post building, is tastefully renovated, spacious and very comfortable. The location is absolutely fantastic. Communications with our Sandra were perfect. I highly recommend!!

Super well situated in the center of the village, this really cute appartment was perfect for the 4 of us.
It had what we needed, was very clean and Sandra, the host, was amazing with answering questions rapidly and giving us all the info we needed.
Great time was had by all!

This condo is exceptional. So clean, well equipped, comfortable, cozy and well situated in Sutton village.
So many little extras available to make our stay perfect.

The beds were great! Bathroom huge! Wifi access easy! Comfortable furniture. Well equipped / stocked kitchen! Wonderful parking spot right on site! Bakery and shops so close by. The people of Sutton so welcoming and friendly. Location! Location! Location!

Second time staying at this condo
My friend and I were so happy to return to Canada and the condo in Sutton after a long absence due to the pandemic. It was spotless, the new paint colors were lovely, and the creton from the shop across the street was outstanding!

Very nice comfortable accommodations located within easy walking distance of everything. The only issue was the noise from the bar across the street that lasted until after 3:30 in the morning on Friday and Saturday nights. Being on the main road there is traffic noise too. We enjoyed our visit and would stay there again.

This apartment is comfortable and has an extremely well-furnished kitchen. It is right on Sutton's main street in the heart of the village, making it very convenient to access Sutton's many retail establishments and restaurants. If you are particularly sensitive to noise, you should be aware that this convenient and desirable location will also expose you to some noise from traffic and from the bar across the street. However, we weren't particularly bothered by either. We would definitely stay here again, and we recommend it highly.

Great location, right in the centre of the small town of Sutton. It was easy to walk to everything, especially the excellent bakery/deli right across the street and the fantastic bagel and smoked meat shop half a block away.

We stayed 3 weeks in this property. Everything was perfect. The apartment is very clean, well decorated, very well located right in the middle of the village. Communications with the owner were easy, replies were really fast. I definitively recommend this property.

You cannot be more in the heart of the village than this condo. Restaurants and shops are literally steps from your front door, a supermarket is just a short stroll down Main Street, and Mont Sutton is a 5-minute drive away. Modern, well-appointed and comfortable. Well done, Sandra!

Appartement confortable et récent
L’appartement est très bien situé, au cœur du village. L’appartement est du côté de la rue principale. Il y a une épicerie fine en face, un café et un bar. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. La cuisine est bien équipée.

Great condo!
Very modern condo with new fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Coffee maker came with filters and several days worth of ground coffee! Very well equipped kitchen with plenty of dishes, glasse cutlery and all anyone will need for meal preparation. Extremely clean throughout. In the heart of Sutton so easy to walk to shops and restaurants. My only suggestion for improvement is to replace the window coverings with ones that are more opaque-the current ones are almost see-through so street lighting makes it impossible to have a dark room for sleeping.

We stayed at this property last weekend for a couple of nights and it was very pleasant. The location is A1....the condo is not far from the slopes (10mins?) so great for the skiiers amongst us and it is located in the village where there is more to do. This was great for somebody like me, who likes a bit of action (shops, bakery...etc..). There is also a supermarket and a spirits shop at walking distance so this makes it very convenient. The condo itself is the only one of its kind in this building and that makes for a very quiet building. It was very clean and fully renovated. I must say, they owners thought of every detail! This is a well furnished apartment (linens, towels, etc...) and a kitchen complete with all that you need to cook. A real home away from home!

If you want to be in the Sutton area this condo is perfect. So clean and large enough for a family of 5. You have everything you need and right on the main street with your own parking spot. How can you go wrong. And owner is so nice.

Right in the heart of Sutton. Fun shops within walking distance. The condo is well maintained. We had a great time, hope we get to come back!

Un séjour parfait
J'ai adoré mon escapade dans ce super appartement.
Tout a été rénové du plancher jusqu'au plafond alors c'est toujours agréable d'être dans du neuf ! L'appartement était aussi d'une propreté impeccable.
J'ai apprécié être en plein coeur du centre-ville et être à proximité de tous les pubs et boutiques à pied tout en étant au calme dans l'appartement.
En quelques minutes en voiture je me suis rendue au Mont Sutton pour faire de la randonnée. Merveilleux.
Jean-François a été un super hôte en répondant rapidement à toutes mes questions et il était très sympathique.
J'y retournerai sans hésiter. Merci encore!
