The kitchen includes custom white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a chic tiled backsplash. There is a hardwood table and eight chairs positioned beside a panel of windows in the adjacent dining area. From this floor, guests can access an outdoor patio furnished with outdoor tables, chairs, and a BBQ grill. Bedrooms are located on both levels of the two-story home. The great room shares the first floor with one guest bedroom, which has two twin beds with nautical-inspired bedding, white furnishings, and a flatscreen TV. The remaining bedrooms are on the second level. One of these is a cheerfully sunny master suite with a tiered tray ceiling. The master suite boasts a king-size bed, cottage-style furnishings, a TV, and a private bath with a glass-walled shower. One of the guest bedrooms on this level has a king-size bed with a full bath. The other is a kid’s bunk room with two twin bunks and a private bathroom. In addition to comfortable accommodations, guests may use the shared pool. The pool is surrounded by a tiled sundeck, lounge chairs, and tropical landscaping set in a coastal setting. After a freshwater swim, you can head across the street to the gulf for a saltwater dip. The property’s close proximity to the beach places guests less than a one-minute walk from the glistening shores.
