Great area for kids and teens. Kitchen has seating for 4-6, so eat in space is limited but plenty of couch seating or outdoor seating on the deck. The gas grill is great for cooking out and a gas fire pit for roasting marshmallows or warming up. Kitchen has everything you'll need including basic staples and supplies such as trash bags, dish detergent, aluminum foil, salt, pepper and oil and condiments. Crock pot, pots and pans, toaster and blender are all available for use. There is a grocery store and a dollar general just minutes away for anything else you might need. If you like a no cooking vacation head across the bridge to Steak Inn for an incredible meal or paddle over to the Pizza Hut dock. Cell coverage is limited, but there is wifi access and three smart tv's with Netflix as well as local stations, plus a selection of DVDs and board games. Public swim, boat and dock rentals nearby at Campbell Point and Kings Marinas. Appx 45 minutes from Eureka Springs and 50 min from Silver Dollar City and Branson.
