Villa area: 180m² Garden area: 700m² This villa centered around a large living room which serves 4 bedrooms including 1 master bedroom with bathroom, 1 shared bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 outdoor terrace, 1 garden and 1 private swimming pool. Behind the kitchen, an outbuilding is used for storage. This house is open to nature and the outdoors. The rooms are air conditioned. The kitchen has a 4-burner gas stove, 1 oven, 1 microwave, 2 fridges / freezers, 1 dishwasher, 1 Nespresso coffee machine and 1 filter coffee maker, 2 electric griddle, 1 raclette machine, 1 cooking machine fondue, 1 fryer, 1 toaster, 1 food processor. The house has Wi-Fi internet access and flat screen satellite TV. In addition, 1 drying washing machine and 1 iron are available. The bathroom has 1 hairdryer and 1 scale. The 700m² garden is divided into 2 parts: - the garden planted with trees typical of Guadeloupe (palm trees, bougainvillea, multipliers, banana trees, ...), - a swimming pool with alarm surrounded by a deck and 8 deckchairs. Household linen provided (except beach towels). Breakfast for the first day of arrival is provided along with a bottle of rum. The first evening's dinner is optional with supplement. Petite maison idéale
Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour dans cette petite maison bien aménagée et équipée. La piscine et la terrasse nous ont soulagés lors des journées trop chaudes. Tous les gens qui ont communiqué avec nous ont été très gentils et accueillants. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter les différentes plages de pointe aux châteaux, St-Anne ou Le souffleur. Le tarif est raisonnable pour la qualité des lieux.

Nice family property
Nicely maintained, nicely designed, roomy - ideal for our group of 7. Wonderful hot tub. Our kids didn't much want to leave the house! We don't speak French so there was some communication difficulties but there were no real problems

Très bon séjour en famille
La villa est très bien équipée et conforme à la description. Nous avons passé dix jours très agréables, à 8 adultes et un bébé , sans nous gêner grâce à la disposition des lieux.

Rêve au soleil
Magnifique villa privée, très spacieuse qui bénéficie d’un emplacement de choix à proximité d’un parc naturel préservé et à proximité de la mer, valorisée dans le plus total respect de son environnement.
Ayant passée trois semaines en Guadeloupe nous sommes plus que ravie de notre séjour. C'est une villa magnifique avec un jardin exotique. Elle est très bien entretenue et bien agencée. Il ne manque rien ! peut être quelques jouets d’eau pour les enfants.
Piscine de rêve et jacuzzi au top, entretenus régulièrement.
Nous avons été accueillis par Fabrice toujours disponible et à l'écoute, prêt à vous rendre service.
Je vous recommande vivement cette villa qui correspond tout à fait aux critères et photos présents sur le site.
Vous pouvez partir les yeux fermés vous serez plus que ravie ! EN DEUX MOTS DES VACANCES INOUBLIABLES
Pour la voiture nous avons suivi les recommandations du propriétaire en louant notre véhicule à Sainte Rose, chez ESTELoca, je recommande également vivement cette agence un service au top Estelle est très agréable et aucun soucis elle vient vous prendre à l’aéroport et vous livre la voiture sur votre lieu de vacance.

Superbe Villa
Superbe Villa très spacieuse et décoré avec goût. Grande piscine et la villa est très bien équipé. Nous avons passé un séjour à 6 personnes et c'était paradisiaque. Les seules reproches sont une connexion internet très très lente, la piscine traité aux sels et le seul equipment qui nous à manqué c'est une balance spécialement pour les valises ;-) c'est vraiment une villa que nous recommandons.

The location is very good, quite close to a small boulangerie/ grocery store (where they make excellent crepes!). It’s a very short distance to the most beautiful beach I have ever been on, La Plage de la Peale. Death In Paradise fans would recognize this beach !
The caretaker was helpful and extremely competent!
I look forward to our next visit to Zen Villa!

Una vacanza rovinata da chi avrebbe dovuto accoglierci
La location rispettava quasi del tutto l'annuncio online, l'unico problema è stato colui che ci avrebbe dovuto accogliere che si e' trovato difronte delle persone che a suo detto non erano all'altezza perché era abituato con clienti ben più facoltosi. Al nostro arrivo ha speso poche parole, senza illustrarci la casa, e dire che la jacuzzi non funzionava, inoltre la piscina da noi è stata utilizzata solo 2 giorni perché non è stata mai pulita (siamo stati li 9 giorni). Un altra cosa da aggiungere riguarda il frigo che non é stato pulito e liberato, e il giardino è stato rasato 4 giorni dopo il nostro arrivo. Ci dispiace per il proprietario , molto disponibile,gentile e attento.

This house was a perfect retreat for our 3 generations reunion. Rain or shine, the open area living room was an amazing place to gather around. Far away from any hustle and bustle, but close to gorgeous beaches, markets, and supermarket, this house was in an ideal location. Claude was very responsive; Estelle was at the airport to transfer us to the house as we rented the owner's car, Fabrice was at the house to greet us and took care of getting us a carry-out dinner as we arrived late... they all deserve a 5 star as we were able to relax right from the start. Merci, nous reviendrons!

Amazing trip
We stayed here with 5 kids and 4 adults over Christmas. We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and very comfortable. With its open concept it was ideal for enjoying the fantastic weather. We arrived late on Christmas Eve and we’re worried about finding food for Christmas Day, but luckily found a small store open down the street til 12pm. We ended up going there daily for fresh bread and other small necessities. We visited a different beach daily, each within a 5 to 15 minute walk or drive and each as fantastic as the next. We also spent time exploring the volcano and other parts of the island. It was always nice to come back from a long day and be able to relax while my energetic kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There were very few mosquitoes while we were there and each of us only ended up with a bite or two from one evening.

great vacation villa
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa in December. It's located on Basse-Terre, the lush mountainous side of the island, which is very tranquil and an easy drive from the airport. The beaches here are amazing with less tourists than the other side of the island, Grande Terre. The villa was kid friendly, and the pool and the hot tub were definitely a plus. The host was easy to communicate with and accommodating to our needs. For example, he arranged for the caretaker to pickup dinner for us upon our arrival since we had an evening flight and couldn’t make it to the villa until around 8:00 pm. Parking was easy despite the villa being built upon the side of a small mountain. There was a flat parking area above the villa with space for about 8-10 cars to park and it was never full. Overall this was a great place to stay and would come back here again.

Great house, and location!
Very nice overall. Pool and spa were lovely, kitchen and BBQ really great. Bedrooms were nice too. Love the open floor plan. Mosquitoes were a bit of an issue.

Très confortable
Il ne manque rien à cette villa pour passer un agréable séjour, l'espace commun et la transition dedans / dehors sont très bien conçus pour partager de bons moments entre amis. L'aménagement et la décoration nous ont beaucoup plu, Pour ne rien gâter, l'accueil de Fabrice est chaleureux et gourmant (il pêche la langouste, avis aux amateurs...). La villa est située dans un environnement authentique et varié, nous recherchions un compromis mer / montagne (prévoir de bonnes chaussures !), nous avons été comblés. Tous les services sont à proximité et le charme de Basse-Terre a remporté les suffrages, de loin. Une belle expérience que nous recommandons sans réserve.

« Petit coin de paradis au cœur de Deshaies qui a sublimé notre voyage. Accueil chaleureux, propriétaire à l’écoute et disponible. Les alentours proposent de nombreuses activités, endroit facilement accessible clairement indiqué par le propriétaire.
La villa est telle qu’on peut la voir en photos, très propre et comporte tous les équipements ainsi que de la vaisselle en suffisance, serviettes de bain, etc.

Magnifique villa
Cette villa est très agréable, il y a tout le confort possible, elle est incroyablement bien équipée. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la belle piscine et adores le jaccuzi. Elle est située à proximité de superbes plages comme grande anse, la perle, fort royal ou Leroux et aussi du jardin botanique.
Un grand merci à Fabrice pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et tous ses conseils. Un petit bémol sur la proximité de la route.

De retour d'un magnifique séjour en Guadeloupe, dans une maison qui nous plonge immédiatement dans l'ambiance décontractée locale. Idéalement située, au coeur d'un jardin fleuri et proche de la plage, elle a répondu à tout nos besoins. Nous sommes revenus complètement détendus et nous y retournerons dès que possible !
