No AC, very uncomfortable!!

Loved the location and the layout and size of the house.

The bikes had flat tires and the small one brakes were broken. My sister fell through the deck due to a rotten board. Management offered to come repair the broken board immediately. The deck needs some other boards repaired. There is no a/c in the house so it would have been nice to have a couple large fans to use.

Great location and home layout for our family. Having SHARC passes was awesome and our kids loved the recreational swim, even though they are limited right now. It's a fun walk or bike ride to Rock Creek Park from the house. Easy and quick drive to Mount Bachelor.

Cleanliness upon check in (including pots and pans put away dirty), we had to search for a dustpan, could have used a few more throw blankets to cozy up this shoulder season. Wishing the bikes had air in the tires, a bike tool had been provided, and the bike pump worked.
