The space was really beautiful and clean.

The address on the website took me to another location instead of the actual location.

We should be given the unit/room number during booking,so that we don’t have to call the host every time upon arrival

There were roaches in the building, the bed didn't have one of its legs so it was uncomfortable to sleep in, the drawer was broken, the place did not seem clean there was a weird smell in the building and the rooms were very cold.

The furniture is old and smelly. especially the bed OMG is has a whole like you are sinking and the lady has a bad attitude.

The place is Dirty, it has allot cockroachs even in the bedding, we booked for cosmopolitan accommodation, they took us to Bolton, the booking said it includes Breakfast, they said they don't give Breakfast, they lied on booking.com. I don't advance anyone to sleep there. Cockroaches are even inside the blankets!!!

The pictures on the Booking.com website are misleading. The place is disgustingly filthy. There’s an unpleasant odour as you step into the apartment. The price advertised is also misleading, as I was charged an additional R400 for cleaning service. Now, why would the host who charge such an exorbitant amount when her place is filthy. The mattress is worn out and there are tiny insects on the sheets. The bathroom is revolting, the shower has filth all around the floor, the glass shower door is placed against another wall and not in the shower, the shower ceiling has holes and it’s peeling off, the wooden toilet seat is wet and paint is chipping off and there’s water on the floor from the leaking toilet. I only got there late at night and I simply couldn’t sleep from the discomfort and the unhygienic state of the place.

Host did not give address to the property, the address given online is incorrect for "safety reasons". The host then shouted at me over the phone when I called to ask for directions. I had to call a few times, being shouted at each time, before the address was given. I waited outside the gate for 20 minutes before being let inside. I then was shouted at again for asking where to park. I arrived at my room to dust and filth even though there's an additional R300 for cleaning fees. There was no water and according to the receptionist this had been for a few days. The host then proceeded to talk to me rudely when I asked if I would be given water. The worst service I have ever received, I would not recommend this place.

The furniture is old and I was scared I would fall sitting on them, the bed is uncomfortable, the room had a weird smell and the towels are old and no longer white. Not satisfied at all.

1st of all, you displaying unexisting name, I looked around and couldn't find anything up untill I called the number which was on the app, to my surprise I was directed to "the bolton". The room I was given was horrible and the stuff was so arrogant, they didn't even give me the access card, I had to ask them to open for me everytime I was coming amd going out🚮.

I liked the way the security was, I felt so comfortable there's cameras everywhere, and you need security to enter in any facility, it's very safe that place

They didn't give us the access card, we needed to ask for the security to open us where there is a need of access card and most of their facilities uses cards or fingerprints, but all the people on the apartment had their cards and some they used fingerprints.

The bed was comfortable.

The couch was extremely uncomfortable and there was no bin in the kitchen.
