Stainless appliances, Dishwasher, Keurig and traditional coffee makers and all the pans, utensils and dishes you will need to entertain. MASTER BEDROOM & BATH Main floor master suite featuring a queen-size bed and a sliding glass door that opens to the porch with view of the lake. The master bath is appointed with Spa-quality amenities such as a tiled shower and his & hers sinks. Also, to make you feel right at home, is a huge master closet, a 6-drawer dresser. BEDROOM 2 A second bedroom in the back of the house gives another couple or kids some separation from the rest of the house. Includes a queen bed, dresser and night stands. BEDROOM 3 This bedroom is great for kids and with twin over full bunk beds. BEDROOM 4 Is a great bedroom near the living room with a queen bed. LAUNDRY Full HE Washer and Dryer to keep your clothes clean while on vacation. OUTDOOR GRILLING Bring your steaks and grilling food and grill right off the deck in a built in grilling area. Nice long weekend on the lake. Beautiful house. Excellent water activities enjoyed kayaks and fire pit. Fished from back yard. Very nice, responsive accommodating owner will stay again

Property has a great location. We loved jumping on our boat that was tied up outside. Kitchen is nice, living room has comfy furniture. It could use full length mirrors in bedrooms and a mirror above the sink in the hall. It was hard for 9 people to get ready with just two mirrors in the two bathrooms. Could use extra blankets for guests as well. Overall a nice place.

This is a great location on Castle Rock Lake. it is on a channel, but a stones throw from the lake. it is quiet, and the view was lovely. Jeremy was wonderful and responsive with communication and an issue that came up. There are 4 bedrooms with nice linens and comfortable mattresses. The master ensuite is great; roomy, great bath/shower, double closets. The second bedroom was small with no closet. The third, with the bunk was very roomy and had a great closet. The 4th was roomy and private (its way down the hall) but was far from the small 2nd bath and had no available closet. The kitchen and living spaces are GREAT. We also enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. We didn't find the waterfront area great for swimming (it is only about 3-4 feet deep which is nice but it's a pretty mucky bottom) but we used Gilligans Beach as a substitute (just across the channel) and that worked well! Overall, it was a great experience for our group. We would rent here again!

Loved the location, spaciousness, and the amenities. We even enjoyed the area attractions when it rained. Enjoyed the fire pit for smores. It was great to have the family together. Would rent again.

This property is totally awesome. Peaceful and calm being on a little canal. Fun watching the boats and pontoons going by and waving to everyone from your deck. House was very accommodating for 6 adults and 3 children. We tied our boat up right outside on the water. Fished off the the the little sand area and kayaked in the mornings! Last night we enjoyed the fire pit, s’mores and the stars!

This is the second time we spent a week at Jeremy's house and once again, we couldn't have asked for a better stay. The house is incredibly comfortable and has everything you need for a week on the lake. We brought our ski boat to tie up and spent all day pulling kids around Castle Rock Lake. The views from the living room looking out onto the lake put us all in vacation mode immediately. Hope to make it a tradition to stay here every year!

Great location!! Loved how they had paddle boats etc for my kids to use. We rented a boat and could tie up right by the house which made it so easy for us. Would stay here again!!!

We had a great time kayaking and paddle boarding back and forth to the beach a short distance away. My 10 and 8 year olds learned how to do both things on their own which was fun, although you need to bring your own lifejackets. The view from the house to the beach is beautiful. Boat and jet ski rentals and restaurants are super close by. Deck and fire pit are great places to hang out in the evenings. One negative is that the geese really love this area too, so there are a lot of goose droppings in the yard. On the flip side, we saw a ton of wildlife including lots of deer!

Our family enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed fishing and time in the canal/lake. The day it rained we spent time in the dells which was only a short drive away.

We had a wonderful time. The property was clean and all the amenities you would need. We brought our boat and was able to dock it against the wall in front of the property. The was a fire pit which we used every night. This rental is a must if you are looking for a clean - great location vacation rental.

Although I gave the home 5 stars, it did need a little TLC. 2nd bathroom drain needed to be cleaned out. Some of the kitchen chairs needed some help with bracing. We needed to give the outdoor gas grill a good cleaning but then it was fine. The dishwasher always had water left in the bottom after finishing up it's cycle. Didn't cause us any problems though.
Location in the channel was fantastic!! Very friendly neighbors. Lots of boat traffic going in and out of the channel and everyone "waves". Very quite area. Fire pit was great!
We would go back again.

My husband and I rented this house for our annual family vacation. The grandkids loved being able to swim, fish and kayak right out of the back yard. We rented a pontoon boat for a couple of days and were able to dock it here at the property. We did not have to contact the host at all which was nice! Would definitely stay here again!

We had such a great stay! The house was spacious and the layout was perfect for our 17 month old grandson. We brought a gate and gated off the long hallway so that he was contained to the living area. The view of the lake is just as pictured. We brought our boat and it was so nice having it right there in front of the house. The beach was perfect for the baby and it was fun seeing all of the boats parking there for picnics. If you have a boat be sure to hit the sandbar!

Overall a wonderful trip. The property is beautiful and spacious. The best part is the small sand box, hammock, swing and slide which the kids loved. Kitchen had plenty of pots/pans. Able to fish off the dock. The place overall was clean. We would vacation here again.

This location and home was wonderful. Our immediate family of 7 enjoyed our stay: plenty of room, kitchen was well stocked, bathroom and beach towels available, we used the deck and grill, the lawn (games), hammock, sandbox, and fire pit. Can't forget about the big TV - with the Disney channel and the WiFi.The favorite part was being able to dock our boat and walk outside to get in and take off. The owner, Tyler, got back to me right a away with questions that I asked before our stay and during our stay. Thank you for a GREAT home!

This was our second year renting this property! This year it was me and my husband, our son and his friend (15) our daughter and her friend (13) our son (10) and our daughter (4) and our puppy. There was plenty of room for everyone! This property has so many things we love. The canal is only about 3-4 feet deep so the kids were able to swim and play catch with the football almost like they were in a swimming pool! 2 kayaks, a canoe and paddle board are already onsite and we took them to the beach every day. We also had fun taking them down the canal and looking at all the cool houses! We rented a boat for the week and went tubing every day. Our favorite restaurant is Shipwreck Bay. They have a full size volleyball court and swingset to keep everyone occupied while waiting for foodWe loved collecting wood and making s'mores at the fire pit each night! The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals! We had a great week slowing down and catching up!
