Welcome... Desert Serenity is a brand new home and was complete in December of 2018. Come and enjoy all that Southern Utah has to offer, in comfort, while staying in our beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath home. We are nestled in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by incredible mountain views. La Verkin is centrally located to all that Southern Utah has to offer. Our home is 30 minutes from Zion National Park and 2 hours from the Grand Canyon and Bryce Canyon. We are located only 15 minutes from Sand Hollow State Park and Quail Creek State Park, where you will have access to most water sports, endless ATV trails and sand dunes. Sky Mountain and Sand Hollow Golf Courses are located only minutes away while Coral Canyon Golf Club and The Ledges Golf Club are within 40 minutes. There are also countless trails for hiking and biking. For those interested in shopping and entertainment you can be in Saint George in 25 minutes, catch a live show at Tuacahn in 45 minutes and be in downtown Las Vegas in 2 hours. For the colder months, visit Brian Head Ski Resort located about 90 minutes away.

I’ve stayed at many VRBO and by far this beautiful home, was the cleanest, best stocked with things we might need and most comfortable beds. We are 4 adults who traveled to Zion. We all were pleasantly surprised at the open layout of the house, modern appliances, and extra amenities. Each couple slept in a king bed and had their own bathroom. Lots of closet space to spread out. The Host has thought of everything we might need. No small detail was over looked. Huge, finished garage to store our vehicle and gear. I was sad we did not have more time to just hang in this beautiful home and relax. The drive was not as convenient from Zion when you are tired at the end of the day, but worth it in regards to comfort and value. Make sure you eat in Springdale before heading to La Verkin. I give this house 5 stars!

The house was the perfect location for our visit to Zion and to view the solar eclipse. Everything we needed was provided and more! The backyard was amazing and a great place to unwind after our busy day. With a bedroom and bath in the front of the house and a master in the back, it was like we had 2 master bedrooms! Perfect for the 4 of us. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

The house was a “home away from home!” It was very clean, warm, and welcoming. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. It was a great location for visiting Zion, Kolob, and Bryce. Neighborhood was nice and quiet and The Owner was very easy to communicate with. We loved our stay.

We loved this home while visiting Zion. The house is clean, updated and well stocked from tools, board games to kitchen supplies. Both adults and kids enjoy the property immensely. Thank you Mandi for letting us coming in early to drop off our luggages.

This property was fantastic! Our family of 5 enjoyed our time at Desert Serenity. It was super clean, quiet and very well-equipped. The property had so many nice added conveniences. The owners were very easy to communicate with and booking the rental was a breeze. The house was conveniently located about 20 minutes from Zion NP. It was a relaxing place to return to after hiking at Zion. If you are headed to the Zion area, I would definitely recommend staying at this house!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this home. Everything was so clean. There were so many hooks and shelves and dressers to use. The big couch was amazing. Just 30 minutes to Zion. Would absolutely stay here again!

Easy to book rental, in a very convenient location on West side of Zion park just 20-25 minutes from park entrance, reasonably priced and away from the crowds. Very clean and well stocked. Would highly recommend.

This place was stocked so thoughtfully. It literally had everything we needed and then some. Not many places have plastic baggies, storage containers, tissues, nice blankets. Everything was great.

This home is very well maintained and has everything. It is not far from Zion and close to other state parks. We stayed here for four nights and love this place very much.

Had no problems with rental process. When we arrived, the air conditioner had quit working and it was 96 degrees in the house. Called Stephanie and she offered to pay for us to stay in a hotel that night if they couldn’t get a repairman. But within an hour a repairman was there and fixed the problem. Repairman even came back the next day to make sure everything was working fine.
Would definitely stay here again. Very clean and provided everything you need.

The property was exactly as described. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed using the gas grill each evening. The location is an excellent for visiting Zion and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Zion National Park.

It was our first visit to Zion National Park with our family. We decided to stay at your property instead of a hotel. The house is beautiful and super clean, very quiet neighbors, markets nearby as well. We enjoy our stay. Thank you

The house was amazingly equipped for a family of 6 (3 kids and a grandma). Kitchen amenities were above and beyond. The living room was spacious. Kids were obssesed with the bunk beds and reclining sofas. Highly recommend to check out Snow Canyon State Park. We enjoyed it more than Zion

This house was 5 stars! Location was perfect, house was spotless, and the peace and quiet was wonderful! Everything we needed was there and Stephanie was very easy to work with. We would definitely rent again and recommend to everyone. River Rock Roasting was our go to for most meals! Highly recommend!

This was our best stay yet on our trip! Spacious, clean and beautiful! It had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable as well as the living room furniture! Perfect back yard to sit and relax at the end of the day. We explored Zion and Kanab during our stay. Perfect with four teenage boys!
