Park View is a beautifully presented 3 Bed 1 bath home located in Lancelin South.Just minutes from Lancelin town centre and an hours drive north of Perth CBD, Lancelin South offers a family-orientated holiday like no other.This is the perfect place to come back to after a long day at the beach, or you could spend the afternoon unwinding over a relaxing game of golf at the Lancelin Golf Club, just a stones throw from your front door. Features of this property include air conditioning in every bedroom, free wifi, dishwasher, sheltered bbq area and secure yard so you can bring the boat or quad bikes. This is a pet friendly property. Pets outside only & Pet Bond of $250 applicable. Book for 7 nights and only pay for 6. This property strictly sleeps 7. No Tents, Caravans or Camper Trailers allowed at property. Check in time is 2 pm unless prior arrangement has been made. No school leavers or under 25 adult groups. was a lovely house , close to the beach but clearly wasn’t cleaned properly , there were dead flys spiders and mosquitoes and some alive too. Needs to be sprayed with something inside and out bc they was loads of living/dead little creatures around the house and outside but other then that it was pretty nice

I had to call the property manager 5 times to get instructions on how to access the property. Each time they said someone would call me back and they never did. Pretty poor service. House was very though.

Our lovely property Manager started off our time away with her friendly voice. This property was set in a perfect location just out of Lancelin, looking over the park where I walked my dog each day. The house was just perfect for us all and the house was very clean and tidy. We had a great time away from Perth and look forward to coming to Lancelin again soon. 10 out of 10 for me on this property.

Lovely break away, the house had everything required so that you didn’t need to bring anything other than yourself, food and drinks, the back beak was easily accessed from the house However only down side was that your quite far out of town. Other than that was a super few days away.

Really great property - has all the basics you need for a comfortable stay. Wifi is a definate bonus!Two suggestions - no where to store dry food so could do with some overhead cupboards & needs some powerboards & extension cords for powered items.

Pros: House is new and clean in quiet area across from a park. Seperate Air con in every bedroom. Good collection of plates, pots, cups etc plus air fryer. Dishwasher, DVD/USB player, stereo and washing machine.Cons: air con in lounge doesnt work properly, light in lounge doesnt work, can't walk to beach, no screen on front door, artificial grass gets HOT, only 1 toilet and its in the bathroom, very small bbq. Big cars can't park in backyard as access is restricted due to air con fans located in carport/ driveway, only 1 small couch in lounge room.
