Perfecte localització i molt bona relació qualitat-preu

Està perfectament situat per a gaudir de La Paz. És senzill però espaiós, tranquil i net. En Rafael va ser atent i molt amable.

Té poca llum i no té servei de neteja encara que siguin 5 dies o més. Té una barra però ni cuina ni lloc on rentar-hi les coses.

Muy cómodo, limpio y seguro, la ubicación en el centro de la ciudad muy cerca del malecón.

Estancia comoda, segura y con excelente ubicaciòn.

Me gusto la ubicaciòn, si es tu primera vez en La Paz y quieres conocer, la ubicaciòn te ahorra muchos taxis que tendrìas que pedir. Esta muy cerca Banamex, Sears, Elektra, a 2 cuadras se encuentra el malecòn, y esta muy cerca la terminal de autobuses que te llevan a las playas a la mas famosa que es Balandra, como a 4 cuadras estan las urbans que te llavan a Espiritu Santo y los Cabos, esta muy cerca el museo y catedral de la paz, lo tienes todo a la mano. El lugar es muy tranquilo y si rentas auto, no cuenta con estacionamiento, pero me di cuenta que se puede uno parkear afuera sin problema de forma segura, los anfitriones son muy amables, Imelda es excelente, sin duda volveria a hospedarme.

Living like a local in La Paz

Prompt, easy, and thorough communication, from booking, to arrival, to checkout. Excellent location. Lovely to see host and housekeeper. Useful amenities like beach towels, bags, and washer/dryer.

Exceptional

Very well equipped and spacious apartment in a great location. The hosts were also super helpful and checked in with us each day to give us some recommendations or to answer any new questions that we had. It also had a nice communal area outside too.

The good, the bad and the ugly.

The cleaning lady, Imelda, was very helpful. Rafael helped us get back our money left on the van when we travelled from Cabo to La Paz. He drove us back to the bus depot and spoke to the staff. Our previous bus driver found the envelope, left it in a secure compartment. The next driver returned and gave me back our money. Incredible! Our room was quiet, roomy and clean.

Lights were deem and there’s no window in the bedroom. The bathroom floor flooded every morning after showers. The drawer under the sink was falling apart. The same is true with the closet drawers.

Wonderful

Absolutely perfect! Spacious and comfortable, super friendly and helpful staff, well equipped, very quiet and very central. Not much natural light coming in, but I liked it. If you are with a car. parking might require patience during rush hours.

clean and comfortable inside. a nice living space.

no drinking water provided. It would be easy for them to have a water dispenser with the 20 liter bottles available for guests to share. I’m adamantly against buying plastic single use bottles. not the additional cost but that forces people to contribute to the pollution problem of the planet. The neighborhood is rundown with abandoned buildings etc even though it’s only 2 blocks off the malecón.

great place to stay. No one is there, but they are quite responsive via WhatsApp. It’s like you live there.

It was a great location. At a really good price.

Everything was great but if I had to pick something out, there are no views at all.

A private place of your own between the best of both worlds

I wanted an authentic La Paz experience versus a first-time tourist hotel. Here I got an excellent neighborhood to explore all sides of La Paz - I just walk in different directions out the front door to experience tourist, local, or somewhere in between; For this trip I wanted local, and found exactly what I was looking for. The studio itself is well appointed, comfortable, clean, and very secure (two locked doors to pass through!) all with a spacious set up (and fast internet). A handful of studios surround a communal court yard with laundry facilities to sit outside in the sun or shade for an indoor / outdoor lifestyle within the privacy of the small complex. The host is extremely easy to communicate with, exceedingly responsive (even with my erratic travel schedule which changed by the hour), and an overall great person to converse with - thank you! I hope to come back to La Paz, and when I do, I am staying here again - it feels like my very own apartment in authentic La Paz.

Not a negative, just a tip when first arriving: this is a non-descript facade that doesn't immediately grab attention, so be on the look out for the colored door of the complex set between businesses - I passed it a few times without noticing and thought I was lost.

Perfect!

This place is perfect! Stop looking and book it. Location is great, Very short walk to everywhere in el centro. Rafael is a great host, he took me to the beach and out to lunch and gave recs. Bed was very comfy. Shower worked great. AC cooled the place quickly. Very quiet inside the apt. Washer and dryer on site. Very close to lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Will stay here again next time im in La Paz. Gracias Rafa!

Awesome!

The apartments where exactly as the pictures advertised on booking.com. The location was perfect, "smack in the middle of the Malecon"! The host and the maintenance lady were great communicators and very helpful. Excellent apartments and staff. Very clean.

A must of staying in la paz

There is nothing not to like about this place, the location, rafeal and his lovely house keeper. Great apartments and communial area, use of the washing machine. Rafeal communicates regulary to see if you are ok/need anything and sends you links for great places to eat for every budget and taste. Keep up the great work folks. There is a great microbrewery next door and a crackin live music venue and great beer

Perfect location

Close walk to the beach and nice breakfast spots, lovely helpful staff. Nice decor and comfy bed. Wardrobe, sofa etc. Great for 3 nights! Secure locks on front doors, lovely patio area. Free use of washing machine and dryer. Thank you!

Bathroom was a bit damp smelling and there weren’t any spoons or plates etc in the kitchen although there was microwave cups etc.

Excellent stay in heart of Old Town

Owner was very responsive and gave excellent tips for local restaurants.

Located next to a bar with loud music that was open to 1am on weekends and then upon opening or closing would drag tables and chairs around for another hour.

Great place for those on a budget who want to be centrally located and want a w/d.

Great location, right in the heart of La Paz; very central to the Malecon and tons of restaurants. It was really convenient having a washer/dryer right outside our door and the appliances are NEW DAX right across the street has paper products and lots of stuff you might need. No beach towels in the unit when we arrived, BUT they are available. Just ask Rafael. Rafael is an awesome host. Greeted us and gave tons of helpful info. Was available by text and responded to ALL of our needs.

I didn't realize that our unit did not have a kitchen sink. That was a surprise. I would have had to use the sink outside built into the outdoor counter. I think some units do have one. Be sure to look at the photos carefully. Also, no silverware, or dishes; just mugs for coffee (bring your own basket filters) Shower is a good size but the bathroom is VERY small. The unit only had one window (in the kitchen area) so the unit is dark. Not enough electrical outlets. Bed okay but it is small double bed NOT a queen, so this may not work for some people. Also, sheet is on top of bare mattress--no mattress pad.

Perfect studio in the center of La Paz

Perfect little studio apartment in la Paz. Very well equipped, good bed, very friendly owner and staff. Good terrace outside for a drink. Right in the center of town but quiet

Great service from the staff.

The room was clean and nice. Rafael, the owner, was very dedicated to the service, he gave us the recommendation to get meals and he helped us to return to the airport.

I think that the address needs to be more clear in the departments information.
