This was our first time in Virginia Beach and was looking for something with great beach Access but also kid friendly (ages 5, 7, & 9). This apartment checked all the boxes. Was very clean upon arrival & Margie was always welcoming, available, & friendly.

The listing says "close to the beach," but it doesn't tell you that it's literally one minute to the beach. We came back to the apartment for lunch every day -- that's how close it was. The two bedrooms were comfortable and while the unit is smack dab on Atlantic Avenue, it's quiet. We didn't hear much street noise. The porch is lovely and the table is large for family dinners. The living room was cozy with comfortable furniture and a large TV. WIFI was fabulous. Our needs were met immediately. I sent an email that light bulbs needed to be replaced, but it could wait until we checked out on Saturday. The light bulbs were changed out that day. The unit is accessible by a more narrow than normal staircase. We did not have a problem getting up and down the stairs, but lugging our suitcases and food up the stairs was hard -- until we realized that we could take the wider-than-normal deck stairs to the unit. Our teenage boys had enough room to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed. The fridge was large and the washer and dryer worked! We would stay here again in a hot heartbeat.

Plenty of separate areas in the apartment, including sun room and deck. Easy walk to the beach.

Margie was great and responsive. As was Jessica. The beds not sooo comfortable but the location was good. Also I think washing machine is too harsh on the laundry items. Dishwasher didn’t work but just a little updating and perfect rental.

Location is great, the beach is not crowded (that was a must when we picked this place), apartment is clean and has everything you need. The walk to the beach is literally one minute. Margie was very helpful, answered the texts immediatelly. Everything was great, highly recommended.

The driveway being directly on the main road, and the small size of the driveway and parking areas were a bit of a challenge. The house needs a little bit of work. Most of the floors, doors, and cabinets creak and some of the doors don’t latch or lock. The beds and appliances make a fair bit of noise. The stairs up to, and the rooftop area appear to be falling apart and do not feel very safe. The trash bins were not put out before we arrived, or while we were there. But to be fair, we saw the trash truck come by on a day other than what the information sheet said. Again, overall it was very adequate and has very convenient access to the beach.

This property is so cute and perfectly located. There is nothing like being at the beach in the north end with other locals, but yet biking distance to the tourist area. The sunroom was bright, and the rooftop deck was fun to explore. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great little cottage super close to the beach. Unit was very clean, plenty of room for the four of us. A bit of street noise and can hear downstairs neighbors, shared roof deck. Management was friendly and responsive. Would rent again!

Cute little 2 BR with enclosed porch dining. Close to beach that is not overly crowded or touristy.

Condo très beau, agréable et confortable ! Très bien situé près de la plage et terrasse sur le toit qui offre une vue appréciable. Les deux salles de bain attenantes à chacune des chambre sont très bien surtout avec un ou deux adolescents. Le matelas king tempurpedic offre un bon sommeil comme sur un nuage.

L'emplacement du condo est excellent. L’accès à la plage est rapide et facile. Cependant il aurait pu y avoir plus de commodités à l'intérieur. De plus, quand nous somme arrivé, il y avait une petit infestation de fourmis que nous avons contrôlé avec des produits appropriés.

very nice for the price

Very comfy 2 bedroom rental on the beach block. Great back stairway to the deck with a shower to rinse off the sand. The shower is exposed so no true al fresco shower but only for sand removal. Kitchen is well stocked with all cooking pots, pans, and utensils. Overall, a great place to relax at the beach!

We absolutely loved our stay at this precious rental. The condo was spacious, clean, and well stocked with kitchen items. The walk to the beach was short and easy but we were also very close to the main VB boardwalk area. We loved the quiet beach front and will definitely be coming back to this awesome rental property. Margie Chapman was so sweet and easy to work with as well. We 100% recommend staying here!

Very cute condo on the second floor. The kitchen is well stocked; however, we never really cooked there since there are so many good restaurants around. The location was perfect. We have many friends around 79 and 80 streets, so we had plenty to do. The condo was just the right size for my husband and I, and also our adult daughter who visited us during Labor Day weekend.
