112 Olive Apartments were pristinely clean. Communication and check in process were seamless. Lovely courtyard in the back and in the front for the fur babies. Walking distance to cafes and shopping. Can highly recommend if travelling with pets or alone.

Loved our stay. They even had a little bowl of treats for our dog Daisy. The back yard was all fenced in and secure for our little dog. Close to the city shops and restaurants. Quiet street, Clean accomodation.

The yard was perfect for our dog and we felt very safe leaving him behind when we went out for dinner. The location is great with easy walking distance to the river and CBD. The property provided us with a comfortable stay in Mildura. We were able to walk to many of our destinations including the wonderful Murray River. We were impressed with the cleanliness and security of the property and are very happy to recommend this property for further stays.

Units are situated in a prime spot close to all of the Mildura City attractions - dining, shopping, cinema, clubs and only a 10 minute walk to the riverfront. Quiet and secure with front and rear courtyards. We visit Mildura often and will be back to stay.

The location is fantastic, as is the way the property is set up with onsite undercover parking and security coded access (requiring no keys). The courtyard was perfect and secure for our very large dog. And we felt happy to leave him there when we visited sites where dogs were not allowed. The aircon was great (and very much needed in Mildura in summer). The communication with the owners was very easy and clear. The property is clean and in good condition (just like the pictures), we only gave a four star rating for cleanliness because we did find some leftover clothing from previous visitors. But the property itself is in great shape. And we would definitely recommend it and stay again ourselves.
