PLEASE READ ALL THE WAY THROUGH OUR DESCRIPTION TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE AWARE OF ANY RULES/FEES/ADVISE/AMMENTIES. This villa really has the best location! Just walk out of your gate, out of the street and across the road, and you will be right by the Palm Beach Plaza Mall which is right by the hotel strip with all it's great benefits. Beach-shops-restaurants-nightlife- ALL AT WALKING DISTANCE. The villa has a large living area with comfortable seating areas and is completely air conditioned. The kitchen is connected to the living area so you can cook and prepare meals in a nice cool home. We have a large dining table and a second sitting area to watch TV. Large glass doors give the home great light and a connected feel with the outdoor space. The sitting area on the patio is great, lounge chairs, dining table, patio seats, outdoor kitchen, a BBQ, and of course a beautiful swimming pool. All it needs is YOU on a float! All 3 bedrooms have air conditioning, we have 2 bathrooms with hot water, the house has an alarm system, washing machine, WiFi, a full equipped kitchen with all you need to prepare your dinners. We are Premier Partner on HomeAway so you will be in good hands with the Marin Family! Please read all our reviews of the multiple properties we manage. Note: There is a cleaning fee of $250 USD for the cleaning after your stay. *This is not charged through VRBO. This cleaning fee needs to be paid in cash at check in (*your payment for the rental goes to the home owner in America, the cleaning gets done by a local company in Aruba, so it is more efficient to have that paid out separate and on location). We advise you when you book your ticket to take out travel and cancellation insurance, both for the trip and for the rental of the house. With the insurance, you will be protected from financial loss if a booking is cancelled or cut short is case of emergencies, such as inability to fly in case of pregnancy, unexpected loss, air traffic controller strikes, and/or natural phenomena.

We loved staying here! Awesome outdoor casual area with pool, eating area, BBQ and seating area. We had 3 couples and there was plenty of room. Owner/Management VERY responsive with any questions or needs. We would definitely rent again!!

We stayed over New Years and loved it! The house was perfect for the family. Just a short walk over to the strip with all the shopping, restaurants, and bars. Only took us 6 minutes to be on the beach. Beach chairs and a cooler were provided. The outdoor area at the home is perfect to relax. Would definitely rent again!

This property was perfect. It made us feel like we had a home away from home. It was an easy walk to the Hotel Area and a short drive to Eagle Beach and other areas. The layout and furnishings were as comfortable as could be, and I loved the coffee provided! I hope to stay here again soon.

Our trip and stay was simply amazing. The communication was on point, Daniel property manager was helpful and a great resource of information. Great proximity to everything you need and anywhere you may want to go, beach, restaurants and supermarket.
All four days were perfect. Overall a great place to stay!

This is a well appointed home with all the creature comforts of home. Our traveling party had individuals spanning the ages of 17-78 and all loved the home. It is a bright, airy home and when we arrived, we settled right in.
The Property Manager, Daniel had excellent communication skills and was very responsive to our questions/requests and when we arrived he provided many recommendations of places to eat and local attractions that were a “must do.”
There were enough supplies (dish & laundry detergent, toilet paper, coffee, etc) that lasted several days or more) as well as bath/pool/beach towels that we did not feel that we had to rush out and get anything immediately and we appreciated that very much.
The location of the home is central to everything you would want to do or see.
We got a lot (a lot!) of use out of the beach chairs and cooler that were provided and it was nice to only have to rent an umbrella when we visited the different beaches.
Bottom line: do not hesitate to stay at Casa Mia!

This was a nice house for a family trip with 4 adults and a baby. It is walking distance to shops, restaurants, and Palm Beach but can be tricky crossing the busy road with no crosswalks. The house was well equipped with baby supplies such as a pack and play and high chair. We wish we could have controlled the pool foundation as it was very difficult to hear each other talking while it was running from 8:30-4:30. Overall, we would recommend this house to other groups!

This home was comfortable and spacious for 6 adults. It has everything that you need and the location is great. It is a very short walk to the beach and the restaurants in Palm Beach. The property manager was friendly and responsive, although we didn't need much. We relied on Hubert (recommended by our host) for transportation and I strongly recommend him.

Great location, easy walk to beach, restaurants and grocery. The home was perfect for our needs for a family of four. Loved the pool deck and covered space and found ourselves ending most days there with a cocktail by the pool. Great communication with the owners which run the family business. Some items getting a little 'worn' but understand that from both being a rental and the wear and tear under the Aruban sun, certainly nothing that would prohibit us from renting here again. We enjoyed our stay on island very much and this was the perfect home base for us! Thank you

The property was clean and lovely. We especially loved the outdoor pool area and spent a lot of time there. The manager Daniel was amazing and very helpful. He gave us many restaurant recommendations and they were our favorite sots! Thank you Daniel!!!

The location of this house is fantastic - a short walk right into town where all of the resorts, restaurants and bars are located. The house is nice and clean, although a little dated and could use some refreshing. It would have been nice if the house was stocked with more basic supplies (like toilet paper and paper towels). If you don’t have a car (and we didn’t), you’ll have to go to a store to buy more. Given the cost of the house per night, they couldn’t add a few extra rolls, really?! Also, one of our oven burners wasn’t working properly. They came over quickly to look at it, but then never fixed it.
Overall the house served its purpose and the location is very convenient.

It was very easy renting this property and the owners were very responsive. Our family enjoyed the pool, outdoor area and the proximity to the beach and strip. It was more economical to rent the villa instead of 3 hotel rooms. Can’t wait to go back.

The house was great, nice place to relax and make meals. Outside amenities were great, pool is clean and refreshing after a hot day in the sun. Neighborhood isn’t loud or noisy, a short cut gets you right to all the area bars, shopping and beaches. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a place off the busy hustle of timeshare or hotel life.

Casa Mia had a cool lanai area, a built-in outdoor BBQ, and a small pool with a fountain. We enjoyed eating dinner and had a big breakfast on the large wooden table out in that backyard area. It is fenced in, so you feel like you have your own private oasis. The girls didn’t have to wait on us to get ready to go to the pool, they could just jump in. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The home is in a residential area across the highway from palm beach hotels and a strip of restaurants, shopping, and bars. We rented a car for the time we had the vrbo and used Taxis while we were staying at Divi, I think we should have flipped it now that I know how close the Casa was to Palm Beach. My only suggestion for this rental was to provide oil or butter for cooking and more toilet paper. I went shopping before we came to the house so I didn't realize we needed tp until the last day.

Great House for Friend Vacation
The property was great for our needs for a friend's vacation to attend a local music festival. Close walk to the beach, restaurants and other venues. Great outdoor space gathering and relaxing. Highly recommend.

The property was huge for just two of us but we did not mind. The privacy walls around the pool made it even better. We didn’t really bother management except to get a location for our COVID test and they responded quickly even though it was after hours. A couple of things to consider, check inventory of things before going to the market. Buy liquor at the airport and buy the local beer otherwise you’ll pay ridiculous prices. Try to go to a supermarket away from the tourist areas. Other than that, it was amazing!

Paradise
My family and another family stayed at Casa Mia and had a wonderful time. The place was spacious, clean and beautiful. Within walking distance of the hotel strip, we were comfortable to travel the few blocks to go explore. The staff was prompt in response to any inquiries and very helpful in suggesting restaurants and a place to get the required Covid test to return to the States. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

This was an 80th birthday trip for my mother in law. Our flight was cancelled so we decided to stay another week and of course Jose and his team didn’t disappoint! As always, Daniel was amazing and is so so nice and easy to work with! Look forward to our next visit!

This home was perfectly located to Palm Beach! The pool and outdoor space was lovely and relaxing. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We’ve been visiting Aruba annually since 2004 and have a timeshare here but we would rent again to add days to our stay!!!

Great house in Aruba
Perfect location, close to everything, including beaches, restaurants, markets. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and pool. While you are walking distance to many things, we liked having a rental car to explore Aruba. Dani made the check in and check out process easy and provided a lot of helpful recommendations. We would rent this property again.

Perfect stay
The location of the house was perfect, walking distance from the beach and restaurants. José was great to work with. We loved the outdoor space. Indoors was very spacious and clean, perfect for our group of 2 couples and 1 teenager.
