Lovely accommodations. Very well equipped kitchen which was perfect for a group who enjoys cooking. Lovely backyard for relaxing. All bedrooms with attached bathrooms were extremely clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

The property is set in a lovely green forested area of Guernville. We enjoyed the charming back yard and fire pit area. The house is airy and well appointed with couches and comfortable chairs. Bedrooms are large, each with own bathroom. (Upgrading the mattresses and pillows would be plus). Great roomy kitchen for cooking together.
My family really enjoyed our stay and would return to Blue Cherry in the future.

Beautiful property tucked in among the redwoods and nicely convenient to wine country, redwoods and the coast. House was immaculate and well appointed. Really nice to have such a well stocked kitchen. Hosts request that street shoes not be worn inside, so bring some lounging shoes/slippers. The back garden area with a gas fire pit was really nice as was the gas grill. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed for my bachelorette weekend with 4 other girls. The house was immaculate and had classical music playing we when arrived along with snacks. The rooms were all spacious and well decorated and three full bathrooms was awesome! There are 5 separate beds plus trundles so plenty of spots to sleep. The backyard was gorgeous and we used the car park space to play some corn hole.
It is in true Guerneville in the woods, so don’t count on Uber or Lyft but we could walk to a few places and enjoyed our time at the house so much we hardly left!
The property company was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend for your friends or is a great place or a family (or two)!

Great experience! Super close to town in a quiet location. Downside is how close the neighbors are to you. Minor cleanliness issues...found some spiders and dead bugs that the cleaners missed, but everything else was perfect!

The house is very well stocked and has a nice aesthetic to it. The game room and outdoor space are a plus. It's not a huge house, but it did not feel cramped with our two families. It is about 5 minutes down a narrow street off the highway and in general, we had a very pleasant time.

The house is very clean and well kept. Seems like the newest and most updated house in the neighborhood. We stayed with the parents of the bride for a wedding nearby. It was perfect place for them to rest and get ready for the event. All three bedrooms were good sized and had attached bathrooms. The house isn't too big, but everyone had their own space and privacy. The neighborhood is very quiet and beautiful. The country road to the property was a little adventurous for the city slickers like us... It was a sweet touch to have a goodie basket ready for us upon arrival. But the ultimate cherry on top was when they made it possible for us to check in early to fit our schedule.

We had three couples share the rental property for 3 nights. We loved the fact that all three bedrooms had there own bathrooms. House is cute and cozy, kitchen is nicely stocked (lighting is a bit poor In the kitchen)T.V. & furnishings are very nice. Only disappointment was the outside area, it is much smaller than in the pictures, but we made do. Overall very nice house to stay at.

It was a delightful stay. The home was delightfully decorated and modern, with lots of welcoming touches. The best part was that there was very little we needed to do to enjoy it and clean up after our stay. It would have been helpful to know that we needed to turn up the water heater. Our first showers were mighty cold!

We stayed at Blue Cherry for the Ironman Vineman triathlon and had a wonderful experience. The house is located in a beautiful location, nestled within the Redwood trees. There was more than enough room for the six of us to live comfortably, the bathrooms very modern and very clean, and then kitchen was beautiful! Blue Cherry is less than a mile away from the river and downtown Guerneville and is the perfect retreat to enjoy time with family and friends.

My family (2 adults, 3 young kids) had a wonderful time at Blue Cherry. The house was immaculate and tastefully appointed. The kitchen is fully equipped. The location couldn't be better, as it is just 10 minutes to town. The property exceeded our expectations in every way. Definitely a step up from Airbnb. We actually had our hearts set on a different property, but I am glad that the folks at Dillon Beach Properties encouraged to look at some of their other units. We will definitely be back.

The house was very nice and worked well for 3 couples as the house had three private bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked for our use and there were ample towels for our use. The only glitch is that we had hoped to BBQ one night and there was no propane tank on the grill. No biggie as we cooked inside but would have loved to bbq.

The narrow road twist and turned as we continued forward. After coming to a stop sign just by luck we turned right, and continued down the road till we came to another stop sign. When we looked to our left, there sat a bright inviting blue house on Cherry St. After parking our car we walked the outside of the house, too admire the flowers and every green.A cat greeted us from across the street and the surrounding neighborhood was peaceful. The inside of the house was well kept as the landscape, clean and ready to peace us and our guess that will be coming. The young lady whom help me over the phone was very nice and understand. She clearly explain there was nothing to worry about and if I needed anything extra, as purchasing items for the kitchen, since everyone was flying in and arriving all hours through the night and early morning, they would be please to assist. When I asked about bedding, her gentle words removed that worry as well. Beyond words the interior was ready to serve, kitchen, bathroom for each bedroom area, washer and dryer, and recycling. Sitting and dinning area was easy to move around without over stepping someone in the same room. I and my guest were satisfied, and we all agreed we would visit management company again, since the young lady did tell me I would really like the house and it was very true.

The pictures don't do this place full justice. It's huge, plenty of room for my big family plus travel cots etc. Large living /dining area. Cute garden. We sat outside for dinner every night. Spotlessly clean with everything in the kitchen that you need. Lovely place for our family holiday!
