Each bedroom offers a flat-screen TV and tasteful fun décor. Hale Kena Kai's fully furnished covered and uncovered decks are designed for relaxing and taking in the salt air while viewing the rolling waves. There is also a dune-level deck that is complete with a hot tub and extra seating. The recreation room and first floor include a pool and ping pong table, separate TVs for gaming and movie watching, with plenty of space for lounging. The living area is positioned on the 2nd floor, and what a view there is as soon as you step into the space! The open concept great room is anchored with a large dining table and offers two different lounging area for those not in the kitchen working away! The accommodating kitchen has an under counter ice maker, 2 dishwashers, and all of the usual cookware needed to host a large group for a week at the beach. The second refrigerator located in the garage helps with grocery overflow. Also located on this level are three guest rooms. The oceanfront guest room offers a King bed with a connected bathroom. The bathroom also connects to another guest room with an accommodating Queen bed. Towards the street side of the home you will find a private guest room offering a Queen bed and bathroom. The next level up accommodates the rest of the group… and many rocking chairs on the oceanfront porch! The three oceanfront suites all offer King Beds and private baths with deck entrance. The additional guest room on this floor accommodates 2 double beds and a private bath. The laundry room is conveniently located just across the hall as is the elevator. As part of the Spinnakers Fresh Bed Promise all linens are laundered between guests, even the comforters. Hale Kena Kai is filled with thoughtful amenities like games, books, movies, and Smart TVs, just to name a few. The oceanviews and closeness to the dunes and beach front are really unparalleled. As you enjoy the private pool and hot tub you are also able to enjoy the views of coastal living. Cleaning was very poor house needs allot maintenance and outside repairs ready for overhaul in and out will not rent this one until repairs are done love the house setting and location

We had a fantastic family vacation at Hale Kena Kai. We fit 16 people in the house very comfortably. The kitchen has two dishwashers and two sinks to make meal times easy. The elevator was great for getting heavy suitcases to the top floor. You can't beat having access to a swimming pool, hot tub, and the beach. Everyone had a blast. I would definitely rent this house again.
