About this house rental
Situated in Deerfield Beach, this attractive house for R 17,783 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Our Home is newly renovated 4 bedroom 3 bathroom plus there is a new pool and Hot Tub on the salt water canal good for fishing Located in a quiet family neighborhood just minutes to Beach, along with multiple other beautiful beaches like: Boca Raton, Delray beach and Ft Lauderdale. There are two kayaks for you to use two fishing poles to fish in front of the house on the deck there are also two bicycles. The house is located on a quiet canal just 15 min with kayak to Al Capone Island The Master bedroom has a King size bed, TV, master closet. The Master bathroom is attached with dual sinks and a shower/bath tub. The second bedroom features a queen bed, night stand and closet. The third bedroom has a queen beds with a large closet. There are 2 more full bathroom for guest bedrooms. There is also Family Room close with glass door for privacy with two twin beds use as 4th bedroom Laundry area with a washer and dryer. The living room has a sofa, loveseat and flat screen tv with cable and WIFI. Relax on the patio at a table for six with an umbrella 6 lounge chairs and gas BBQ There is a large front yard and the backyard is fenced in for privacy, with Tiki Hut and Circular driveway. There are linens for up to 10 guests, sheets for all of the beds. Vacuum, as well as other household cleaning items. We have high chair and pack -n- play. Regular housekeeping is available at an additional charge. Arrangements can be made with Denise There are beach chairs, beach towels and beach umbrella.

The house is in a great location, close to everything, however for the money spent I was a little disappointed. Interior could really use a paint job, almost every dish/pan/utensil needed to be cleaned prior to use and there was no dish soap, the water pressure in the 2 showers in hall was very hard to control (either too hot or too cold), the floaties for the pool were dirty and all over the yard when we arrived, the fishing poles, bikes & kayaks have all seen better days, we bought new poles and left the rods there, a cooler would have been nice, we had trouble with the grill but did get it to work, the pool was pretty dirty the first few days but a pool guy did come and clean it halfway into our stay. We loved the tiki patio, the beds were pretty comfy.

We had a lovely stay at this house. The backyard was great with the pool and hot tub. The house fit all our needs and it was close to Deerfield Beach, shops and restaurants. The property manager was great to work with, also. We recommend this property.

The property was as described . It could do with a coat of paint and some minor maintenance work but we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay . A plus is definitely having toiletries and kitchen cleaning/spices etc stuff available .
There were no instructions on how to heat the pool/hotub so did not use very often .

The property manager was very friendly when she met us at the house but after she left and we got to look around that’s when we started noticing things that did not show in pictures. The walls were dirty and needed a good scrub or completely repainted. The microwave door was barely hanging on the hinges, a lot of the dishes were still dirty and needed to be washed, none of the showers had good water pressure and one of the showers you can not regulate the temperature it’s either scolding hot or ice cold. There was trash here and there left behind by previous people in the yard and landscaping. One of the doors to the house was unlocked when we got there and anyone could have walked in and could have been there and none of the gates locked to the backyard. It was not what we were expecting at all.

The property met our needs. Plenty of space. There were several areas that needed to be fixed. Floor in master closet was a safety issue. There was not a handrail to get in the pool. When you step out it would be easy to miss the patio, There is a large drop off. Home was clean, location was good.

It was amazing staying at your property. We had a cookout and cooked dinner on other days had things we needed just need at least one or two more pans other than that it was great. The pool and spa were absolutely gorgeous. Every room was to our expectations loved we had extra towels and pool towels. We were able to use the cooler to take to the beach. Property is located close to everything and we will definitely be booking your property again.

We were attending our daughter’s graduation from FAU and needed a place to stay for 4 days. This property was located in the perfect location! The home had lots of amenities and the pool is what sold us when we booked. Although a few maintenance items were noted, for the age of the property and the fact it is a rental, it was overall well maintained and had everything that was advertised. Would highly recommend!

The property was only satisfactory. The backyard is a mess but the pool is fine. The grill is not the one shown in the pictures. The house is okay but a lot of simple improvements could be made. The location is good but I wouldn't rent this property again.

Great House!
We enjoyed this house. Enjoyed that the master is on one end of the house and the other bedrooms are on the other side. Nice pool and hot tub. The house and pool were clean and well kept. When we couldn't figure out the grill or how to change the temperature on the hot tub, the owner showed up right away to help us. Easy check in and out.

I would definitely rent this property or other properties from these owners again.

The property was sufficient for our needs and well supplied. Plenty of seating. Clean.
There were a couple concerns I'd like to mention. The AC sound in the streetside bedroom was way loud. The water temp was temperamental switching hot to cold and back midshower. Instructions for washer/dryer would be helpful as we had to manually change functions. The living room ceiling fan never turned on for us, trying all wall switches and changed battery in remote control. We were unable to stream on TV. Internet seemed faulty. Instructions may have helped.

We spent a lot of evenings in the warm pool and hot tub as well as on the comfy patio furniture nearby. The kitchen was well stocked with tons of dishes, utensils and serving pieces. There were also the basic spices, oil, etc in the cupboards. There are restaurants within walking distance. You could also walk to the beach if you wanted to get some steps in—we preferred to drive most of the time. When I reported that the coffee pot was cracked, a new one was delivered within hours. We had a great stay at this hidden gem!
