Nice modern apartment, located on the outskirts of the town, about 15 min walk to the harbour, for restaurants and shops. Conveniently located for a huge hypermarket. Very comfortable and well equiped. Towels and cleaning were at additional cost. We were met and welcomed on arrival by the owners, and our french language limitations were overcome using Google.

Bel appartement,très propre, très bien équipé, calme avec un box au sous-sol : tout très bien.
Centre ville à 15mn à pieds, centre commercial à 5 mn à pieds. L'emplacement permet de sortir de Concarneau sans problème de circulation.
Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Très bel appartement bien agencé disposant de tous les appareils ménagers nécessaires en très bon état, y compris lave vaisselle et lave linge. Très au calme avec belle terrasse mais pour le coup centre ville et plages un peu éloignés à notre goût. Très bon accueil des propriétaires

Une perle rare. Un logement ultra fonctionnel, décoré avec goût et surtout très propre. La literie et la machine à laver sont un vrai plus. Quartier très calme. Et des propriétaires très sympathique. Nous reviendrons sûrement

L' appartement situé au 1er étage, dans une petite résidence avec un petit balcon est ensoleillé et très bien agencé. Aucune gêne avec l'environnement.

L'appartement est très bien agencé et décoré avec goût, propre, agréable.
Sa situation permet des balades vers la ville close ou le long des plages autant que des visites au supermarché pour les courses.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in Concarneau
Frau und Herr Gouiffes haben uns bei unserer Ankunft sehr freundlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt und uns Tipps gegeben, wo man gut einkkaufen und essen gehen kann. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, um zu kochen (auch Austernmesser und Hummerzange), auch die technische Auststattung (Wifi, Fernseher, CD- und DVD-Player) war super. Außerdem hat man einen Garagenplatz in einer riesigen Tiefgarage. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 1,5 km oberhalb der Ville-Close. Man ist relativ schnell zu Fuß in der Stadt und an der Strandpromenade. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 500 m entfernt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und werden gerne wiederkommen.

Super Appartement in Concarneau
Wohnung sehr sauber und ruhig. Vermieterin sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Bäcker und Supermarkt in der Nähe und fußläufig erreichbar. Zentrum von Concarneau und ville close zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar. Wohnung zweckmäßig eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet. Wir können diese Wohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Gut ausgestattet, sauber, gepflegt
Freundlicher Empfang, rundum zufrieden. Besonders angenehm: Garagenstellplatz. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist komfortabel, sauber und gepflegt. Sie hat einen sonnigen Balkon. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler funktionieren einwandfrei. Die Ausstattung der Küche mit Geschirr ist vorbildlich.

Toll ausgestattete Wohnung und ideal gelegen für Fahrten in die Umgebung
Die Wohnung ist ansprechend eingerichtet und wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Haushalt benötigen könnte (u.a. voll ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine, großen Kühlfach sowie einer Waschmaschine). Außerdem gibt es einen Tiefgaragenbox. Die Wohnung war überaus sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben uns viele Informationen gegeben. Sie sprechen nur französisch, aber mit minimalen Sprachkenntnissen und "Händen und Füßen" konnten wir uns trotzdem gut verständigen.
Supermarkt und Bäcker sind gleich um die Ecke. Zur Altstadt und zum Strand sind es zu Fuß 15 bis 20 Minuten. Die Wohnung eignet sich aus unserer Sicht besonders gut, wenn man die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung (mit dem Auto) anfahren will z.B. Quimper, Pont Avon, Bénodet und die vielen verschiedenen Strände. Dank großem Schlafsofa auch für zwei Erwachsene mit Kind sehr gut geeignet.

Appartement bien décoré et bien agencé. Rien ne manque. La cuisine est super fonctionnelle. Nous avons apprécié le lit fait à l’arrivée et le pot de bienvenu, le temps aussi de nous expliquer les petits détails nécessaire au séjour. L’appartement est effectivement bien situé et plein sud (un ventilateur est recommandé) L’arrêt du bus est tout proche et pour les courageux une petite marche de 25mn pour rejoindre le centre ville n’est vraiment pas un calvaire, surtout que maintenant les parkings sont tous payants sauf celui de la gare et celui des sables blancs. Le garage fermé est quand à lui bien appréciable.
Nous reviendrons très certainement l’année prochaine

Herzlicher Empfang durch Christine und Jean-Claude Gouiffes. Die relativ neue Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist für Hobbyköche gut ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Lage ist günstig für Besichtigungen in der Umgebung. Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt.

Die Wohnung ist kpl mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Es gibt auch eine Tiefgarage.
Die Vermieterin ist super nett und freundlich. Sie gibt Tipps für gute Restaurants und zeigt alles ganz ausführlich. Man fühlt sich gleich herzlich willkommen. Alles ist sehr sauber und schön. Der nächste Supermarkt ist nur ca 300 Meter entfernt. Die Wohnung kann man nur weiter empfehlen. Wir würden da auf jeden Fall nochmal hingehen.

Accueil très chaleureux de M. et Mme Gouiffes, très bel appartement d'une propreté irréprochable dans lequel rien ne manque, proche des commerces, très jolie plage" des sables blancs" à proximité.
Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances, Concarneau est une très jolie ville avec sa ville close, nous y reviendrons volontiers.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartement in guter Lage
Das Appartement sieht genau so aus, wie es auf den Bildern dargestellt ist. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, inklusive Spül- und Waschmaschine. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig und ein Supermarkt ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zum Strand und in's Stadtzentrum muss man etwas länger laufen, das ist aber auch gut machbar. Absolut empfehlenswert!
