Located in La Romana, this charming villa for R 6,631 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Golf Villa 70 is an exceptionally well situated three bedroom Golf Villa located next to the 14th fairway of the Links golf course. The villa has panoramic views of the 14th and 15th fairways and greens, the fairway lake and our garden. The villa is a short walking distance to Minitas beach and the hotel facilities. The Villa is staffed by Julie, our housekeeper/ cook. Julie is fluent in English and Spanish. Casa de Campo is a gated resort community that charges a daily resort fee of $25 per adult per day for entry and use of resort facilities. Details below. DESCRIPTION The villa is a traditional golf villa design with mahogany louvered windows and wrap around screened veranda. Local artists have painted some of the furniture and walls. The villa receives the morning sun and is positioned to receive the afternoon breezes. It is a perfect environment to relax and enjoy Casa de Campo. Two of the bedrooms are adjacent to the screened veranda and living room. One bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has two double beds. The third bedroom, with a queen bed, is in a private area down a hallway from the main villa living areas. The three bedrooms are air conditioned. The villa is centrally located on the Links golf course a 12-15 minute walk to Minitas beach or 15-20 walk to the hotel. The beach and hotel have excellent pool and restaurant facilities. The Marina with all its restaurants and stores is a 10 minute drive from the villa. . Altos de Chavón is also a short drive away. Golf Villa 70 has three private parking spaces in front of the villa. The villa has Internet and Casa de Campo cable tv. If you wish a broader tv viewing experience, bring your own Apple TV, Fire Stick or Roku type streaming device and plug it into the tv. The villa is staffed by Julie, our housekeeper/ cook and Papo, our gardener. Julie works from approximately 9am to 2pm each day. Ask her to arrive later, if you wish privacy in the morning. Julie is fluent in both Spanish and English and has a wealth of knowledge of the resort and area. Julie is a good cook. She can prepare meals from groceries that you purchase. On your arrival. Julie will greet you and show you the villa. Please let me know your estimated time of arrival, so I can alert her. If you wish to arrive before 3pm, please contact me or Julie to confirm time and availability. Julie can be contacted through WhatsApp or telephone at (829) 771-5323. **CASA DE CAMPO RESORT FEES** Casa de Campo is a secure gated resort community of over 10 square miles. Like many resorts these days, Casa de Campo charges a daily resort fee. If you are already in Casa de Campo or have access to Casa de Campo, the below registration and fee information does not apply. Guests must register with the resort and pay a mandatory resort fee of $25 per adult per day to enter Casa de Campo and use the resort facilities. The fee for children ages 4-12 is $12 per child per day. This fee is paid directly to Casa de Campo upon arrival and you will receive a guest card for use in the resort. Registered resort guests are granted full access to resort areas and amenities including advance golf reservations, special discounted golf rates, beach and pool access, tennis, golf cart rentals and medical services. Stays of 28 days or more are not subject to daily resort fees.

Booked this villa with 2 of my friends. It’s beautifully decorated. 3 bedrooms all en-suite. Great outdoor area. Julie; the housekeeper was amazing. Prepared breakfast everyday and cleaned the house. Location inside Casa de campo compound is perfect. Very safe and secure. Close to hotel and marina with many restaurants. Will definitely book it again and will recommend it to friends

What a beautiful place to sit back in the open-air setting and enjoy the breezes of Casa De Campo. The house opens up wonderfully to feel the breeze and the culture.
Benita the housekeeper was a joy and ensured we had everything we needed. The location is a little hard to find but that is just the layout of the area. I suggest using the waze app in lieu of standard maps as it took us right where we needed. great place.

Julie was excellent and property location was great. Beds were OK but all other furniture was dated and uncomfortable throughout. Kitchen utensils, cutlery and dishes were also dated and not overly clean. Dark floors and ceilings also contributed to uncomfortable interior.

My husband and I had a wonderful 10 day stay at this spacious and airy villa! The screened-in porch has a southeasterly view looking over the villa's colorful gardens, across two golf holes and a pond. There are many indoor seating options and there is a marvelous gentle cross breeze traipsing through during the day. Although the outside temperature was in the mid-80s, we found that the many ceiling fans and said breezes were sufficient to keep us comfortable. It was heaven to sleep without needing an air conditioner( they are in each bedroom if wanted). The bedrooms are roomy, and each with its own bathroom.
The location of the property is fantastic, 5-7 minute drive on the golf cart to Playa Minitas Beach , 5-7 minute drive the Hotel Swimming Pool (wet bar and kids pool), 5-7 minute drive the Golf Driving Range.
Julie was AMAZING! Her disposition is always sunny and she speaks English well. Julie cooked us breakfast each morning and made a couple of meals which we reheated for our dinners on the lovely porch. She also kept the property clean and our clothes laundered. One evening after dinner, we noticed an outdoor spigot was broken and water was pooling near the house. We called Julie and within 20 minutes there was someone at the house to replace the spigot.
The communication with the owner was prompt and flawless.
We will stay at this property again and recommend it to friends and family.

The villa was larger and more beautiful than the pictures. It has an excellent location close to Minitas Beach. The view of the golf course and lake was beautiful. The staff was friendly and the food was amazing. It is definitely a place to return over and over.

Best Vacation Ever!
Our vacation to the Dominican Republic was memorable on many levels but one standout was this house and its location. We lived on the porch with its tropical breeze and rustling palm fronds. The view is gorgeous and occasional passing golfers were entertaining. The house held 5 adults very comfortably and the bedrooms are separated so very private. Everything was super clean and stocked with whatever we needed, especially the kitchen. We had a rental car but also having the golf cart allowed everyone to go and do whatever they wanted without disrupting someone else's schedule. I have to give a shout-out to Julie and her assistant Rosa. They were so warm and helpful.. and kept everything in perfect condition. Julie was even brave enough to ride into town with me and showed us a fantastic local fish market where we purchased lobsters for a special meal. This place has to be the best option in Casa de Campo. We just got home and already talking about our next visit.

We just had such a lovely stay at Golf Villa 70! The house was beautiful and relaxing, with lots of screened in space to take in the morning (or enjoy siesta time). Julie, the housekeeper was simply amazing - kept the house so clean and was a ray of sunshine each day. Really helpful with questions about the house, golf cart and resort area. The beach was intoxicating and Altos de Chavon beyond charming for dinner each night. Thank you for the memories! It was the first stamp in our two teenagers’ passports. We will certainly be back!

Charming home in Casa de Campo
This is one of the older villas in Casa de Campo. While not as luxurious as some of the other options, we found this to be an excellent choice. Much of the house consists of an enormous screened veranda that brings tropical breezes throughout and offers beautiful views across the golf course. The furnishings are eclectic and reflect a lot of local craftwork. Bedrooms are very comfortable each with en suite baths. The housekeeper/cook Julie comes in each morning and will prepare breakfast. The villa does not have its own pool but there is a pool walking distance and the newly redone Minitas beach (only 5 minutes by golf cart) now has its own pools as well. While there is an outdoor table and chairs there is no real outdoor sitting area or sun lounges at this villa which we would have liked. One thing a renter needs to be aware of is the rather steep per/person daily resort charge at Casa de Campo (which is really just an access charge). It does add to the overall rental cost for a stay but Casa is a very special place with a wonderful vibe and excellent facilities, restaurants, etc. I'd recommend this villa as a wonderful place to relax and unwind.

IN THE HEART OF CASA DE CAMPO-FANTASTIC!
John's Villa is 5 minutes to Minitas Beach which is by far one of the best beaches in the Caribbean. The Villa is full of beach decorations that allow you to take the beach back home. And laundry is done every day! The Villa has amazing aircon, wifi, and cable TV. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. There wasn’t a question that wasn’t answered or an attention to detail missed. Couldn’t have asked for more relaxing time. Fully recommend John's Villa to anyone visiting Casa de Campo

Villa is great. 180-degree view of golf course and lake. Beautiful grounds. Mahogany wood trim and doors, and what seemed like India-type artifacts and other unique furnishings. Beach is 5 minutes away. Staff were great and can prepare meals when desired or book reservations and trips, and even accompanied us into town to best shops and to translate.
