This 200-m² luxury villa (5 bedrooms) is located close to Ste Anne and its magnificent beaches and St. François with its international golf course and several restaurants. It features a 12-m heated pool and a panoramic 180-degree sea view. It is an ideal place for a holiday with family or friends. It can accommodate up to 10 people and is fully equipped with an upscale sleeping arrangement, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a wine cellar, a coffee maker, a microwave, a toaster, and more.

Super séjour
Très bon séjour dans cette belle Villa. Vue magnifique. Accueil par Claudine très chaleureux.
Cependant des finitions restent à faire (terrasse non terminée, équipement de la cuisine à revoir).

We rented this property for a reunion between my American family and my fiancé's family from France. This house was perfect for all of us ranging from 30 - 70 years old with different needs and wants! We were close to markets, the kitchen was well equipped for cooking, we were walking distance from multiple beaches, we even took surf lessons at one of them. Our local host was very helpful and great to be around. 5 out of 5, we will be back! :)

My husband and I travelled to Guadeloupe with 2 small children and three grandparents. The villa and bungalow were perfect. The pool was a dream. Waking up each morning to a view of the ocean was stunning. We loved the proximity to the beach. It’s very helpful to rent a car if you want to travel to neighboring St. Anne or anywhere else. We were mostly content staying at home and swimming in the pool.
Claudine was so helpful. Our arrival flight was delayed causing us to get to the house at 4am. She was there with a smile to meet us!
We very much hope to return!

Cette villa est tout à fait conforme à son descriptif et parfaitement équipée pour des réunions de famille (nous étions 11) ou un groupe d'amis (5 couples).
Si nous revenons en Guadeloupe, nous ne chercherons pas une autre adresse.

Really the perfect spot for a family or group of friends. The villa is in a gated area. You can park your car right next to the villa within the gated area. There is a delightful view from the living area which opens upon the great lap pool (which has Jacuzzi jets on one side) and overlooks the ocean. Better than the pictures :) A path to beaches lies about 500 feet from the house. On one side it is a three minute walk to a local beach, and in the other direction, a lovely walk past some grazing cows to the beach in St.Anne.
In the evening, the pool and property (which has lovely flowers) is lit beautifully. The property is completely private. The villa has been decorated tastefully decorated and the kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm! All the bedrooms are lovely and air conditioned. The villa is located between St. Anne and St. Francois which is very convenient. Our family had a great time! Thanks so much for the use of your lovely home!

L'emplacement sur l'île de la maison est idéale. La vue est superbe, même si pas en 1ere ligne. La maison est magnifique, très bien équipée. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

EXCELLENT SEJOUR
Nous venons de passer 15 jours formidables dans cette superbe maison . Tout le confort y est .Propreté espace, piscine géniale, clim et moustiquaires ( n'avons eu aucun moustiques!!!!!....). Alors n'hésitez pas une seconde et venez séjourner en famille ou entre amis dans cette magnifique maison. Les propriétaires sont adorables et très serviables. Bref un paradis... Nous y retournerons.....

très belle maison magnifique vue, a 5 mn à pied d'une plage (spot de surf) piscine chauffée superbe, équipement parfait, très bon accueil des propriétaires, vraiment rien à redire même pour des locataires très exigeants

Un petit coin de paradis !
Très jolie villa ! Nous avons aimé notre séjour et la villa et ses propriétaires Pascal et Nadine y ont largement contribué ! Idéalement placée entre Sainte Anne et Saint François, tout le confort est présent et nous nous sommes sentis "comme à la maison". Les photos sont fidèles à la réalité. Quel bonheur de se lever et de déjeuner face à Marie Galante, avec un paysage maritime changeant chaque jour ! On a même aperçu une baleine :-) ! Au plaisir de revenir ! Magalie, Stéphane, Stéphanie, Brian, Anne-Solenn, Nicolas et les enfants : Zadig, Léandre, Gabin et Maé (qui ont bien profité de la piscine !)

La maison est magnifique et la vue absolument splendide!
Une plage est accessible à pieds en moins de 5 min.
L'équipement intérieur de la maison est également de très bonne qualité.
Bref un séjour parfait.
Merci encore pour votre accueil. Si on retourne en Guadeloupe on sait déjà où on séjournera.

Villas de rêve au Paradis
La réalité dépasse de loin l'idée que l'on peut se faire d'après les photos. Les deux maisons sont extrêmement bien conçues, décorées avec goût, absolument tout est haut-de-gamme, de la literie exceptionnelle jusqu'à la temperature de la piscine, en passant par l'electromenager.
10 minutes à pied le long du littoral sauvage et protégé d'un côté, et vous êtes sur la plage de Pierre-et-Vacances, 10 minutes à pied dans l'autre sens, vous êtes sur la plage du Gros Sable, Spot de surf et de Bodybard bien connu de l'île, continuez 10 minutes plus loin et vous êtes sur la celèbre plage de Bois Jolan.
Envie de snorkling? jetez-vous à l'eau depuis la toute petite plage juste devant la maison, les fonds, la faune et la flore sous-marine sont magnifiques.
Enfin les hôtes sont à l'image de ce petit paradis, ils feront de votre séjour un souvenir inoubliable.
