About this house rental
This is the perfect place to stay while either joining friends and family or looking to relocate to the area. We are both Realtors with over 40 years together in Eagle, Boise, Meridian and the Treasure Valley. Walking distance to great dining and boutique shopping. Our Real Estate office is just a quarter mile away. Please let us know if you have any questions about the area or would like to take some time to tour the area with us and possibly look at some specific properties. Totally remodeled from the ceiling to the floor with granite countertops in kitchen and bathroom, New cabinetry throughout the kitchen and both bathrooms, subway tile backsplash in kitchen and bathtub surround, everything is new regarding the townhome itself. Large flat screen w/Blu-Ray player and 185 Channels in the greatroom and an elevated flat screen in the master. Exceptionally equipped kitchen with new microwave, dishwasher and all the utensils you could possibly need. All this along with plenty of spices and condiments, you will soon realize that all you need is your clothes, food and toiletries. You are within walking distance of the center of Eagle with many great restaurants and boutique shopping close by. The GreenBelt runs through Eagle giving you the opportunity to either ride your bike or walk the GreenBelt along the Boise River all the way to Boise if you want. The home has covered parking and additional parking immediately adjacent to the townhome.

We have stayed in many VRBO’s and this was one of the best , if not the best stay. Cleanest and the best equipped. It is very handy to everything and major routes, but a quiet neighborhood. It’s older but kept up.
The only downside is it needs a couple of drape slats and workmen were working on the outside the entire week.
Owner is fantastic and has other places.

Clean, comfortable, and had everything well stocked. The location was quiet yet so close to everything. The owners communicated with us so quickly whenever we had a question leading up to our stay and during our stay. It was a wonderful visit for just my husband and me and we would definitely stay again!

We LOVED our stay here. The townhome is an end unit and at the very end of the complex with a great view out back making it super quiet so we slept great each of our 5 nights!
The entire home is super clean, cute and updated. Its filled with nice modern furniture and everything you would need or want. We were happy to see our favorite Trader Joe's salsa and a bag of tortilla chips on the kitchen counter for us. Really love when boxes of tissue and toiletries are provided throughout. The owners are very nice, excellent communicators and have really thought of everything to make your stay flawless at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend staying here!!

The property is located well off the street and is quite, clean, comfortable and is well stocked with everything you need for a great stay. Close to pretty much everything in the treasure valley.

This place was as advertised and very clean, which is always important to us. While they seem to have renovated the home top to bottom, I couldn’t stop smelling that some prior owner had smoked in the place.
It is centrally located, close to downtown. The unit is in a complex of what seem to be rental apartments/condos.

We booked this rental for a corporate employee who traveled to Boise for the week. His stay was comfortable and close to the job-site. It fulfilled our need in a more accommodating and private manner than a hotel would have.

We had a great stay in Eagle. The home was clean and just as pictured. The beds were comfortable and the unit was very well stocked. The location was quiet and the whole area was very well maintained. We were there for races and the track was only about 20 minutes away. The unit is located close to some great restaurants, Albertsons for groceries, etc. We would definitely stay there again.

Home away from Home
Our summer road trip this year started in Tucson, Arizona and led to Eagle, ID. The goal: To visit our
daughter and her family and to celebrate her father’s birthday and Father’s Day. We arranged for a stay
in the Eagle Glen Townhome while there. It was perfect! The two-story, beautifully decorated
townhome had all the comforts of home – and then some! The kitchen had excellent appliances, the
laundry room was stocked with supplies for the laundry accumulated over our trip, and the beds in both
master and guest rooms were very comfortable. We even had our grandkids come over one evening for
a sleepover – and a video on the large-screen TV in the living room. Having a condo of our own let us
enjoy our family without them having to worry about us every minute of the day. A perfect way to enjoy
our time in Eagle. Thumbs up all around! Thanks for a wonderful stay, Barbara and Tom Kiernan, Tucson,

The unit was great. The owner told us the WiFi ID and password was in the guest book in the kitchen but it was incorrect. So, one complaint is that the WiFi information provided in your guest book was incorrect and we had to call the owner. The remote for the TV did not have batteries and there were no other batteries in the unit. The guest book said to adjust the thermostat to 65 degrees when our stay ended; however, the numbers on the thermostat were not visible. We had heat, but it would have been nice to be able to adjust it. We made contact, but it would have been nice not to have to make that call. Other than that the stay was enjoyable and the unit had everything.

Excellent home base for a week
I was in Eagle for a week and this was a great place to call “home.” The kitchen had everything I needed, and the washer/dryer came in handy. I loved how quiet it was! It was super clean. Bed was comfy. The zebra decor was a fun touch. I also walked to restaurants in downtown Eagle. Five stars!

We needed a place at the last minute. This place stood out because it looked great on line. We were not disappointed. The owners were very accommodating when we asked to check in early.
