About this house rental
Nestled in Le Croisic, this attractive house for R 1,835 per night is a great choice for your next trip. On the ground floor of the owners' house, 70m completely redone, independent and reserved for holidaymakers. The house is quiet, away from noise and summer entertainment on the quays, in the city center. Everything is accessible on foot or by bike (the beach, the quays, the shops or the wild coast path). Large enclosed garden, redone lawn, not chemically treated, for the sole use of tenants, to enjoy grilling and outdoor dining. Garden furniture and barbecue provided. WIRELESS. Free parking spaces in front of the house. 5 spacious, bright rooms with double North-South exposure, well equipped and clean (we pay particular attention to the cleanliness of the premises): - living room with leather sofa and large flat screen TV, - large kitchen including fridge freezer, electric oven and microwave, 4 gas rings, hood and small household appliances (coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster), dishwasher. Washing machine at your disposal, free access, in the laundry room adjoining the apartment. - bathroom and WC, - 2 quiet bedrooms. 5 beds: double bed 140 x 200 and 2 bunk beds + 1 drawer bed 90 x 200 (the bedding is of quality, it is also a point on which we are vigilant). We offer the services of a cleaning lady on departure on request, for +/- 50 euros. We can also provide sheets / towels sets between 40 euros (for a couple) and 100 euros (5 people). We point out that we do not earn money on these services. We strictly apply the rates of the cleaning lady and the dry cleaning. We will do everything for your comfort, you will be well with us!

The apartment is quite big and very nice and bright.
The property manager is nice and lives next door.
The Apartment is perfectly situated and very near to good restaurants, the beach...
The next is negativ but I might add that we are new to VRBO. We always book on Expedia which now also lists VRBO apartments.
The property manager demands additional money for bed sheets, towels and the end cleaning if you don't to it your self (he will remind you a few times about this and gives hints where the vacuum cleaner is ...).
It is possible that this is normal at VRBO and that it is written in the description.
We were not used to this. We do not want to read every small written text and analyse different Appartements in detail before we book. So all this hidden costs and unpleasantries were a surprise.
So if this is normal for VRBO...We won't book VRBO apartments in the future...
Otherwise we got fooled.

We had another great time in Le Croisic. The appartment is well equipped for a family. Beaches and the centre of Croisic are close as a short walk. Thanks to Jean-Marie for his tips about upcoming events and general assistance.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine, la location est très bien située et permet de faire beaucoup de choses à pied ou en vélo. Et nous avons été très bien accueillis par Jean-Marie.

Très agréable séjour
Gite très bien conçu, pièces spacieuses, de plain pied, équipement complet, grande pelouse. En longeant la mer, on arrive en 5 minutes à pied aux commerces et aux restaurants du Croisic. Le tout est complété par un accueil discret et chaleureux de Jean-Marie. Un grand merci.

Il n'y manque absolument rien.
Le propriétaire est très accueillant, à l'écoute des demandes et de très bon conseil.
Le logement est très bien situé par rapport à la mer, aux commerces, à l'Océarium... Parfait pour de longues balades en bord de mer...
Il est plus clair du côté cuisine, un peu moins du côté salon mais sans doute plus rafraichissant en été (nous y étions en début avril).
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour...

Excellent emplacement
Très bon séjour dans ce bel appartement , très bien situé entre port et animations d'un côté et côte sauvage de l'autre. La région est très belle et il y a plein de découvertes et de balades à faire même sous un temps mitigé.
Il n'y a pas de parking dédié à l'appartement mais on trouve toujours de la place pas loin.

Jean Marie nous a accueilli chaleureusement. L'espace est très adapté pour un séjour familial. Bravo pour la grande cuisine et son équipement. Nous avons apprécié la situation de la maison près du centre et des plages.

Nous avons passé un excellent petit séjour. Nous avons été très bien reçu par Jean-Marie. Tres beau rez de chaussée où on se sent bien tout de suite. très belle location très bon accueil, juste un petit bémol les toilettes dans la salle de bain, et le manque d'une douche plutôt qu'une baignoire trop haute, pour une personne avec des soucis de mobilités. sinon je recommande pour son emplacement le silence malgré un rez de chaussé , vraiment logement top!!

Wirklich sehr freundliche und herzliche Vermieter! Sie waren jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist praktisch eingerichtet und bietet alles, was für herrliche Ferientage nötig ist. Die Vermieterin Caterine gab uns zudem hilfreiche Tipps hinsichtlich Natur, Kultur und Kulinarik.

Super Aufenthalt
Wir haben eine sehr saubere und gepflegte Unterkunft vorgefunden. Besonders die Küche und der sehr gepflegte Garten hat uns gefallen. Das Objekt liegt sehr gut, sodass man zu Fuss in den Ort laufen kann und dort zahlreiche Geschäfte und Restaurants vorfindet. Uns haben es besonders das Cafe del la Marie, sowie das Seefood Restaurant La Criee angetan.
In der Umgebung gab es viel zu erkunden, wie z.B. Guerande, La Baule oder aber der nächste Ort Batz sur Mer, wo auch unser Lieblingsstrand (Valentin Beach) lag.
Einzig alleine die Wlan Verbindung hätte unserer Meinung nach noch etwas mehr Leistung haben können, ein einfacher Repeater würde das Problemchen sicher lösen.

Super Wohnung mit Rasenfläche, es ist alles da. Küche ist geräumig und der Ort ist eine schöne Mischung aus Tourismus und Alltagsleben. Wir waren wirklich in Frankreich und nicht im nirgendwo einer Feriensiedlung.

Encore un super séjour !
C'est déjà notre 4ème séjour chez Catherine et ce fût encore une fois un vrai plaisir. En général nous n'allons jamais 2 fois au même endroit en vacances mais Le Croisic mérite bien une petite exception !
Le logement est idéalement placé pour profiter sans voiture de toutes les activités du croisic.
A 5 minutes à pied du port et de ses commerces et restaurants, il y a aussi un super petit manège, et la possibilité de déguster une bonne crêpe ou une glace en se promenant le long du port.
A 5 minutes de la plage avec la pèche à pied, les ballades sur les rochers à marée basse. C'est aussi le départ d'une superbe ballade le long du sentier des douaniers.
Toujours à 5 minutes à pied il y a l'océarium qui vaut le détour.
Juste en face, l'estacade pour se balader avec l'océan sous les pieds.
En prenant la voiture , également pleins de choses à faire: Guérande, les marais salant, La Baule, le Parc de Briere.
Concernant le logement , il est très agréable, propre, lumineux, il ne manque rien pour cuisiner et les literies sont top .
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, disponibles et soucieux du moindre détail.
En résumé, on reviendra l'année prochaine !

Nous avons effectué un très agréable séjour au Croisic. L’appartement est propre et fonctionnel, la literie est bonne et la cuisine est très bien équipée. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, avec beaucoup de renseignements pratiques pour les courses, les ballades, les visites, les restaurants…
La ville est agréable et le beau temps nous a permis de faire de belles photos le long de la côte.
C’est un endroit qui mérite que l’on revienne.

Erholsame Tage im schönen Le Croisic
Wir verbrachten einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub mit unseren beiden Kindern in Le Croisic. Wir genossen die Ruhe und das Meer, das man hier sehr intensiv erlebt. Das Wetter war sehr gut. Die Wohnung von Catherine ist schön gelegen, sauber, hübsch und praktisch eingerichtet. Zu Fuß kann man sowohl den Strand oder das Ortszentrum schnell erreichen. Wir haben uns in den Strand von Port Lin verliebt. Die Wohnung ist in gutem Zustand, es gab nichts auszusetzen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicher gerne wiederkommen.

Idéal au Croisic !
Le logement a grandement contribué à ce que nos vacances soient parfaites ! Il est idéal pour être au calme tout en étant proche de tout ! Dans le Croisic, tout peut se faire à pied (navette pour Pen Bron, port, commerces, restaurants a 5 minutes à pied). Les propriétaires sont vraiment très serviables et d'une gentillesse très appréciée. Ils ont tout fait pour que notre séjour se déroule au mieux (merci Catherine 😊�)
Le logement est très propre, spacieux, avec une cuisine très bien équipée (mieux que chez bcp de personnes), deux chambres de belle taille, un salon avec 2 canapés (donc un qui est une banquette lit avec couchage tiroir dessous). La SdB est correcte. Le wifi marche très bien dans la cuisine. Nous étions 4, mais si nous avions été plus, nous ne nous serions pas gêné car les espaces sont bien répartis.
Si nous revenons au Croisic, nous choisirons de séjourner à nouveau ici...

From the first email with our host Catherine we felt us warm welcomed. She and her husband made this 3 weeks so easy and relaxing. The house has all you need for holidays and we enjoyed to have an own garden with chairs and table. It is definitely true, that you can reach the city with its restaurants , shops, all the fish wholesalers and the harbour by foot. Twice the week we enjoyed to shop in the market hall. The landscape of the Bretagne is so outstanding beautiful and we loved every single day and every weather. The accomodation is really worth to be recommanded. At last we want to thank Catherine and Jean-Marie for beeing so nice , warm and openminded with us. All the best for all the family including the lovely dog Osseo.
