Excellent apartment with everything you need. Location is great, close to the beach and many bars and restaurants.

A lovely apartment, very clean and accommodating. The location was ideal. The kitchen was lovely, but didn’t have an oven but did have microwave combi grill. Also could benefit from some taller glasses, wine, pint sized glasses. Overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely return.

We are a family of 4 adults . Apartment was in an exceptional location, a stone's throw from the beach. Plenty of room and very well equipped. Super large balcony ideal for relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

We always rent a private accommodation when visiting Benidorm and this is probably the best we have had. It really was a home from home. Spacious bedrooms with brilliant air con. Bright and airy sitting area again with air con. Great kitchen with loads of utensils, tea towels, cutlery, crockery, glasses, pans etc. Loads of extras washing up liquid, sugar, salt, kitchen roll. Used the washer whilst there and there was even laundry detergent (although I had my own). Wrap around balcony was spacious with loads of seating - my daughter especially enjoyed lying on the sofa with her book. Sunny most of the day and a lovely breeze too. It felt very safe around the area and we had no trouble with noise at all. Great to be so close to the beach and we made use of the beach chairs and parasols from the apartment which were such a bonus, saved us a few euros! Bathrooms were very well fitted out, second one is small but perfectly usable and both very clean. We were also given 2 sets of keys which is always a relief. Would recommend this apartment and it will certainly be top of my list when booking Benidorm next time (hopefully it will be free). Great correspondence when booking too and again once we had landed. Met at the property within 10 mins and shown around with explanations of how to work everything. A brilliant experience from start to finish.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacance, dans cet appartement qui correspond exactement à la description de l'annonce . Nous pouvons trouver ce dont nous avons besoin sans même prendre la voiture . La plage est à quelques mètres et de nombreuses activités y sont proposés. Enfin bref parfait ..... Je recommande ce lieu et j'y reviendrais avec grand plaisir . Merci au propriétaire ( Français) pour sa gentillesse et pour toutes les explications qu'il nous a fourni afin de nous rendre dans la résidence sans embûches .

This property was like home from home it had everything you could have wanted or needed. Could not ask for better location, the view from the balcony was beautiful. All communication was easy and Mar was lovely who waited for us to arrive and answered any questions. Will be looking to book again

We recently stayed in Michel's apartment on the Levante (April 2019). It is in a great position at the end of the Levante Beach, Benidorm. It is situated between McDonalds and Burger King, but we experienced no noise from these two outlets. It looks out onto the beach across the road from the apartment and you can see the fixed water skiing area. We were met by Mar and her son who were very helpful and very nice people. They explained what we needed to know for our stay. It has 3 bedrooms, two showers, wifi, English TV and a kitchen that has everything you need, including a Dishwasher and Washing Machine. There are numerous small supermarkets right on your doorstep and a larger one a few minutes walk away. The area is surrounded by restaurants, etc so you are spoilt for choice. I would highly recommend the Nepali Tandoori Restaurant which is about a 10 minute walk away and the Pizzeria La Familia Trattoria which is less than 5 minutes walk away. The old town is a pleasant 20 minute walk along the promenade and there you can get good tapas and feel you are back in the real Spain. We highly recommend this apartment and hope that we will return again soon. Thankyou.

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment and yet again no complaints. As well as it being great value for money, as in ...everything you need is in this apartment, it's like a home from home. It also has a large terrace which is a sun trap on an afternoon and lovely for relaxing on and taking in the views. Close to all amenities, bars, restaurants and only a short walk to the strip. ..... Just a brilliant stay yet again. If you're looking for a home from home in an ideal location then this is the apartment for you

Very comfortable apartment in a small secure block right on the beach. The apartment is well equipped and comes with everything you need. The owner was very helpful and Mar, the lady who looks after the apartment is lovely and responded very quickly when we had a couple of questions. We enjoyed it so much we’ve already booked for the next couple of years.

Vacances conformes à ce que nous attendions. Emplacement idéal de l'appartement. Le quartier est très bien desservi, commerces, bars, restaurants etc... Les personnes qui ont dénigré l'environnement n'ont pas du se renseigner sur ce qu''est Benidorm. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner.

Logement agréable et fonctionnel,climatisation très appréciable, bon accueil de Mar . Cependant environnement très bruyant avec impossibilité de dormir la nuit et de se reposer le jour. Proximité d' un bar au pied de l'immeuble ouvert toute la journée jusqu'à 2 heure du matin avec de la musique en sachant que le logement est au premier étage. Proximité immédiate de la plage, des restaurants et des commerces ce qui occasionne un bruit incessant donc si vous voulez profiter de vos vacances pour vous détendre cela est impossible. Certes il y a une belle terrasse avec vue sur la mer mais cela ne concerne qu' un tiers de la terrasse le reste donne sur un ensemble de tours avec beaucoup de vis a vis.. Le frein de la porte d'entrée de l' immeuble est inexistant donc à chaque fois que quelqu'un rentre ou sort vous êtes au courant car cela résonne dans l' appartement. Tous les jours sans exception la femme de ménage de l 'immeuble balaye le parking à partir de 8h du matin et elle en profite pour discuter avec tous ceux qui passent et ce manège dure au moins une heure et demi sous vos fenêtres. Le parking est petit pour la capacité de l' immeuble ,les places ne sont pas attitrées et il y a très peu de place pour une grande berline.. La plage au pied de l' immeuble est petite, sale et sent le pétrole occasionné par les activités nautiques motorisées.Sur toute la plage il est impossible de se baigner car il il y a de la roche à 1 mètre du bord . Les enfants n' ont pas pu utiliser leur bouée car les sauveteurs nous ont expliqué que c' était dangereux. Je vous conseille la plage du poniente à 10 minutes en voiture. Dommage alors que le but cette location était d' aller à la plage à pied. Nous regrettons cette location et le fait de ne pas avoir été alerté par les appréciations précédentes..

L'appartement est très bien situé, au bord de la plage, dans une résidence privée avec un garage. Il est aussi très bien équipé avec une grande terrasse super sympathique pour prendre vos repas et vous détendre. L'hôte est aussi très arrangeant. Je recommande!

We stayed in Michele's apartment 10th to 20th of March and enjoyed every minute of it. The apartment is well maintained and very clean with everything you could ask for, for your stay. It has an amazing balcony area with lovely views of the beach and the old town is in the distance, and it's situated in the very popular Rincon area of Benidorm with some lovely bars and restaurants close to hand. To top it all the rental price was very reasonable too and would book again in a heartbeat.

Très bel appartement .très fonctionnel . Face a la mer . Superbe terrasse. Nous avons fait tous nos repas sur la terrasse. Il ne manque rien . En plus le linge de maison est fourni. Tres pratique quand on vient en avion. (Peu de bagages ). Presence de wifi .et tv française. Mr et Mme Bonnemaison très a l écoute de leurs locataires. Disponibles.très arrangeants . Je vous recommande sans hésitation la location

Appartement spacieux et bien équipé, idéalement situé par rapport à la plage et commerces. Mais par dessus tout un contact franc et chaleureux avec les propriétaires très attentionnés et parfaitement réactifs à toute requête. Peut-être une trop grande proximité des fast food mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer d'excellentes vacances. A recommander. Thierry - Ile de France

Had a lovely stay, apartment very well equipped, clean, large balcony and beach on your doorstep, could not have asked for better. We stayed for 6 weeks, felt very homely, enjoyed it so much we booked while we were there for the same time next year.Only disappointment we couldn't get it for the summer, have recommended it to our friends.

La location est superbe, à 2 pas de la plage et avec sa magnifique vue sur la mer. L'appartement est bien agencé et très fonctionnel. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, à renouveler.

Nous avons passer de super vacances dans cet appartement très bien situé ! Il est conforme à l'annonce, la terrasse est très grande et il est parfaitement équiper. Les propriétaires sont vraiment sympathiques et arrangeants ce qui rend la réservation plus agréable !
