About this house rental
Located in Soustons, this charming house for R 4,151 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Ref common Soustons FR4MEQAQ Furnished tourism classified 4 stars. The rental is ideal for 2 couples and 3 children or 3 couples and a child. Completely renovated in 2016, you will find upscale. A 4x4m magnesium pool has you fully booked. The decor is particularly neat, furniture, appliances, bedding and linens are new, complete and comfortable. You will find a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and classic, toaster, kettle, cooker ...) semi open to the dining room and living room. The dining room has a large table and comfortable chairs. The living room offers a large sofa with 2 large comfortable cushions and a telescopic flat screen. The 3 bedrooms each have their own bathroom (shower and toilet included), a large mirror and a large closet with compartments. You will find in the first, 1 bed 160x200 in the second, 1 bed 160x200 and in the third, 3 beds 90x200. On arrival the beds are made, each person has a bath towel and a bath mat in each bathroom and towels in the kitchen. Soustons is a bustling city in summer with 2 markets on Mondays and Thursdays mornings and a night market on Fridays. You will find all the conveniences of shopping (Intermarché and Leclerc with malls), a cinema and many restaurants. The local festival takes place on the first Thursday of August until Monday, Feria atmosphere assured in white and blue with music, tapas bars, and rides thrills every night. The beach, golf and Lake Soustons are located 14 km from the rental. You can have fun with the many activities offered by the region will be near 2 Internationnaux beautiful golf course of Moliets and Seignosse. Internships are available all sports (golf, tennis, surfing, kite-surfing, boogie boarding, sailing) for adults and children and an acro-branches and paintballing center for children. Multiple hiking, bike rental and opportunities for karting and canoeing. Nearby (20km) you will find in St Paul les Dax a thalassotherapy center and a casino. A central Cures Dax (25km), the tourist cities of Bayonne, Biarritz and St. Jean de Luz 30 minutes from the rental. A dog and / or cat are accepted free of charge. In the summer period bookings are from Saturday to Saturday, we can not accept a departure on a Sunday for example. The owners live at 30m but are very discreet :-) It is with pleasure that we invite you to discover our beautiful region and to stay in our holiday home.

Great experience. Totally recommend for stay some days with family and friends. The house have all the things you can need. The only thing that could be better is internet, the connection is slow, it could be a problem if you need to work remotely, but the house and environment are great!

We loved our stay in this house.
The house is perfect, both inside and out. We are a family of 4 so the house was huge for us. 7 would have fit in without a problem. Each bedroom has good facilities - an ensuite shower room and a good sized wardrobe with adequate space for holiday clothes, including hangers.
The kitchen is so well stocked and has everything you could ever need and more. We loved that there was a laundry room and we made good use of the laundry facilities!
There is plenty of seating space, for relaxing in front of the TV, eating around the dining room table (inside or out) and relaxing by the pool.
I loved it outside. It is a quiet rural area and the surroundings are so calm, peaceful and private. I loved reading my book on the sun loungers or chairs before the rest of the family stirred from their lazy mornings. The pool is bigger than we were expecting and just what we needed for cooling down or having some fun. The kids loved the freedom of hoping on their bikes and practicing their cycling skills on the surrounding quiet lanes.
The house is a short car journey or a 20 minute cycle from Soustons. Soustons is a small and pretty town on the side of a large lake that has all the essentials and you can organise a number of fun activities from here. It is separated from Soutons plage which has more of a 'holiday' feel to it... being very much based around the wonderful beach and the smaller lake, which again have a number of activities to get involved in.
Anne-Laure and Eric, the owners, are very lovely. They live next door but the houses are very separate and private and they were very discreet. We met them a couple of times during our two week stay for a polite 'hello' and a 'goodbye' and all other communication was via the vrbo messaging system with them on hand to answer any of our questions. With the language barrier this worked perfectly for us and they gave some great recommendations.

Absolument parfait
Séjour absolument génial la maison est très spacieuse avec tout l'équipement nécessaire les lits sont confortables et la piscine assez grande pour se rafraîchir. La localisation est parfaite car beaucoup de tranquillité et seulement entouré de champ de d'asperges. Les propriétaires sont charmants et très discrets. Et je conseille aussi de découvrir la boutique de la ferme Darrigade qui se situe pas loin . Pour conclure si nous devions revenir nous prendrions la même location.

Nous y avons passé 15 jours et aucune déception : accueil des propriétaires, le calme absolu, la propreté et la fonctionnalité de la maison, les prestations (piscine, plancha, table de ping-pong), et à cela rajouter la proximité de la plage en voiture et de toutes les découvertes possibles.... Heel rustige omgeving. Goed uitgeruste keuken (we waren met 4) en prima bedden. Bij aankomst kregen we op vraag onmiddellijk 2 ligzetels. Die vonden we echt wel een must. Genoten van dit verblijf. Voldoende ruimte ook als je met 7 personen naar dit verblijf gaat.

Super séjour dans cette maison à l'intérieur propre et moderne et son aspect extérieur typique de la région. Pour des vacances au calme c'est l'idéal et cette piscine est très agréable avec sa vue sur les champs et forêt. Les propriétaires sont très gentils!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison qui possède tous les critères pour se laisser aller au repos,à la détente...Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les équipements électroménagers, l espace de vie est spacieux et très agréable et la maison refaite à neuf est décorée avec goût ! Excellent séjour en famille
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. La maison, très bien équipée et entretenue, est située dans un environnement calme et reposant. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine avec vue sur les champs d’asperge et avons fait de belles ballades en vélo pour rejoindre les plages et lacs des environs.

Ein wirklich ruhiges und großzügiges Haus
Wer auf keinen Komfort verzichten möchte und trotzdem seine Ruhe haben will, der ist in diesem Haus perfekt untergebracht. Nach Souston ist es nicht weit und den Stand erreicht man in in 20 Minuten. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist wirklich sehr nett. Der Ort selbst bietet wirklich alle erdenklichem Freizeitmöglichkeiten vom See über das Meer bis hin zum Golfplatz. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Vriendelijke ontvangst. Eigenaars wonen er naast maar je hebt er totaal geen last van. De mensen komen enkel bij aankomst en vertrek. Mocht er iets zijn mag je hen altijd zelf aanspreken.

Du début à la fin, tout était très facile : de la réservation, des questions avant notre arrivée jusqu'au séjour lui-même. La maison est spacieuse, agréable, lumineuse et très pratique! Tout ce qui est nécessaire à un séjour y est. Les hôtes sont sympathiques et la région très jolie. Je recommande!
