About this condo rental
Apartment renovated, with a very nice view from the lounge on the slopes and the lake (4th floor) A 2min from the city center on foot, where you will find all the necessary shops and restaurants, it remains located in a quiet area of the resort. You put your skis at the bottom of the building and you can ski back to the feet too. Tignes has a very large ski area, especially if you take the package "espace killy" which allows you to ski on Tignes AND Val d'Isere Everything is included in the price displayed: wifi, end of stay cleaning, tourist tax and linen-towel packs for weekly rentals. For short stays you have the possibility to rent packs sheets-towels (30€ / pers) with our local partner if you wish. The apartment is 67m2 and is organized as follows: - a bedroom with double bed (140cm), exposed north view of Palafour - second bedroom with 3 single beds (1 bunk bed and 1 pull-out bed), same exposure - separate fully equipped kitchen (including oven, dishwasher and washing machine) - dining room separated from the living room - living room with beautiful mountain and lake view plus a balcony. South oriented. TV 2 single beds if needed - Bathroom with bathtub - separate toilet The apartment is non-smoking ... But has a balcony ...! Finally we rent per week only during the season, short stays can be accepted on request

Good , very spacious appartement with excellent view on the slopes and the lake Balcony has sun till late afternoon Direct skiing till appartement , shops restaurants at small walking distance . Top stay !

Very nice, well appointed apartment with great views of Tignes. Only downside was height limit of underground car park for dropping off bags (you'll be fine if you don't have a big roofbox).

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in the flat. The location is perfect for a ski-in ski-out week and the flat itself is spacious and very comfortable
Also the communication with both the owner and the property manager on-site was super fast and efficient; (special mention to the caretaker of the building ("le gardien") who manages to take care of my helmet/goggles/gloves which had been lost!))
Overall the flat is highly recommended.

La literie est de très bonne qualité, important pour récupérer après les randonnées.

This was a lovely, spacious property to stay in which I would recommend. Everything we needed was there and the flat was very comfortable and warm. It was perfectly situated for access to town and the piste. It was disappointing that there had been dogs in the flat previously and we found hairs on the floor which got all over our clothes and I had to hoover everywhere to try to clean up. There is also an issue with the showerhead which droops and the hairdryer kept overheating and cutting off.

This was a lovely, spacious property to stay in which I would recommend. Everything we needed was there and the flat was very comfortable and warm. The location was excellent and is certainly the ultimate for ski in/ski out. The apartment was really nice with well fitted kitchen and bathroom. A couple of things to think about to improve it are 1. install a safe, 2. British TV channels and 3. A booklet of useful things.

The apartment is indeed ski in and ski out, the view off the balcony is incredible, the kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare almost any meal. We where welcomed with a bottle of bubbly in the fridge and our host representative met us on site to show us around. There is a fairbit of walking involved with this space but it’s great to keep the legs lose for the next day. Only caveat is that in winter the ski locker is indeed locked until 8:00 am. So, if you have an early departure, deal with your gear the night before. Also make sure to book parking as there is none at this location. There is a lot a few hundred yards away. Shopping and restaurants are right at your door or take the easy to find bus and head up or down the mountain for more options. The new pool complex is also a few hundred yards away. All in all a great place to stay when in Tignes. Thanks to our host for being most receptive and communicative.
